A really solid Chinese restaurant with good value for money! The portions are sufficient and filling, and the food comes to the table quickly without long waiting times. The prices are fair and absolutely reasonable. Overall a recommended place.

I lived in Beijing for 7 years and miss Chinese food very much. My suggestion is to ask for the menu in Chinese (there is also a translation in German): these are the best real Chinese dishes. Eggplant with minced meat, for example, is terrific 😍🤤🤤🤤😋

We were in connection with a visit to the zoo at the Great Wall... coming from Göttingen... the restaurant was well attended, we had the sour spicy soup and the special Great Wall soup as a starter and the crispy duck with sprouts and the Dutch oven afterward Szechuan style as a main course. An extra bowl of sauce and fried noodles each... long story short, we combine activities all over Germany with a visit to Chinese restaurants... we love the cuisine so we know a lot of them... this restaurant is by far the best what we experienced... food was a pleasure, service perfect combined with friendliness. Sauces are a dream... roasted duck that is second to none and I say again that we have many, many comparisons around Germany and abroad... We look forward to visiting you again soon in conjunction with a Chris de Burgh concert.. . it was an experience for us...

Very nice and courteous service. Due to glutein and lactose intolerances, each dish and its ingredients were discussed in detail. Great service! Great and delicious food. We would love to come back!

Chinese men have been cooking fantastic food in the southern part of the city since 1961. The first owner was Dr. Ma, who had a second restaurant opposite the market hall. For me, Tai Pai is the best Asian restaurant in the city.

In one word, Perfect! Real Chinese tasty food!!

Wir hatten ein Menü für zwei Personen, ein Menü für eine Person und noch Ente und die gebackenen Bananen extra bestellt. Das Essen stand nach 45 min auf dem Tisch und es war super lecker. Salate und Gemüse noch knackig und die Gerichte richtig heiß. Suppen waren beim Menü auch dabei - alles wurde in gut abgedichteten Schüsseln geliefert. Und es war richtig viel. Wir haben gar nicht alles geschafft. Wir würden hier ganz klar wieder bestellen.

I ordered food through Wolt. But it just wasn't delivered. I called them after more than an hour and was told that the MBW was higher than stated in the app. Therefore they cannot deliver. Absolute impudence!
