We used to eat there often, but then the food got worse and everything tasted bland, so we stopped going. Now I've heard that it's actually quite tasty, so we went back after about five years. The staff were friendly, so we sat down. We were there for the lunch buffet. The drinks came quickly, so we went to the buffet. There's a large selection of main courses, desserts, sweets, sushi, etc. Most of the dishes we tried were delicious and seasoned differently. The duck was a bit dry in places, but okay. I really liked the roast suckling pig with honey sauce. The sushi is nothing special. The cakes were also delicious, but the jelly tasted rather artificial. The soft-serve ice cream machine was unfortunately broken that day. The shop and the restrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. Parking is available in front of the door. The restaurant is very large, and when it's busy, the noise level can be quite intense. But you can easily have a conversation at the table during the lunch buffet. We will be back.

Update September 27, 2022 Almost all of the cutlery at the table was not properly clean, and plates were not cleared even though the waiter walked past the table at least five times. Saturday, crowded, noisy, but the food was OK. You can't complain about the price.

The best Chinese restaurant I've ever visited. Phenomenal food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone, not just fans of Eastern cuisine.

I was there for lunch on July 24, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM with eight people, including one child. At first, everything was fine, but then it wasn't. Each of us got stomachaches. We ate at this restaurant three years ago after our civil wedding, and back then it was perfectly fine – the food was good, everyone was full, and we had a pleasant experience. Our visit last Sunday, three years later, was all the more disappointing: We were there in the afternoon for the lunch buffet – and it was an absolute disaster. The selection of dishes was extremely limited, much of it was already empty, and nothing was refilled. The restaurant itself was in a completely unsanitary condition: The floor was damaged and dirty, the chairs and tables were sticky, and there was dirt everywhere. The worst, however, were the restrooms – completely filthy, with feces on some of the floor, and no paper to dry our hands with after washing. That was simply shocking and unacceptable. We paid €76 for two adults and one child – and we didn't even finish our plates because we literally lost our appetites while eating. Stomachaches included. For a restaurant we associated with a special occasion, this visit was more than disappointing. We definitely won't be back.

So everyone should be able to find something to their liking here. The service was excellent! Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Empty plates are always cleared away promptly. The staff is constantly moving around the restaurant. The overall ambiance is pleasant. However, the restaurant is quite large, so it can be quite noisy when it's full. Tip: go on a weekday. There's limited space outside, but it should usually be sufficient – ​​so make a reservation if the weather is nice. Overall, I think the price-performance ratio is good.

The afternoon barbecue is incredibly good! Whether you want to grill kangaroo meat or a variety of vegetables, everything is modularly adaptable. You gather the fresh pieces of meat and/or vegetables, attach a clothespin (with the table number) to the plate, and hand the plate over to the grill station. In about five minutes, the truly delicious grilled food arrives at your table. I have no idea what kind of oil they use for grilling, but it tastes divine without any sauce or extra seasoning.

I find it outrageous that you have to pay an extra €2 for drinks when you don't even have to have anything to drink with the all-you-can-eat option, and that you see different prices online than in person. The food is great, but otherwise, it just feels like a rip-off.

This was our second time here, and we still recommend it. The buffet has a very large selection. There's truly something for every taste. The selection is more than you can eat, ranging from starters to appetizers, main courses, and sweet desserts. Ice cream is also available. We opted for lunch and didn't get to try the BBQ that's served in the evening. We'll definitely go back here.

Maybe that could affect your enjoyment at the restaurant, but sometimes it doesnt matter, because we are only here to eat. But it is highle recommended to imrpove your staff friendliness. Caution! Got sick after the visit! A few days ago I ate a buffet at the Chinese Restaurant Baiwi. Shortly after eating I had severe stomach pain. The next day I had severe gastrointestinal symptoms that continue to this day (over a week later). I didn't eat anything else unusual, so I strongly suspect it was at the buffet. Very disappointing and damaging to your health. I strongly advise caution!

I personally don't understand the bad reviews. I went here with my best friend and we both could barely stand on our feet when we walked out. The food tasted fantastic (my personal favorites were the baked banana and the baked chicken), the staff was very friendly and accommodating and for the price we paid, which was €17.90 per person on a Saturday lunchtime, we definitely treated ourselves to a good lunch. Highly recommended!

A huge selection at the buffet, to be honest I have never experienced anything like it. You can get a great selection of meat, vegetables and also unusual products there. The heilleit is the ice cream 🍨 for young and old. Then I remembered my childhood in Denmark.

You pay a flat fee for unlimited food, but the drinks are overpriced. Water was 7.5 euro. You cannot eat without drinking something. Also, there is not much variety of food. If I compare it with the place in Langenhagen, it is 1 star. It has more space and variety and the drinks are not as expensive as here.

It is well furnished for the conditions and is accessible at ground level. The staff is very friendly and quick. At the lunch buffet you will find a large selection of different dishes, even suckling pig and potato gratin. The food is quite fresh and made with fresh ingredients. The prices are reasonable for the service. I've been here many times over the years and it's always been tasty without having any digestive problems afterwards. The toilets are clean and tidy and have a disabled toilet. There are not very many parking spaces available in front of the building. Always happy again!

After I visited many of such types of restaurants, I can say that this is one of worst, I came there at 19:00 and they already had a very poor and bad opinions of food even though the restaurant closes at 22:00. Overall the choice of food is not big, there are only 3 tables with food, and for such food, the price is way too big, I saw for the same price in the other restaurants but there food had way better quality and more of everything. I wanted to get some sweets but there were only a few pieces of cakes left and after we wondered if they have more, they said that there is no more left, even though it’s just hilarious because it was still 4 hours before closing. Or also one thing that I noticed is that here I had to buy a bottle of water for 7-8 euros, and literally in ALL such types of restaurants there was free water that u can get as much as u want. I highly not recommend u to come here because you will just waste your money, time and your mood will be ruined.

That's awful. I advise you to find another canteen to eat. The price doesn't justify the amount of food at all. There are very few options and some dishes don't look fresh. They can't offer even the most ordinary free water (all the canteens I've ever been to have always had water), and although there isn't a large dessert section, almost all the trays (where sweets should be) are empty. Even after we pointed this out and asked for some sweets, they refused. However, there was still a lot of time before closing time and it was obvious that there were virtually no desserts available. If you don't want to be disappointed, don't come here.

Table reserved but waited 20 minutes. We reserved a table for 5 people but got a table for 4 people. Even grilled plates were inedible - the chef grilled shrimp and lamb on the same plate - it only tasted like lamb. Fried noodles in buffet was worst noodle from Chinese I have eaten so far. The only salad available is cucumber and iceberg. Ambience looks like a canteen, very loud and our things were already stinking. There was no more air inside. It looks like a factory canteen. We paid 25.90 per person but didn't eat anything. A liter of cola costs 10 euros. Never again and not recommended. disaster
