The best Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at!

Simply perfect, the food, the ambience and the service! We felt so comfortable and will definitely come back. Big praise for the service!!!

It used to be delicious, but now it has become expensive and the quality is no longer what it used to be, which is a shame.

We had the Peking duck menu, which was just great. The duck was very, very tasty and the flambéed smoked duck was also great. A new taste for us and highly recommended. And also first-class, super friendly service. It was our first time there but definitely not the last time.

Just great food and friendly staff. Keep it up! Online reservations are simple and answered quickly.

The long journey from the Weser Valley was rewarded with a wonderful dinner. Spicy soup with duck fillet, spring rolls and the highlight at the end: the best flambéed crispy duck ever! Thank you and see you soon.

I ordered chicken with shitake sauce. Unfortunately, the dish was almost "dry", so I had to eat the rice as well. The sauce that was ordered was then charged for. Otherwise nice atmosphere, friendly service and good quality.

The only good thing about this restaurant was the service. The prices quoted there are completely arrogant! The food was snack class, nothing more. For them, crispy means deep fryer. The meat/fish underneath had no taste and was soggy/fatty. Sauce with salty cashews spoiled, far too few vegetables. Ordered spring rolls with duck. You had to look for the meat, packed full of bamboo shoots! That was the last visit there.

Very good food, I especially recommend the coconut curry chicken soup! You should make a reservation because the restaurant is always busy!

The restaurant is clean and stylishly decorated, especially the tables with lamps and fresh flowers. The guest reception still needs to be worked on. Sometimes you stand at the door for a long time despite having a reservation and the waiters scurry past you. The duck with orange sauce was very tasty! Unfortunately, the beef with onions smelled very strange, like something musty, old. In addition, and this was very unpleasant for us, the male waiter attacked the colleague at the bar so loudly and aggressively that I almost said something. The waiter's mood and the looks he gave when taking orders also showed how annoyed he was by everything. Unfortunately this is a no go. This aggressive way of communicating with each other needs to be clarified away from the restaurant guests. We lost the desire for dessert and just wanted to leave!

Probably the best Chinese restaurant in Hanover, I ate the Duck Cross from the lunch menu, which was super delicious. The ambience and the friendly service round off the visit. Thank you and gladly again.

The food is very tasty and the service is attentive but not intrusive. I had to deduct stars for the ambience. Unfortunately it was far too warm and not very well ventilated. Also, it's very noisy inside because it's a big room. Otherwise everything is great!

Five of us (including two children, 11 and 9 years old) were there spontaneously without a reservation. We hadn't taken into account that there was also a trade fair in Hanover. Every table was completely occupied. The very friendly owner came running outside to offer us a table at short notice, which should be available shortly! Extremely committed! Everything inside is very high quality and attractive, the tables are set with table linen, the glasses are engraved with the logo, the card is a tactile and visual delight and in a different way: not overloaded, and there are also lots of options for you to put together yourself. No sign of the classic “numbers”! Everything about the evening thrilled us: the food was not only prepared to a very high standard but also tasted a delight! The service is absolute professionals (I come from the international hotel and catering industry myself, currently living in Hamburg). Even under the greatest stress, everyone remained calm and friendly, and there was no delay in the process chain. My children received art supplies in an embroidered fabric bag. The highlight was flambé, which was a source of great amazement. We are absolutely thrilled and would love to come back. Thanks!

Soups as starters were tasty. The steamed crab dumplings got flavor only from the Sriracha sauce. Main course duck and crispy chicken were ok - duck a bit too dry. Sauces: Bamboo Garden, Kung Pao and vegetable sauce tasted very identical, tasteless and extremely oily - unfortunately a complete disaster. We have been there several times and have always been satisfied in the past. New chef? Based on this experience, we cannot make any recommendations at first. Note on the service rating: when the sauce was served, some was spilled on the table and not even wiped away; upon request, a napkin was placed over it.

The restaurant impresses with outstanding dishes that taste authentic and are of high quality. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit very pleasant. However, the decor seemed a bit out of place and different from what you would expect in a classic Chinese restaurant. Despite this small detail, the restaurant remains highly recommended due to its excellent cuisine.

For me, the Bamboo Garden is a culinary delight in summer and winter. Both the garden and the restaurant are well styled. The head chef in charge succeeds in satisfying his guests every day. We can look forward to the newly opened section of the Bamboo Garden!

Man bliver mødt af høflig og imødekommende personale så snart man træder ind af døren. Deres menukort er alsidig, men mange lækre retter. Vores mad var veltilberedt og var perfekt krydret og tilsmagt. Deres “knusper ente” er nok den bedste jeg nogensinde har fået. Restauranten er absolut i den finere og bedre klasse og kan ikke sammenlignes med Alm. kinesiske fast-food restauranter. Husk at bestille bord - restauranten er særdeles velbesøgt - hvilket er helt forståeligt - og vi var heldige at få et bord uden reservation.

Best food from Chinese cuisine. Anyone looking for something extraordinary will find it here with great culinary delights. Maybe that's why there are so many Chinese guests here. The service is courteous and very friendly. Sometimes you also meet a certain Mr. Schröder from Hanover here.

The food and the service were excellent. The staff was very polite and engaging. Also the food came very fast. The only downside was that we ordered too much by our own standards which has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. Would recommend it whole heartedly and will definitely come back again.

My girlfriend and I were there two days ago We reserved in advance and got a great spot. The atmosphere is wonderful and we particularly liked the service, they are very attentive and very friendly. We ordered: smoked duck, house-style king prawns and fried noodles with vegetables. It's hard for me to describe how great everything tasted, the duck was tender and delicious, and the shrimp, just divine. I can only recommend. And many thanks to the Bamboo Garden team. It was a lovely evening for us 👍🏼 we would love to do it again.

Today was the first time for lunch buffet, otherwise we were always there in the evenings. In the evening the buffet was always great. A la card anyway. The duck is an experience and incredibly tasty and for me personally the best duck I have eaten. The staff is always very loving and attentive. Food is great All the service staff are top, a great team. They are always friendly, very attentive and quick. We always enjoy going there for dinner. You should always make a reservation on the weekend 😉 there is something for the little ones to paint. Gluten-free dishes are no problem at all and they also taste very good. Essen sehr gut, Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten knuspriges Rindfleisch süß-sauer, Ente Szechuan und Schweinefleisch natur Kung Pao (exzellent). Unbedingt reservieren!

Siamo andati a cena in questo locale, davvero elegante. Abbiamo ordinato tre antipasti e tre secondi.. Gli antipasti ci sono stati portati regolarmente ed erano gradevoli. Dopo di che il NULLA.. Abbiamo aspettato 40 MINUTI senza avere i nostri secondi. In sala c'era un personale numeroso, ma poco attento al cliente. Abbiamo dovuto alzarci da tavola e chiedere notizie sulla nostra ordinazione. Alla fine ci hanno portato i secondi con scuse appena accennate. Nel conto, in sé corretto, nessuno sconto per il ritardo ingiustificato (non c'era affollamento in sala) e nemmeno un gentile riferimento alla possibilità di offrirci un caffè. SERVIZIO PESSIMO ingiustificabile dati i prezzi medio/alti e il tono del locale.

Heerlijk gegeten, ruime keuze, mooie gerechten, perfecte bediening. Het restaurant is niet groot, reserveren moet je echt doen om teleurstelling te voorkomen. De porties zijn ruim, netjes verzorgd en erg lekker. Als ik een minpuntje moet noemen zou dat voor mij het geluid zijn., maar laat je daardoor zeker niet tegenhouden.

Dear team, We have been here several times, but now unfortunately we are sad, Peking Duck is a Mithos, a legend, we cannot simply change... The last time I ate in Singapore was in a 2 Michelin star restaurant (also 133 euros) - not only in Beijing, it was simple but very tasty, according to tradition. Doesn't have to change anything that's been good for a thousand years. Of course you can write duck according to our style, but Peking duck is a tradition, as a Chinese you should know.
