Really good food, with big portions. A real good way to spend you lunch. Price was OK. Ambiente could be better, but it was alright. Service was kind, but tbh the bare minimum. Maybe they were tired. Over all, would go there again!

The burrito was alright, beef was quiet tough, so I give it a 3/5. But the service at the counter was not professional. The person at the counter was very unfriendly, and rude. As I was confused by the layout of the menu, I ordered a burrito, chips and drink, and the person at the counter instead of suggesting the menu, made the order in three separate items which wasuch costlier in the end for me. To improve service, please have a friendlier attitude towards your paying guests, and actually help them in making the order with suggestions.

I love the system. Fast, efficient. Even having a varied offer, it is easy as a user to go through the process.

No recommendation. Much too loud music 🎧, quite crowded 🫤 and at the same time no hygiene after the change of guests at the tables 🫣. During the ordering process, the person at the checkout is helpless and cannot help with questions. 😑 Hardly any choice of drinks other than the usual Coca brands. Food was soggy, too spicy and not particularly tasty. Afterwards we had a stomach ache. 🥴 Unfortunately not great.

Opening times are relative. Closed at 9:20 p.m. even though it was supposed to be open until 10 p.m. Too bad

The man working there seemed pissed off at every person that was coming in to get food. Slamming things around, sighing every chance he could get. My highlight was when I asked for guacamole in my burrito, and he told me no, because the wraps were auch bad quality that they rip. When I asked him if I could have guacamole anyway, he got annoyed with me and said no again. Don’t recommend.

"Disaster! I ordered from Mishba on Alexanderplatz via Too Good To Go and was supposed to pick up between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. I was there at 8:40 p.m., but there was no more food. The employee had headphones on, ignored me and told me to leave. When I showed him my order on my cell phone, he just said there was nothing left. Zero interest in finding a solution. It can't be that the store shows up in the app, I pay in advance and end up getting nothing. A refund of the amount paid was also refused. Very bad service, a complete waste of time, absolutely not recommended!

I ate there with my boyfriend... We've both been hanging over the bowl ever since. And since we didn't eat anything else that day, there is only one explanation. The first impression of the food in the display case should have been ours, but since I always enjoyed eating at Mishba, we thought it would go well. Mishba was probably the last time. Too bad! Reporting to the health department should follow.
