A really great diner. The burgers and fries with cheese are super tasty. Everything is freshly prepared. The atmosphere is excellent. The service is good - friendly and accommodating. We really felt comfortable. The price/performance ratio is right. Really recommended. Thank you.

Juicy burger meat and crispy fries could not overcome the feelings of uncleanliness, such as dirty, long-unwashed windows and a grease-stained table. The girls-chefs do their job perfectly, but the establishment has seen better days.

Really delicious burger and side dishes. The decor is unfortunately a bit old, but the food is what counts here.

Great ambience, very good service, very tasty burgers!

We wanted to eat there, unfortunately none of your staff there was interested! We sat at the table for a long time and chose the menu, but the “service” staff showed no motivation to take our order. A waitress sat on the stool with one leg up and was busy with her smartphone. There was a discussion about something between the other employees. The manager rummaged through her purse and left the room outside. We looked around, no one seemed to care about the guests, ok the restaurant was pretty empty, hardly any guests. It looked like a long time for the employees. We then left the restaurant disappointed. The manager was standing outside the door smoking a cigarette. I asked the lady if she was the manager, she said yes. I then said that we were not satisfied with the staff. She just grinned at me and took a drag on her cigarette. If their managers are so unmotivated, the staff can't be any better!

Today, on [03/19/2025] at 12:40 p.m., I was in your “Burger My” branch and had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I politely asked for an email address to apply to you. However, the employee in question, who was wearing glasses, reacted extremely unfriendly. He told me in an inappropriate tone that he was the "owner" and would not give me an email address. He also said that your company has no sales, does not need any staff and has already laid off employees. His behavior towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if this information is true, it is unacceptable to speak this way to a potential candidate or client. I ask you to take this incident seriously and take appropriate action. Treating customers and interested parties with respect should be a given.

In advance: Since we have only ordered so far, I can't say anything about the ambience. Have ordered several times and have always been satisfied with the food (both burgers and side dishes). The burgers are delicious and topped with fresh ingredients. The fries are very well salted and crispy despite the long delivery. As just mentioned, the delivery is a complete disaster. Ordered at 5 and said it would take about 40 minutes. We waited until 7:30 and it still wasn't there. When asked, it was said that many orders had been received. However, this is not an isolated case!! If you plan to order, it's best to allow 1 to 2 hours for delivery!!!
