Overall, the evening there was very nice. The food was good, and we used the phone function to order extras, and our special requests were fulfilled exactly as requested. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer for me was when our drinks arrived and my two drinks (both alcoholic) were placed on the table. The response was, "Someone must be very thirsty," accompanied by a dismissive smile. We had a different server for the rest of the evening, and she was really great.

The food and drinks were amazing. Very tasty and something different. The ambiance is fantastic. If you don't get a table with chairs, you unfortunately only have the option of sitting on the hard benches, which are extremely uncomfortable and hard. The thin seat cushions don't help either. But that's the only negative. A few thicker seat cushions would make the whole thing perfect. Despite all that, we'll definitely be back!

I ordered the food to my home, and the delivery time was excellent at about 30 minutes. The burgers are a bit above standard, so I highly recommend them. However, the "Bravur" dish and the "Thirst Quencher" drinks are really mediocre and not worth the price. Bottom line: If you just want a good burger, this is the place for you. For everything else, you're probably better off elsewhere.

The service was nice, but it was absolute chaos. Drinks sometimes took 20 minutes to arrive, the food arrived completely mixed or incorrectly prepared, and it was cold. The burgers would have been delicious hot. It won't warrant a second visit, as the first impression was so bad. The place wasn't even full; what would have happened if it had been? The only thing that lightened the mood was the ambiance inside.

We really enjoy visiting this restaurant, and it's a dream for all burger lovers. Many vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit high, but the quality is excellent. Sauces are available on the table, and you can have as many as you like for fries and other items.

My wife had a veggie burger and salad, which was okay. My smashed burger was almost raw, but the fries were all the crispier. Also, the burger was drenched in sauce, so you couldn't really taste the meat. And then the server was visibly surprised that we didn't leave a tip. Sorry, guys, but that's completely unacceptable. For almost 50 euros, that's inappropriate.

I used to go to HANS IM GLÜCK Karlsruhe and when I came to Halle Imagine my delight knowing they have a branch here I was 🤭happy , the first thing that attracted me to the restaurant was the unique interior decor with bamboo like sticks love it . I also love that they have the same decor in both places , I also love the swing seat style very cutesy , the food was amazing and very fresh , the staff was also very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely visit a second time . Plus the kids section nice initiative, it is also spacious enough I would say and oh the staffs speak English too , it cnt get any better

I deliberately wanted to try a meatless burger, and I was not disappointed. My companion also enjoyed the veggie burger. I was surprised by the large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The atmosphere was fine, but I found our table for two in a corner right by the entrance a bit unromantic. I wish I could get a seat like in the movies when making a reservation for two—funny enough, these tables are always crammed into a corner somewhere. Nevertheless, it was a very nice evening.
