Burgers and fries as well as sweet potato fries taste good. Drinks are a bit small for the price, other restaurants offer them for a bit less but still taste good. But the food and evening were generally good. Reservations are recommended, it is very busy in the evenings. I would be happy to come back.

The deep fryer was broken. And there were no vegan burgers either. We were only told this in passing after we had been assigned a table, two children had undressed and they had already been waiting at the table for almost 10 minutes. We left again.

The evening menu is very good and the staff is really great. We were served by Sina and we were more than satisfied and very enthusiastic. The ambience is also beautiful. Simply great

My first time Hans im Glück. I think waiting over an hour for two burgers with fries and salad is too much. My burger was okay, the coleslaw was okay too, nothing special. Great vegan and vegetarian alternatives if the fancy deep fryer works. All in all just OKAY.

Service very helpful and attentive. After initial problems getting a larger table, an employee tried to get us a second table. Food very good. There is too much ice in the cocktails and it is difficult to stir them, which should perhaps be done at the bar beforehand as the taste of all our cocktails only came into its own after stirring. (This is just a small suggestion for improvement). We had a very nice evening with you, thank you very much.

Good quality food and many options to suit all preferences (meat, vegetarian and vegan)

The burgers, drinks, the ambience were good, the service was quick and friendly, but why is a 70-year-old being used?? I didn't offer the young woman a "you." The reader is also addressed as “you” in the menu. That's a reason not to visit this burger chain anymore!

The food tastes very tasty. Accordingly, it is a bit expensive, but still doable.

Funny in the birch forest with friendly and funny service. Delicious food and even delicious cocktails, especially the dwarf cocktail for the children. We'd love to come back

The selection of delicious food is far too large; I would regularly walk out of the restaurant if I ate everything I wanted. So I'd rather go there again 😉The restaurant staff are super nice and have fulfilled my every wish so far.

We had dinner here with friends on a Friday and loved it. The ambience; The delicious burgers and the very friendly service left nothing to be desired. The only point of criticism: relatively loud and seats are limited. Gladly again.

Only the cocktails weren't that great... too much ice and fruit in them. You couldn't stir and you could barely get any of the little liquid out with the straw. Otherwise everything was good.

Beautiful ambience, very good service. The food is always good, drinks are delicious. However, the specified ml quantity is not adhered to in the menu prices and instead of cocktail/lemonade 0.4l and 0.5l you get 0.3l and 0.4l and the cheating is also denied (what a shame)

The lunch menu is great and inexpensive. The staff is friendly and on the ball. You actually always get a place. Is a big restaurant. The burgers were all great. Only the Triple Smash was a little smaller than expected. The garlic cheese fries are not recommended.

Normally I'm happy there and everything is going great, but today there was hair in the food which I didn't order, an iced tea that tasted like water, then I told the waitress and she decided to get pissed, to understand me badly and to kill me straight away asks me to take my food and drink with me, I have no words to say except I'll never be there again and I recommend everyone I know not to go there.

Far too long waiting times for service. The lady was very friendly and tried her best, unfortunately there were far too few staff for the number of places/guests, so there were very long waiting times. The food was delicious...

Like all Hans im Glück branches, the birch trunks create a special atmosphere that makes you feel good. Very nice courteous service. Food and drink highly recommended

Unfortunately, I was hoping for more. Fries weren't crispy, and the preparation in the bowl was more or less just a spoonful of this and a spoonful of that slapped on top. Citizens were OK, but not the highlight either, you get the same quality in system catering.

Food: The order was taken very quickly, regardless of whether it was drinks or the food afterwards. In terms of food, the burgers tasted great, the fries were crispy, but stored in fat for a little too long. Service: The young man (Greek) who served us was super friendly, funny, eloquent and a top man. Ambience: it's awesome, almost like being in the forest 😉

We had ordered food. Tastes very good. 4 burgers, 2 goatherds (2 for 1 promotion via eats).. very tasty, in one of the two the chicken was almost suspiciously juicy... the other 2 were pepper crust burgers (also 2 for 1 promotion).. one Something medium rare is recommended, which is very tasty. Unfortunately one was 100% RAW (the taste was so good that I only noticed that after 3 bites.) It doesn't work that way. Legally, this can be negligent bodily harm, depending on the health outcome. 2 out of 5 for the tastiest burgers of the year. 3 deducted for raw beef.

Really great here. The service knows how not to be intrusive but still recognize all your wishes. The food was super good as were the great lemonades. Absolute must if you want to eat a delicious citizen.

We ate there on a Saturday evening and were immediately greeted saying we only had 90 minutes to eat. It took about 70 minutes from ordering to serving the burgers, so we had to eat our burgers. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold and didn't taste that good.

Were there with a small group of 6 people. Starter and main course were very good and can be completely customized. However, you should bring your time and reserve it in advance. The restaurant is very busy.

High quality products at reasonable prices. 2 adults and a toddler - 2x lunch menu +2 deserts +extra fries = 60 euros, totally fine! Large portions and, above all, consistently good taste!

Perfect burgers, a lot of fantastic drinks (house made) and super nice servers make for a fantastic experience. Will definitely come back. Plus the location is right in the middle of the city, so there's lots to do and see before or after.

Unser Team der Herzenstour hat sich wunderbar versorgt gefühlt und wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir hier Gäste sein durften. Das Essen war wie immer bombastisch lecker und die Lage des Restaurants ist nahezu perfekt. Man kann im Sommer gemütlich draußen sitzen und das Ambiente genießen. Klare Empfehlung, dass dieses Restaurant ein Must-Have beim Besuch in Halle ist.

The food tastes great! Price/performance is still okay. We really enjoy eating there. Unfortunately, I sometimes find the service very amateurish. The service is friendly, but the hospitality is often lacking. Uniform clothing or at least a uniform t-shirt or apron would make the service and the ambience appear a little more professional.

The citizens, sweet potatoes and salad were very tasty and I would happily order them again. Of course the prices are high, but that is the case everywhere. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very appealing.

The interior design is phenomenal, so cozy and original. The service is unbeatable, attentive, quick and very polite. We didn't come to take photos because we were hungry and it tasted so good...🙏👌😋😋😋 My son lives in Halle, so it won't be the last time there.

We were in Halle for an appointment and parked in the parking garage right next to Hans im Glück. We received a very friendly welcome and decided to eat inside. The service was very friendly and I took the burger on the special menu. A dream with avocado cream. Super friendly staff, very tasty food and we would love to come back

The citizens were always very tasty, juicy grilled, meat aromatic, bread nice and fluffy, ingredients always delicious. In my opinion, the homemade fries are always top notch. Absolutely recommended for burger fans.

Getränk wurde über uns verschüttet und haben keine Entschädigung bekommen. Dazu wurden wir gegen Ende unseres Besuches noch frech angemacht wir sollen uns nicht wie „Zuhause“ verhalten. Teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal und die Lagerung der Soßen bei 40 grad im Sommer draußen ist alles andere als hygienisch. Ihr könnt schließen.

Burger haben es bei mir als Döner-Fan nicht leicht, und als unsere Kunden sich das Hans im Glück für den Abend aussuchen, bin ich eher skeptisch. Der April startet frühsommerlich warm, und so sitzen wir im gut gestalteten Innenhof. Der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam. Neben Burgern bietet die Karte auch Bowls und vegetarische / vegane Optionen. Ich entscheide mich für den Burger "Geissbock (Ziegenkäse, Speck & Feigensosse)", dazu Süßkartoffel-Pommes und Trüffel-Mayo. Geschmacklich ok, aber die Bestandteile - besonders die Feigensauce - lassen sich nicht wirklich herausschmecken. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend, und ich bleibe #TeamDöner. A wonderful shop. The burgers (with or without bread) are available in a wide variety of creations and an incomparable taste experience at an extremely fair price. The homely and creative interior design immediately gives the visitor a feeling of comfort and luxury. A large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with the most unusual ingredients combined with a menu of various side dishes, sauces and (vegetarian/vegan/meat) citizens is a given here. Every visitor and every resident of Halle should go to this restaurant at least once to enjoy an exhilarating taste experience and a cheerful afternoon in the birch forest.

I remembered it better from days gone by, a burger for 16 euros the size of a MCDONALD'S Chesser, a shame...

Restaurant is nicely decorated, except for the seating. If you have a normal butt, sitting will be very painful. Like on concrete. The male professionals were extremely unfriendly, the girls were nice. The chef knows nothing about burgers. The meat was far dry, the bacon didn't see a frying pan and the slice of cheese came cold from the fridge onto the meat. Sorry, but then rather Buger King.
