The staff are always very friendly and relatively quick when taking orders and bringing the food. The fairytale-like ambiance is something different. The prices are a bit on the higher side. The food tastes good, but it's still not the best burger joint.

The service was very nice, the food came very quickly and was very tasty. The volume inside was really okay. All in all it was very good. I also think the lunch menu is at a fair price

The order came quite quickly and the burgers were quite tasty. The only fault was the failure to follow the comments on the order. Unfortunately, this could not be reimbursed because the process had already been completed with the driver on site at the restaurant. Telephone contact was nice.

So to cut a long story short, it's not mine. I was here by invitation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. But burgers and the like are not really my thing, but the restaurant can't do anything about that. My companion was very satisfied.

We made a reservation with the information that it was our child's birthday and told the employee who brought us to the table, but no surprise for the child or anything else. Then the child was very disappointed when he got his burger and it had burger sauce, onions, lettuce and tomatoes on it, even though we told the waitress only meat, cheese, bacon and ketchup. We were very disappointed and the child was especially sad

I think the food selection is particularly positive: the burgers are delicious and varied, and especially the vegetarian options are plentiful! Another plus point: family friendliness. Children are not only given their own menu, but also a friendly and uncomplicated atmosphere in which they are welcome. This makes eating relaxed with the whole family. I would also like to emphasize the good service. The service was always attentive and friendly without being intrusive. I was particularly impressed that my constructive criticism was received openly and favorably - that is by no means a given. It shows that they value guest satisfaction and want to develop further.

Overall, the food was very good - the burgers were fresh, well topped and tasted convincing. The side dishes and sauces were also delicious, although the prices were a bit higher. The ambience is modern and cozy, with the typical Hans-im-Glück flair, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The design with birch trunks in particular creates a special experience. The service was friendly and attentive, although it could have been a little quicker in places. The modern ordering system is worth highlighting: you can order yourself using a QR code at the table and even pay directly with your cell phone. So you don't have to wait long for the waiter - very practical and contemporary! Overall, a nice restaurant for a relaxed burger evening with friends or family.

The food was very tasty. The service staff was attentive but not intrusive. Since the restaurant was not very busy, the atmosphere was pleasant and calm.

The ambience is also phenomenal, but sitting on benches becomes extremely uncomfortable after a while Update: still a feast here, ordering and paying via the app (QR code at the table) also works great, the only thing that's a thorn in my side is that you have to give a tip (online payment). According to the payment process you have to tip at least 7%

Burgers and fries as well as sweet potato fries taste good. Drinks are a bit small for the prices, other restaurants offer a bit cheaper but still taste good. But the food and evening were generally good. Reservations are recommended, especially in the evenings. I'd love to come back.

My first time Hans im Glück. I think waiting over an hour for two burgers with fries and salad is too much. My burger was okay, the coleslaw was okay too, nothing special. Great vegan and vegetarian alternatives if the fancy deep fryer works. All in all just OKAY.

The deep fryer was broken. And there were no vegan burgers either. However, this was only casually informed to us after we had been assigned a table, had moved out of 2 children and they had already been waiting at the table for almost 10 minutes. Went again.

Service very helpful and attentive. After initial problems getting a larger table, an employee tried to get us a second table. Food very good. There is too much ice in the cocktails and it is difficult to stir them, which should perhaps be done at the bar beforehand as the taste of all our cocktails only came into its own after stirring. (This is just a small suggestion for improvement). We had a very nice evening with you, thank you very much.

The selection of delicious food is far too large; I would regularly walk out of the restaurant if I ate everything I wanted. So I'd rather go there again 😉The restaurant staff are super nice and have fulfilled my every wish so far.

We had dinner here with friends on a Friday and loved it. The ambience; The delicious burgers and the very friendly service left nothing to be desired. The only point of criticism: relatively loud and seats are limited. Gladly again.

Only the cocktails weren't that great... too much ice and fruit in them. You couldn't stir and you could barely get any of the little liquid out with the straw. Otherwise everything was good.

The lunch menu is great and inexpensive. The staff is friendly and on the ball. You actually always get a place. Is a big restaurant. The burgers were all great. Only the Triple Smash was a little smaller than expected. The garlic cheese fries are not recommended.

Beautiful ambience, very good service. The food is always good, drinks are delicious. However, the specified ml quantity is not adhered to in the menu prices and instead of cocktail/lemonade 0.4l and 0.5l you get 0.3l and 0.4l and the cheating is also denied (what a shame)

Normally I'm happy there and everything is going great, but today there was hair in the food which I didn't order, an iced tea that tasted like water, then I told the waitress and she decided to get pissed, to understand me badly and to kill me straight away asks me to take my food and drink with me, I have no words to say except I'll never be there again and I recommend everyone I know not to go there.

Unfortunately, I was hoping for more. Fries weren't crispy, and the preparation in the bowl was more or less just a spoonful of this and a spoonful of that slapped on top. Citizens were OK, but not the highlight either, you get the same quality in system catering.

Service: The young man (Greek) who served us was super friendly, funny, eloquent and a top man. Ambience: it's awesome, almost like being in the forest 😉

We had ordered food. Tastes very good. 4 burgers, 2 goatherds (2 for 1 promotion via eats).. very tasty, in one of the two the chicken was almost suspiciously juicy... the other 2 were pepper crust burgers (also 2 for 1 promotion).. one Something medium rare is recommended, which is very tasty. Unfortunately one was 100% RAW (the taste was so good that I only noticed that after 3 bites.) It doesn't work that way. Legally, this can be negligent bodily harm, depending on the health outcome. 2 out of 5 for the tastiest burgers of the year. 3 deducted for raw beef.

Really great here. The service knows how not to be intrusive but still recognize all your wishes. The food was super good as were the great lemonades. Absolute must if you want to eat a delicious citizen.

We ate there on a Saturday evening and were immediately greeted saying we only had 90 minutes to eat. It took about 70 minutes from ordering to serving the burgers, so we had to eat our burgers. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold and didn't taste that good.

Were there with a small group of 6 people. Starter and main course were very good and can be completely customized. However, you should bring your time and reserve it in advance. The restaurant is very busy.
