The burgers are very tasty and the service is even better. I sat on a bench outside and waited for my order - I was even more pleasantly surprised when the food was brought to me straight away. Very friendly and attentive service!

The staff are always very friendly and relatively quick when taking orders and bringing the food. The fairytale-like ambiance is something different. The prices are a bit on the higher side. The food tastes good, but it's still not the best burger joint.

There is always a place for us, the service is fast and the kitchen is just as fast, special requests are always catered for and the food tastes excellent, which is why we always like to come back.

Ordered online and apparently the person responsible for packing is too stupid to read. Instead of sweet potato fries, chicken nuggets arrived. It really is a big and noticeable difference, especially since it says so on the packaging!

I once ordered the crispy chicken menu from Uber Eats. At first I ordered too much and couldn't cancel. Then I tried calling the store and was told to contact the store via chat. They nicely told us to call the store again. Then I called Chicky Chick but no one answered. After several calls we got through to someone who told us it was too late to cancel now and that we would get the food in "10-15 minutes". However, it arrived 30 minutes later. When the food finally arrived, I noticed that my drink was missing. I asked where it was and he said he had forgotten it and gave me a €3 Burger Me voucher. In total we paid €30 for 8 chicken wings and two cold fries that didn't even come with any sauce.

In advance: Since we have only ordered so far, I can't say anything about the ambience. Have ordered several times and have always been satisfied with the food (both burgers and side dishes). The burgers are delicious and topped with fresh ingredients. The fries are very well salted and crispy despite the long delivery. As just mentioned, the delivery is a complete disaster. Ordered at 5 and said it would take about 40 minutes. We waited until 7:30 and it still wasn't there. When asked, it was said that many orders had been received. However, this is not an isolated case!! If you plan to order, it's best to allow 1 to 2 hours for delivery!!!
