I'm more than satisfied. The food is very fresh and delicious. The food was more than just delicious.

It's always been closed lately, even though the maps say it's open. No notice.

The food looks great. It's best to eat locally. If you order them to take away or have them delivered, the fries are no longer nice. You can't complain on site! The ambience is also really great and in keeping with the theme. Unfortunately, they don't deliver or if they do, they only deliver with a high minimum order value. It's a shame, because that would probably encourage people to buy even more because the burgers are really good.

The burger is truly terrible. The patty is way too small for the bun. Just sauce, and the taste is simply awful. Sorry. The churros are delicious. That's it.

Food simply wasn't delivered and calls weren't answered.

The quality has deteriorated extremely, this applies to both the food and the service.

For me it's one of the best burger shops in all of Mainz!!

Was there for the very last time after several visits over the years: it couldn't be more unfriendly. You probably shouldn't eat there, only order take-away. I had to point out quite clearly that I wanted to eat in the restaurant, then pick up my food at the counter while the ladies present were being served. A beer with a meal is only available if there is a clear request (educational missionary mission?). Payment in advance (why? not ladies present). (My wife reported that she was reprimanded quite rudely about 4 weeks ago because she took our (small) dog into the store when she wanted to order something (to eat outside). The burgers are not great so far, but ok, but the moody, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, insulting and probably not an isolated case. Not a gastronomic flagship for Treis. Visit on March 7th, 2025 PS: I actually wanted to tell the innkeeper that myself, but he wasn't there for a while, so I left.

A very, very nice restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere & very tasty food! The team is very nice, very attentive & in a good mood, we look forward to our next visits to Hans im Glück Kaiserslautern! ❤️

Really really good burgers. We had Baldur and Skadi, both of which were more than delicious, the pepper sauce was my highlight but also the meat was really good, not dry, nice and juicy. The fries are nice and crispy and well salted. Would order again at any time. It's really a shame that we don't have such a good burger in Dortmund. Thank you for the taste experience and the really impressively fast delivery.

Disrespectful demands on the customer after a 50 minute delay without an apology…!!!

The service is very slow! We waited 20 minutes to order and almost 40 minutes for the waitress to bring us the drinks!
