Burgerfavorite is a real insider tip in Mainz! 🍔 The burgers are super fresh, well topped and taste really great. I particularly liked the cheeseburger – simply perfectly balanced. The fries (also the sweet potato version) were nice and crispy and the portions were absolutely sufficient. The location right next to the Volkspark is great – ideal if you want to grab something delicious to eat after a walk or bike ride. 🌳 The atmosphere is relaxed and the service was friendly and quick. Overall, a great address for burger fans in Mainz. I'll definitely be back!

Actually the “first best hit” for vegan burgers. But a direct hit! Service quick and competent. Food well prepared and super tasty. Toilet perfectly clean. Can only recommend it!

My order was canceled but my money was not refunded. Mistakes happen, but the way you handled my case is really not right: - I wrote an email asking you to take a look at it --> No answer - I called --> The lady on the phone wrote a note for the boss - no further response - I ended up going to the store on site. Here again a piece of paper was written with my order number, name and phone number --> Again no response received Ultimately I had to contact my bank and dispute the direct debit. Now I have my money back... That was definitely my last order from Burgerliebling

An order of 2 burgers takes 30 minutes and my burger was full of hair, I don't know who is the boss there, take action because you are losing a lot of customers

JMT. It's a handmade burger restaurant, and the hamburgers and fries are very delicious. I stopped by because I was hungry after going somewhere nearby, but I am very satisfied.

Nice atmosphere and staff, but I asked for ketchup and sauce and they charged me 3 euro for it without telling me. They also didn’t combo my drink because it wasn’t the proper sofa and didn’t tell me. Burger and fries cost me 21 euro in the end? On paper it was supposed to be 15 euro . I live nearby, but now I’m hesitant to go back.

The store is grossly overpriced.

There wasn't much going on but the party was still raw. Price performance is not right. If the prices change, you might go there again

Small friendly restaurant, the staff is very friendly. We had the original burger with fries and the homemade nuggets. Everything tasted very good. The homemade lemonade was also delicious. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

The food itself is okay, it has decreased a lot in the last few months - you have to expect at least 1.5 hours for a delivery. You are just put off on the phone - all the side dishes are bad to forget :/& plus you have to pay at least €20 per person without delivery costs

I ordered a burger, fries & hot wings However, you could tell the burger and the tasty bread were no longer the freshest... Pommen phenomenal especially for delivered fries! The chicken wings taste good but MUCH too dry without sauce that wasn't included or something to drink, unfortunately difficult to eat... But all in all a solid number with a few adjustment screws :) Recommended

Despite the empty shop, we waited almost half an hour for a chilli cheese burger at lunchtime... borderline. No trace of chili spiciness, the patty is far too thin, bland and dry in relation to the bun. €12.90 is too expensive for this burger. Frits frozen fries from the Metro, at the proud price of €4.90 per portion. Overall value for money 4- Toilets so-so, lid of the trash can dirty and stained, no soap in the dispenser. Cobwebs in some corners. How often do you check/clean your toilets? I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like... All in all, no recommendation from me!

I ordered burgers here for the first time an hour ago. Excellent in terms of quality and delivery service. The friendly lady has 1 hour. stated as the delivery time, but the food was there after 30 minutes. Despite what some say is a high price, I think the price is reasonable given the quantity and quality. I'm hooked🥰 Today 10.8. The chicken salad is awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😍

We were walking in the park and went to this cafe for a bite to eat and did not regret it. Yes, it's a little expensive, but the burgers are big and tasty. French fries are hot and tasty too. The service is pleasant, the cafe is cozy and clean, just like ours in Ukraine. Thank you!

Great selection of burgers. The price could be a little better, but the quality and preparation of the ingredients used are very good. Unfortunately there are no alcoholic drinks on the menu. So there is no beer with the burger here.

My favorite burger place! The food is always fresh and super tasty and you can tell that high-quality meat is used for the burgers. That's why I don't understand the bad reviews that are bothered by the price. A burger of this quality has its price and at McDonalds and Co. you now pay similar prices and get inferior quality in return. Absolute recommendation for every burger lover!

2x burgers with fries for €48.89. The price never justifies the final product. Delivery service did not find the apartment. I won't be ordering here again either.

Great ambience Fast and friendly service, Child-friendly and the highlight of course... Exceptionally delicious burgers, you can taste that no ready-made products are used and all the ingredients are perfectly coordinated. That's why for me it's a great price-performance ratio. Great selection. We were thrilled and would love to come back. Only recommended.

On a Monday lunchtime with three tables occupied, we waited 30 minutes for the drinks and then another 20 for the food. Quality is good, prices are outrageous if you have to pay extra for ketchup in a burger shop.

I order regularly and usually there are no problems and it is always delicious. But this time the wrong drink was delivered, which was a stale cola with hardly any carbonation, it's not that crazy, that can happen sometimes. But after I found two hairs, once in the fries and once in the burger, it was over. Paid so much and couldn't eat it. No idea what was going on today, but really extremely annoying.

As a regular customer for 3 years, all I can say is, shame on you. You wait 2:30 hours for your food to arrive cold. And then another €30 for a burger menu with a drink? Ridiculous! The team used to do much, much better, God knows how long the store will be there.

Very good burgers. The seating area in the store seems a little small but there was less going on when I visited anyway. But all in all the shop is very good and definitely worth recommending if you are in Mainz

We ate burgers and chicken wings here. The portion was really good, but it seemed a bit expensive in comparison. We had free choice of seating in the restaurant and the tables were clean. There is also a good selection of drinks. The sauce for the chicken cost extra, so it wasn't included. I would suggest changing that or including it in the price.

We always enjoyed ordering there. We recently went to the playground next door and ate there for the first time. We wanted to change our daughter's diaper, unfortunately there was no changing table and we were also forbidden from changing on site. Therefore two stars deducted because of the child unfriendliness.

We waited over 90 minutes for our food. The fries were cold and soggy. The burger was nothing special. The bun tasted sweet. It doesn't have to happen again!

If you like Burge, this is the right place ;) Friendly staff, good food, but sometimes longer waiting times due to the simultaneous delivery service...

Burger favorite lives up to its name. The food is simply indescribably delicious and the employees are very friendly and customer-oriented. I actually came to Mainz with my family to play mini golf. Luckily we had 2 hours to go before playing and found this wonderful restaurant. We'll definitely be back. A big thank you to the entire team. Keep it up!

Was here for the first time and was totally thrilled. The burgers were great. Just like the onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. I will definitely come back here.

Your delivery driver is shooting through Rheinstrasse at around 60 km/h with squealing tires (April 6, 8:00 p.m.), maybe you should make it clear to him that it's not a good idea. Especially when you drive around with advertising on your car.

It's rare that I give such a good review. We drove over 60km just to eat there and will do so again. The service is very friendly, listens and works quickly. The burgers have a wonderful texture and structure - no comparison to other places where the bun is too soft and the meat is too firm. There is also a very large categorized selection of beef, chicken and vegetarian/vegan. We don't even need to discuss the taste. Burgerliebling is my favorite burger in Mainz.

Food was ok, we had a cheeseburger and a papyburger. Unfortunately far too expensive.

Unfortunately I have to deduct points because there are no parking spaces and you have to walk for 5-10 minutes. Also, I came at a quiet time, the restaurant was empty and there were three employees behind the counter. However, I wasn't greeted, just looked at with a askance. After a few minutes, one of the employees asked me that I could finally order. What is positive, however, is the excellent food, the quick preparation and the ambience. The fries are perfectly salted, the burger patties are cooked through and the salad and vegetables looked very fresh👍🏼 The restaurant itself was small, but nicely decorated and very clean.

Better on site. Delivery took 2 hours. We like being there because it is very tasty. The best burger in town. So we wanted to try delivery. Ordered at half past six in the evening on Sunday, we even called after 7 to ask where the food was. So it's better to go there!

I ordered the vegan Rösti burger yesterday. Delivery was quick, the burger also tasted very good, was really juicy and all in all really okay. I just think that almost 18€ for a standard-sized burger without fries is really too much... I really don't think the price is justified... and yes, I know everything has become more expensive... but 18€ is really steep. I expect more for that

Burgers 10/10. You can see it in the picture. The bun and the ingredients. All very tasty. Shortcoming: - There are no sauces to accompany the fries. Usually there is at least ketchup with it. The guacamole cost €2 and tasted like lime and nothing else. That's why I ate the fries without sauce. It's still 5 stars because I mainly went there for the burger and it was very tasty. That's why I would recommend to everyone that if they want to eat a good burger, they should come here.

I've ordered several times and had a lot of problems, sometimes no food at all or the wrong one. The food on site was very good but impossible in a larger group because it takes forever and everyone gets it at a different time.

I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews. The burger was incredibly tasty and you could tell that everything was homemade. I ordered a menu and for the first time, just the burger would actually have been enough for me, even with a 180g patty. It really fills you up and I really eat a lot 😃 We ordered both versions of the burger with beef and crispy chicken and we were absolutely satisfied! I can really recommend it to everyone and the order took 30 minutes. If it's busy it'll definitely take longer, but what restaurant doesn't? Everything is great and the price is absolutely justified. I'd love to come back

Ich als leidenschaftlicher Burger Esser verteile so eine Bewertung eigentlich nie bzw. Schreibe auch nie Reszensionen. Aber dieser Burger verdient eine 10/10. Hatte den OG Burger und das Fleisch war dermaßen saftig und im perfekten Einklang mit dem Mozzarella und den Röstzwiebeln. Absolut empfehlenswert

Geschmacklich wirklich 10/10 - wir lieben die Burger und haben immer gerne bestellt! Leider waren die Preise bereits hoch und sind mit der neuen Erhöhung für uns als Studis nicht mehr vertretbar. Deshalb haben wir leider das letzte mal bestellt :(

Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen.

Der Burgerladen am Volkspark ist eher für to-go gedacht. Es gibt auch ein paar Tische jedoch ist das Ambiente nicht besonders einladend und du wirst garantiert 'fett-fett brat-brat" riechen (um nicht zu schreiben stinken) als ob du selbst an der Friteuse der Imbissbude gestanden hättest, da die Abluft nicht ausreichend abgesaugt wird und dicke Luft im Schrankraum entsteht. Es wird eine Vielzahl von Bürgern angeboten und das Braten der Patties riecht entsprechend. Die Burger an sich sind gut. Zu den Getränken: ich fand es interessant, dass keinerlei alkoholischen Getränke, also noch nicht mal ein Bier (aus der Flasche, also nicht frischgezapft), angeboten wird. Das muss man wissen, wenn man vor Ort essen möchte und ein kühles Bierchen oder einen Wein hätte haben wollen. Alles in allem noch okay. Ob ich ein weiteres Mal komme weiß ich noch nicht...

Super lecke Bürger gerne jederzeit wieder.

Ich war bei sehr vielen Burger Läden aber leider muss man sagen das einzige gute waren die sehr lieben Mitarbeiterin, die Patties und die unglaublich sauberen Toiletten. Leider ist euer Burgerbrot katastrophal. Es bröckelt und macht alles dreckig. Die Pommes waren ebenfalls nicht lecker und hart. Patty fand ich sehr lecker aber der Burger allgemein war sehr trocken, fast nichts drinnen. 1,50€ für eine Sauce finde ich zu extrem. Die Soße zu Pommes ist nicht mal im Menü Preis. Wir haben auch stolze 40€ bezahlt was unglaublich ist für zwei Burger.

War zu Besuch in Mainz, und bin mit Freunden und Familie im Lokal essen gewesen, das Ambiente ist sehr einladend das Essen ist für mich sehr gut gewesen kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Bin beim nächsten Mal wieder da und hole mir wieder einen Bürger.

Nette und hübsche Bedienungen, schöner kleiner Laden - aber der Big BBQ Burger den ich hatte war einfach nur sau trocken. Röstzwiebeln und durchgebratener Bacon mit wenig soße. Das Fleisch war ebenfalls totgebraten. Für ein Menü mit Eistee (kein Softgetränk, daher nicht im Menü vorhanden) habe ich knapp 25€ bezahlt. Muss nicht nochmal sein.

Habe heute hier den besten Burger seit Jahren gegessen. Viel Auswahl, sehr frisch und große Portionen. Wirkt sehr hochwertig, sauber und faire Preise. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, wir kommen garantiert wieder :) !

Mir ist fester gebratenes, schmackhafteres Hackfleisch lieber, das ist die Grundlage, Soßen & Co sind nur Beiwerk. Ist natürlich Geschmacksache, aber da ist Luft nach oben, zumal die Preise hohe Erwartung wecken. Würde der Burger 5 Eur kosten hätte er 4 Sterne verdient.

Super leckere, frisch zubereitete Burger und Salat. Alles sauber und schönes Ambiente. Nette Bedienung.

Die Burger sind nicht billig. Im Gegensatz zu den großen Ketten bekommt man hier aber echten Geschmack, einen Burger in einer Größe die den Namen „Burger“ auch rechtfertigt und einen Burger, der auch so aussieht, wie auf den Werbebildern abgebildet. Man muss nicht jeden Tag einen Burger essen. Wenn aber, dann richtig. Darum muss man den Laden einfach empfehlen.

Sehr Kinder und Hundefreundlich. Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Essen war sehr Lecker man schmeckt die Qualität vom Fleisch bis zum Brot... kommen gerne wieder.

Hans im Gück und Co. können einpacken. Super nette Bedienung. Selbstgemachte Buns, frische zutaten und geile soßen. Der beste Burger dennich seit langem gegessen habe. Nochmals Grüße an den Chefkoch.

Die Burger waren einfach hammer lecker! :-) Leider war der Service recht langsam und die Burger haben (Mittwochnachmittag) sehr lange gebraucht...

Burger sind sehr lecker. Das Chicken ist sehr knusprig und lecker. Nur die Wartezeit ist leider etwas lang aber sonst alles perfekt.

Wir bestellen immer Nuggets & Mozzarella Sticks wenn wir im Volkspark sind. Von dort ist es super nah. Die sticks gehen weg wie warme semmel😊

Wir waren spontan an einem Freitag Mittag da und das Restaurant war nur wenig besucht, trotzdem war der Service sehr überfordert. Burger und Pommes sind lecker, aber wenn man nur ein bisschen mehr als den Standard möchte, zahlt man direkt extra und das nicht zu knapp (egal ob Toppings oder nur die Soße zu den Pommes).

Ordered on Uber Eats. I had a regrettable experience at Burgerliebling Mainz. The salad looked old and unappetizing, the meat was dry, and the homemade chicken nuggets were also dry. To top it off, the fries were overly salted. I was looking forward to trying this supposedly new place, but I was sorely disappointed. I believe they have the potential to do better.

Service war nicht gut: keine Servietten, kein Besteck, kein Salz dazu. Essen ist übermäßig teuer, aber lecker. Nicht so große Assortiment von Getränken. In der Toilette gab es keine Seife in Behälter. Aber gibt es die Terrasse und Innenausstattung ist schön.

Hervorragende Burger, große Auswahl, leckere Getränke. Wirkt vom Ambiente mehr wie eine kleine Bar als ein Burgerladen. Schöne Außenplätze und freundliche Bedienung.

Habe 3 mal dort bestellt, das Salat im Burger kam richtig unappetitlich an und musste es jedes Mal entfernen. Preis Leistung ist okay. Fleisch ist gut aber keine schmackhafte Soße.

Die Burger 🍔 und Pommes 🍟 sind lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren nachmittags da. Es ist nur sehr hallig laut, dies würde mich stören, wenn es voll ist. Ich würde immer einen Burger aus einem Burgerladen vorziehen vor den beiden großen Marken. Die Atmosphäre ist auch eine ganz andere. Coole Musik wurde gespielt.

Ich habe bestellt und der Geschmack ist einzigartig . Sehr sättigen und der Preis für ein Menü war mit unter 6 Euro ein schnapper. Ich habe jedoch mit uber entschieden bestellt , ohne den Coupon käme man auf ca.18 € . Das hätte ich so nicht bezahlt . Alles in allem ,einfach super
