Doner kebab with sauerkraut... Somehow not my thing

We ordered pizza for €95 and didn't even get a drink for free. Do we have to order for €500 to get a drink? And the pizza wasn't even tasty either.

The Dürüm/Yufka was very tasty and generously filled. You can eat almost twice of it. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is homemade. The price is also completely reasonable compared to the competition. If you want good kebab, this is the right place.

We were looking forward to a kebab plate with fries. Unfortunately, it was poor quality and we had stomach problems for two days.

The menu at City Kebap & Pizza in Prüm is varied, and after ordering it doesn't take long for the food to be brought to the table. My personal recommendation is the pizza 🍕 - the dough is the reason for my decision. Try it and you will understand my choice 😉. The service is friendly and so far very nice. Individual orders are accepted and implemented. Ate on site and in store, first impression was neat and clean. It is comfortable to sit at the table thanks to the generous size of the room. JPG

Doner kebab was tasty but after 2 hours it left a bad feeling in my stomach. Something wasn't fresh.

Tried it out spontaneously and was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty meat and sauce. Portions more than sufficient. The price-performance ratio is definitely the same here. The fries were crispy and delicious like no other. The baklava was also very fresh and juicy. We would like to order here more often.

Really delicious food. I can particularly recommend the Dürüm, the Pizza Funghi and Pizza Bologna as well as the kebab box (I personally had one with only meat) and everything was extremely tasty. The nice gentlemen behind the counter prepare everything very carefully. The store is very clean, there is the option to order for delivery, eat in or just come and pick up. Definitely a really nice shop, I'll be happy to come back soon :) 😀

We actually always enjoyed ordering here. Regardless of whether it was Yufka, kebab or pizza, we were very rarely disappointed. Deliveries were also rarely a problem. Sometimes it was quick, some days they had more to do, then it took a little longer with prior notice, no problem for us. The delivery was still really warm when it got here. Shortly before Christmas 2024, we ordered pizza again (2 x pizza). This again tasted wonderful, but there was a little surprise in a pizza. A piece of foil baked in the dough!!! Something like this simply shouldn't happen. Nobody can remember how much of it had already been eaten and how much of it had melted. The pizza ended up in the trash. We contacted the owner by email and pointed out the problem. At first we were told that the foil wasn't in the pizza because it couldn't withstand the temperatures in the oven. But she definitely came out of the dough. There were two of us and we both saw that the foil was baked into the dough. After some back and forth, we were supposed to get our money back for the pizza. We have offered several options for repayment (bank transfer, Paypal, Klarna, etc.). Even if the Harran company itself does not have any of these payment accounts, we are pretty sure that an employee would have been able to send or deposit this amount. Everything was not possible. We should collect our money in person. The stupid customer now has to chase his money. Our address is known, you could have simply put the repayment in the mailbox. You often drive through town and deliver to customers. Unfortunately nothing has happened as of today, March 11th, 2025, which is why our evaluation is now being carried out as announced. All that was required was the payment of one Pizza Harran. Very very unfortunate!!!

Food was good, unfortunately not enough staff

Well, firstly, I waited over an hour for my food. I ordered a vegetarian falafel kebab. A few hours later I had severe nausea. Plus it didn't stop there... I literally vomited most of the night and got food poisoning. I've never experienced anything like that. When I read the reviews here, it must have something to do with poor hygiene...
