City Kebap & Pizza - Prüm in Prüm

Everything stinks, the kebab doesn't look good, but it tastes even worse. I have no idea where they got 4.7 stars… You can pay by card there for orders over €10, but there's no information on how much drinks cost. I don't recommend it.

Best shop in Prüm, there's no better kebab. Of course, the people here distinguish themselves through many individual things, but City Kebab is so modest and simple that you just have to go there. If you're on holiday here with us, then head over to City Kebab Prüm.

The food is delivered cold and much later than stated. Three pizza rolls with herb butter are missing. The pizza is like chewing gum, and the pasta is the same as before.

The menu at City Kebap & Pizza in Prüm is varied, and after ordering it doesn't take long for the food to be brought to the table. My personal recommendation is the pizza 🍕 - the dough is the reason for my decision. Try it and you will understand my choice 😉. The service is friendly and so far very nice. Ate kebab there with 4 people on New Year's Eve around 6 p.m. At first the air in the rooms was acceptable, but for another 30 minutes we thought why the exhaust was turned off. The table we sat at was still full of salad and leftover meat, which we ultimately removed ourselves with napkins. We noticed the already intense black dirty residue. In the end, the dishes were not worth being declared as kebab and last but not least, we were not granted the stated sales price for the kebab because it does not count on public holidays. Hello, since when has New Year's Eve been a public holiday in Germany? In the end we felt totally cheated (I don't even want to know how many times the operator did that on New Year's Eve), but the unpleasant thing was the fake smile from the employee. In retrospect, you might think he enjoyed ripping off customers. I go there? Never again!!!

Disgustingly greasy döner...ridiculously small, sloppy portion of fries...lukewarm meat and fries but the salad was warm...the dürüm was also only lukewarm...for almost 25 euros...won't happen to me again

The kebab bread was so “crunchy” that it fell apart just from grabbing it. The pizza crust was burnt. Unfortunately, the store doesn't have a heater and a Coke costs €3. Finally, the tip is simply calculated when giving change. Absolutely not recommended!

I can't say anything about the kebab right now. But with four pizzas that were ordered, the toppings lacked flavor and the dough wasn't even cooked through. I've given him the chance several times, everyone can have a bad day, but I won't have any more. I also had hair in my food more than once. As I said, it wasn't the first time I've eaten there but after several attempts they couldn't make a pizza. I also ordered jumbo but no jumbo ever arrived. Always the smaller version, so of course you can fool people. Even disgusting yes pizza has more taste behind it.

We were served very friendly and with a smile here. My special request regarding an allergy was attentively accepted. The pizzas were simply delicious, very well seasoned, dough NOT too thick, NOT soggy, NOT "pasted" with cheese, delicious pepperoni on top. Some pizzerias can still learn something from this. Tortellini with Bolognese from my friend were sour, spoiled, bad! This can happen, according to reviews it happens often and it shouldn't be like that. The pungent smell hit you as soon as you opened the lid of the tortellini, the owners must have smelled that too. Delivery with meeting point in the car: 25 minutes late. Not really cool either when you know that we're sitting in the car at 10 p.m. and waiting at the agreed spot.

The power kebab is a decent size. However, the meat and sauce were bland and without much taste. Children's portions of e.g. Spaghetti is not offered. Small portions cannot be served upon request. Normally priced. Tables were dirty and smeared with sauces. It wasn't even wiped down when we arrived. Entire restaurant full of flies. All in all, I wouldn't go there again.
