Very clean shop, best kebab area

The food was okay, we won't be back. The staff kept customers waiting forever because they were busy with their tablets. The atmosphere was more like a train station dump. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Since we were hungry, we ate quickly and left immediately. Not recommended.

The staff is super friendly, attentive, and makes you feel at home as a guest. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting – perfect for a quick snack or a relaxed meal with friends. I'll be back again and again – Saray Grill is definitely one of my favorite places for good food!

I'm really disappointed! The chef is unfriendly, and the staff is unfriendly. The prices are higher than at comparable restaurants, so you'd expect more from the taste, but this one was unfortunately disappointing. I don't recommend it, sorry.

Very good food! We had two kebab plates, super large portions and at the end you get a chai. We will definitely come back to Ingelheim as an insider tip!

At 7 euros, the kebab is quite overpriced. No fresh meat is cut off, only the lukewarm stuff taken from the grill. Luckily there are better kebab shops in Ingelheim, so I don't have to come here anymore. In addition, the same hands are used to collect cash and prepare food.

The food was delicious, but I would have been disappointed if the grill had a real grill with charcoal and didn't have electricity because we didn't want to have the grill like you do at home. Service was good, tea was free and tasty after meal. Free parking nearby for 30 minutes and a parking garage just 2 minutes away. Train station just a few minutes walk away.

We were visiting the region and spontaneously had a craving for kebab - unfortunately we were disappointed. Falafel cheap ready-made food, bone dry and not tasty. Meat was also more bad than good, not to mention bread. This is definitely better. We honestly can't recommend it more. In any case, the atmosphere was quite nice, but this is probably more about appearance than reality.

We had the chance to try it during our winter trip, the owner of the shop is very friendly, the doner kebab and its sauces are delicious, a perfect German doner review, hope to visit again, thank you.

The first bite started out weak in taste and then completely failed. The kebab in general and the meat in particular don't taste good. My Turkish friend also heard the kebab shop employee asking the boss whether he should give the customers the fresh or the old meat and the boss said he should take the fresh meat according to the motto don't ask when the customers are there. At that time, Saray Grill was still okay, but the quality has declined drastically.

A very good authentic Turkish kebab. The menu has many items; I chose the lahmacun, which was delicious. Hand-made dough, high-quality meat, and fresh vegetables. Quite a large place, it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Ordered for delivery today! Chicken was very good! Unfortunately the fries were cold and sometimes very dark! Salad too coarse and not seasoned!

Unfortunately that wasn't good service. The order was 45 minutes late and when we called they were disrespectful to us, no customer expects this behavior!!

Stopped by 24 FEB and ordered a Doner to go. It was fortunate that they spoke English and I was able to place my order. They overloaded my (I hope it is normal) doner with meat and vegetables which for the cost of only 8 euro it was great. I paid cash and had no problems. Plan to stop by again to see if it was fluke with the amount of meat and vegetables.

Gibt bessere sauce nicht gut Fleisch kaum Geschmack und ja überfüllt in Sauce die halt nicht ganz so gut war. Sehr enttäuschend

Bin immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Döner wird stehts frisch belegt und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Der Gastraum wurde neu ausgestattet und macht es gemütlich im inneren zu sitzen. Ebenfalls kann man im Sommer vor der Tür sitzen. Preislich auf dem normalen Niveau.

Döner Teller bestellt, Rotkraut war seltsam und kurze Zeit später magenprobleme. Fleisch kalt kalt..war früher deutlich besser

Essen o.k. Service schlecht. Soße war nicht mitgeliefert worden, bei sofortiger Reklamation hieß es, sie wird gleich geliefert. Nach einer 1/4 Stunde erneut angerufen. Antwort: der Lieferant ist in 5 Minuten da. Auf die Aussage, dass das Essen mittlerweile kalt ist, kam als Antwort nur lapidar, ja tut mir leid. Das war für uns das letzte Mal, dass wir dort bestellt haben.

alles wurde im Restaurant verspeist. 1. Dönerbox mit Reis. War ein Zentimeter hoher Reis mit paar dünnen Scheibchen Fleisch. Sehr wenig langte nicht zum satt werden sogar meiner Frau war es zu wenig. und das für 7 € 2. Der Sohn hat den Döner mit extra Fleisch und weichkäse für 8,50 € der war wohl grosse genug für einen normalen Döner in Mainz. Eine Schmeissfliege war auf dem Fleisch die gar nicht runter wollte (weil das Fleisch nicht richtig heiss war?) 3. Pizza war laut den Kindern richtig gut und lecker 4. Kaputter Teller mit extremen Zacken am gebrochenen Rand liess ich umtauschen. Der Kellner war sichtlich überrascht das ich den so nicht wollte. Er und ein anderer Mitarbeiter (oder chef?) schoben dann das Essen auf einen unversehrten Teller. Sorry aber das war der erste und letzte Besuch dort.

Bin komplett zufrieden superleckeres Baklava. Pizza und Döner sind 10/10

Wir waren zu viert da und es war ein netter Abend. Das Essen war hervorragend, nur waren wir erschrocken über die mittlerweile doch hohen Essenspreise. Wir hatten jeder ein Gericht und ein Getränk+Tee und landeten bei 62€, aber das ist ja mittlerweile überall so. Die Mitarbeiter sind richtig cool und sehr aufmerksam gewesen. Achso und esst die Pommes, der Hammer. Ich liebe pommes und bin da wählerisch, diese waren wirklich lecker, außen leicht knusprig, innen weich, Perfekt.

Wir sind immer mal wieder da. Auch per Lieferung. Leider wird immer mal vergessen, wenn ich danach frage keine weiße Saucen zu bekommen, sind dennoch immer mal welche drin. Die Leute entschuldigen sich dann zwar immer ordentlich, aber leider habe ich dann immer schon zum Teil gegessen und Probleme mit meinem Magen und Schmerzen wegen der Laktoseintoleranz. Eigentlich schade, denn ansonsten ist es dort toll.

Wir haben hier vegetarische Gerichte gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl. Das Gemüse war sehr frisch und die Soßen waren lecker. Von den Kosten her war auch alles in Ordnung. Werden wir gerne wieder mal essen, wenn wir mal wieder in Ingelheim sind.

Sehr zufrieden mit derLieferung über Lieferando lief bis jetzt immer einwandfrei, auch wenn ich mal einen Tippfehler gemacht hatte. Leider heute eine große Enttäuschung erlebt…die Pizza Sucuk war die reinste Katastrophe. Nicht richtig durchgebacken. Früher war der Teig sehr viel luftiger und besser im Geschmack. Jetzt war er fast schon wie Pappe. Da müsst ihr daran arbeiten! Man bezahlt 11€ dafür…

Super lecker,super frisch.Der Döner war einfach Weltklasse,das Personal sehr nett,das Lokal sehr sauber.Für mich ist der Laden einfach klasse und wir werden wieder kommen. Bis Bald!!!!!😊😊
