Katerstübchen in Ingelheim am Rhein

One of our favorite restaurants. We ordered our burgers for delivery today. The confirmation said delivery time would be about 45 minutes. It took almost an hour, which is still acceptable. The delivery driver was very friendly. The burgers were okay; you always have to make some compromises with delivery. We ordered one with onion rings and one with a side salad, the others with fries. The onion rings and the side salad were missing from the delivery. After informing the restaurant, they said they would deliver them as soon as possible. After waiting an hour, we called again. The driver was on his way. He arrived 15 minutes later, again very friendly, but unfortunately, the onion rings were completely cold. Very disappointing.

Good value for money, friendly service. The atmosphere—like that of almost all snack bars—is more like a beer tent without music. Nevertheless, I felt valued and welcome as a guest. I'll gladly come again.

The restaurant is closed and a new tenant is sought

During a birthday party, the owner very rudely pointed out that if you reserved a table, you should be hungry and that ordering just an appetizer wasn't enough. This was directed at the 86-year-old birthday celebrant. Everyone else had ordered regular main courses for €30. No matter how good the owner is at cooking, there are better ways to keep guests.

A sports bar with really good food. The menu is small, but it's enough. The service is very friendly, and you can sit outside when the weather's nice. The drinks menu is well-stocked. We felt comfortable. 👍🍻😁
