Nahering 3, Ingelheim am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany Good value for money, friendly service. The atmosphere—like that of almost all snack bars—is more like a beer tent without music. Nevertheless, I felt valued and welcome as a guest. I'll gladly come again.

Rathausplatz 2During a birthday party, the owner very rudely pointed out that if you reserved a table, you should be hungry and that ordering just an appetizer wasn't enough. This was directed at the 86-year-old birthday celebrant. Everyone else had ordered regular main courses for €30. No matter how good the owner is at cooking, there are better ways to keep guests.
