Wir haben dieses Restaurant ganz gezielt aufgesucht allein schon wegen des Namens, gesunde Ernährung! Hier findet aber jeder etwas! Sehr freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Essen zu einem guten Preis! Es gibt auch frischen Ingwer Tee!

Toller Laden, mit nettem Personal. Die Karte ist größer als bei der Größe des Restaurants zu erwarten war. Sehr gute saisonale Gerichte mit viel Spargel. Getränkeauswahl ist ebenfalls größer als gedacht.

Ein wunderbares, alteingesessenes Restaurant in Ingelheim! Das Ambiente in einem der ältesten Gebäude der Stadt ist wirklich einmalig schön, besonders der Wintergarten ist ein Highlights. Der Service war bei unserem Besuch ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Preise sind für die gebotene Qualität absolut fair. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, für den die Betreiber vermutlich nichts können: Um zu den Toiletten zu gelangen, muss man mit dem Aufzug in den Keller fahren. Insgesamt aber eine große Empfehlung für einen gemütlichen Abend!

Sehr leckeres Essen und ein super aufmerksamer Service. Nachdem bei meinem Spargelragout zunächst kein Köpfchen auf dem Teller war, wurden mir sogar separat extra welche nachgereicht - absolut klasse! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Ich gehe sehr gerne hier her. Tolles Personal, immer freundlich, leckeres Essen, der Wintergarten ist super schön aber auch alles andere. Volle Punktzahl.

Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl an Gerichten. Wir waren zu dritt, haben drei verschiedene Gerichte bestellt und alle waren ausgezeichnet! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Lage im Herzen der Ingelheim. Authentische Küche und Preisleistung stimmen überein. Die Speisekarte soll gut studiert und nachgefragt werden. Als Beispiel, was gegrillte Gemüse betrifft, kommt auf dem Teller vorgegarte Gemüse, die in der Pfanne gebraten wurden.

Wir waren sehr angetan von dem schmackhaften Essen zu akzeptablen Preisen. Die jungen Kellner und Kellnerinnen waren alle sehr nett und aufmerksam. Auch das Ambiente des Lokals stimmte.

Für uns das beste Restaurant in der Stadt. Wir haben hier bereits mehrmals zu Abend gegessen und wurden jedes Mal aufs Neue überzeugt. Die Gerichte sind hervorragend zubereitet, geschmacklich auf den Punkt und die Qualität ist durchweg exzellent. Auch der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Wir waren hier bereits öfters, sei es zum Frühstück oder Abendessen. Schneller Service, sehr gute Speisen und ein schönes Ambiete. Die Preise sind minimal gehobener, aber das ist eher subjektiv und in Zeiten wo viele gastronomische Angebote preislich anziehen vollkommen im Rahmen. Tischreservierung ist zu empfehlen, wobei wir auch schon morgens mal Glück hatten und einen kleinen Tisch fürs Frühstück spontan bekommen haben. Übrigens sehr erwähnenswert, dass die bestellten Frühstücksplatten eine so große Auswahl haben und sehr schön durch Früchte etc. ergänzt sind - da kann man richtig schlemmen. Gerne weiter so und bis bald!

Ich war vor 3 Wochen mit einer Freundin und unsere beiden Jungs dort zum Frühstücken. Das Essen war super lecker. Der Service ist sehr nett und freundlich gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Ingelheim – für wirklich jeden Anlass. Ob für Kaffee und Kuchen, ein entspanntes Essen zu zweit oder einen Familienabend: Hier fühlt man sich zu jeder Tageszeit gut aufgehoben. Das gemütliche und geschmackvoll gestaltete Ambiente lädt sofort zum Verweilen und Abschalten ein. Die Küche arbeitet mit frischen, regionalen Zutaten, ebenso wie bei der Weinauswahl. Die saisonalen Gerichte sind stets passend zur Jahreszeit abgestimmt und geschmacklich sehr überzeugend. Der Service ist insgesamt zuverlässig und freundlich, auch wenn es gelegentlich einmal etwas zurückhaltender oder ernst wirken kann. Eine Reservierung ist besonders an Wochenenden und Feiertagen sehr zu empfehlen, da das Restaurant gut besucht ist.

Die Petersilie ist eines der besten Restaurants in Ingelheim. Für mich stimmt dort alles. Angefangen vom Ambiente,über die Speisekarte und die nette Bedienung. Ich komme gerne wieder

Unbedingt probieren! Die Brühe mit Markgnocchi ist hervorragend, ebenso wie der gebackene Schafskäse mit Gemüse.

War noch nie hier und es hat nicht geschmeckt.

Angenehm war es hier. Hatten leckere Steaks genauso wie bestellt. Preis Leistung war für den Abend sehr gut. Ambiente war gut. Hatten in der Niche beim großen Spiegel gesessen. Da war die Geräuschkulisse etwas angenehmer als mitten drin. Wir werden wieder kommen und die Lokalität weiterempfehlen.

Uns wurde demletzt gesagt, als wir spontan vorbei schauen wollten, dass keine Plätze mehr verfügbar seien, doch haben dann von Freunden erfahren, dass diese ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten später, dasselbe probiert haben und den Tisch bekommen haben, der bei unserer Ankunft sogar auch schon frei war. Sonst ist das Restaurant top und super leckeres Essen, aber das ist leider sehr enttäuschend gewesen

Leider durfte ich trotzd des sehr schönen Ambiente nicht meine Meinung übers six seven Äußern, dies hat mich nicht nur leicht gekränkt es hat mich gar total geschockt. I am not amused. Die Jungen Mitarbeiter hatten keine gute Meinung zu six seven was nur den goonenden service sehr gut wiederspiegelt. Nein, aber nein danke!

Immer lecker und geschmackvolles Essen. Mittlerweile etwas schwierig, einen Platz im Restaurant zu bekommen.

Lieben Dank für die liebe Bewirtung und das sehr leckere, frische und liebevoll angerichtete Essen und auch die Getränke.(ich bin da sehr eigen...die Minze war so frisch, habe ich selten so erlebt) Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, trotz vieler Menschen im Raum kann man sich noch sehr gut unterhalten. Wunderschöne ,Inspirierende Bilder an den Wänden. Danke nochmal an die herzliche Begrüssung durch die Inhaberin, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und wir freuen uns wenn es wiedermal klappt in der Petersilie dem Gaumenschmaus und Augenschmaus zu fröhnen. Kunst & Esskultur Die Karte ist reichhaltig, das Essen sehr lecker. Gute, preisgünstige Angebote für den Mittagstisch. Der bunte Salat korrespondiert mit den frischen Farben der Kunstwerke, die überall im Gastraum verteilt sind. Ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen und zum Speisen.

Sehr freundliche, schnelle Bedienung. Mäusefrühstück ist nicht für Mäuse, weil es echt viel ist :) Rührei ist auch viel, aber alles schmeckt gut. Wir hatten noch Ingwershots, Chociatto, Cappuccino und Wasser und waren rund um zufrieden. Diesmal ein Bild von fast leeren Tellern ;)

I was invited to a birthday breakfast. I was very pleasantly surprised, it was my first time there. Great atmosphere, friendly service. The scrambled eggs were world-class, and so was the bread. Highly recommended.

We were a family of eight at Peter & Silie. The atmosphere is wonderful and the menu is very varied. The "Schwarzer Peter" (Black Peter) cocktail is highly recommended, both in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. We had steaks, schnitzel, and generously filled salads and were completely satisfied with the quality of the food. Silvana served us professionally and charmingly throughout the evening. Simply fantastic! Overall, a great experience. We'll definitely be back.

Nice little restaurant with a chic ambiance. We had salad and schnitzel from the seasonal chanterelle menu.

We were here recently for breakfast and then for dinner with a larger group over the weekend. The food is truly something special. Both were exceptionally good and delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is truly cozy, and everything is decorated exactly to my taste. The acoustics are very pleasant. All in all, a fantastic experience. I've been here twice so far – for lunch and breakfast. We had breakfast for two people. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection, including plenty of fresh fruit. The coffee was good. We were very satisfied. Lunch (pasta with salmon and asparagus crepes) could have used a bit more seasoning (e.g., pepper, salt, garlic, chili). On both visits, we were disappointed with the service. There were enough staff, but it seemed as if everyone was doing all the tasks, and in this case, no one felt truly responsible for a particular area of ​​the guests. On both visits, we were served by three different people. However, no one stopped by to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. From a culinary perspective, the restaurant is highly recommended. Another positive aspect is that there is a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. However, it would be desirable if the service showed a little more attention to guests.

Highly recommended. We went there by bike and stopped for a break. We both had the Peter and Silie dishes, which were highly recommended, and we were full until the evening. Only the wheat beer was a bit too warm. The service was very friendly, but the wasps were a bit intrusive. But we definitely recommend it, and if we're ever in the area again, we'll go there.

We've been to Peter&Silie several times now, and each time we've been extremely satisfied. The menu offers something for everyone. The quality of the food is excellent, and the service staff is very attentive. Everything is perfect!

You can always get delicious food and a nice seating area here ;) Compared to other restaurants, the menu isn't overly expensive, and you can always find something delicious to eat. The service could ask more often if you'd like dessert/coffee or something new/different to drink. But that's the only small drawback.

We visited this restaurant twice during a tour: for dinner with our family and for breakfast. The menu offers everything imaginable. The extensive Ingelheim breakfast, good coffee, and also the vegetarian, vegan, and meat-based main courses and soups are very tasty, beautifully presented, and in good quantity. The homemade sparkling drinks were a real treat on a summer evening. Very friendly and efficient staff advised and served us throughout our stay. Our thanks to them for that! And the ambiance is great, both in the modern interior and on the umbrella-shaded terrace. The restaurant can't be blamed for the annoying flies and wasps outside while we were eating. We will definitely return here on our next stay in Ingelheim.

Unfortunately, during the summer holidays, the restaurant is closed earlier on Saturdays than advertised on Google and at the restaurant. The kitchen was already closed at 4 p.m. Our detour to stop here was unfortunately in vain.

A lovely bistro/restaurant located in the center of Ingelheim with good breakfast/lunch/à la carte options. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and the service is pleasantly attentive. For me, this is one of the better places in Ingelheim when I'm there for a meal or just a drink.

The toilets are difficult to reach, but otherwise the restaurant is highly recommended

Well, we wanted to have lunch there. Unfortunately, we were told that we could only get soup because the staff needed a break. Breaks are perfectly fine, and I understand that very well. But the tone is what makes the music, and I found the waitress very unwelcoming.

Nice place to eat. You will find it hard to get in and have a table without a reservation. The rumpsteak is good but not great for being called an Argentinian rumpsteak.

It arrived 10 minutes later, and we left the tapas almost untouched in the meantime. We ordered new drinks with the bread. They only came after we asked for them, because it took longer. The main course arrived immediately, which was noticeable because it was waiting for us and looked like it. Despite everything, it was very tasty and the staff were very attentive...

We were there for breakfast. Everything was fine and the service was very nice and accommodating.

Unfortunately the goat cheese salad wasn't that good. The cheese was cold and wrapped in thick cold bacon, it should have been grilled, it wasn't. Really not fine and not skillful.
