A lovely, cozy restaurant with great food and friendly service.

I was here again today and had such a delicious meal. Simply fantastic. Superb service and incredibly good food.

I was invited to a birthday breakfast. I was very pleasantly surprised, it was my first time there. Great atmosphere, friendly service. The scrambled eggs were world-class, and so was the bread. Highly recommended.

We were a family of eight at Peter & Silie. The atmosphere is wonderful and the menu is very varied. The "Schwarzer Peter" (Black Peter) cocktail is highly recommended, both in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. We had steaks, schnitzel, and generously filled salads and were completely satisfied with the quality of the food. Silvana served us professionally and charmingly throughout the evening. Simply fantastic! Overall, a great experience. We'll definitely be back.

I've been here twice so far – for lunch and breakfast. We had breakfast for two people. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection, including plenty of fresh fruit. The coffee was good. We were very satisfied. Lunch (pasta with salmon and asparagus crepes) could have used a bit more seasoning (e.g., pepper, salt, garlic, chili). On both visits, we were disappointed with the service. There were enough staff, but it seemed as if everyone was doing all the tasks, and in this case, no one felt truly responsible for a particular area of ​​the guests. On both visits, we were served by three different people. However, no one stopped by to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. From a culinary perspective, the restaurant is highly recommended. Another positive aspect is that there is a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. However, it would be desirable if the service showed a little more attention to guests.

Highly recommended. We went there by bike and stopped for a break. We both had the Peter and Silie dishes, which were highly recommended, and we were full until the evening. Only the wheat beer was a bit too warm. The service was very friendly, but the wasps were a bit intrusive. But we definitely recommend it, and if we're ever in the area again, we'll go there.

We've been to Peter&Silie several times now, and each time we've been extremely satisfied. The menu offers something for everyone. The quality of the food is excellent, and the service staff is very attentive. Everything is perfect!

You can always get delicious food and a nice seating area here ;) Compared to other restaurants, the menu isn't overly expensive, and you can always find something delicious to eat. The service could ask more often if you'd like dessert/coffee or something new/different to drink. But that's the only small drawback.

We visited this restaurant twice during a tour: for dinner with our family and for breakfast. The menu offers everything imaginable. The extensive Ingelheim breakfast, good coffee, and also the vegetarian, vegan, and meat-based main courses and soups are very tasty, beautifully presented, and in good quantity. The homemade sparkling drinks were a real treat on a summer evening. Very friendly and efficient staff advised and served us throughout our stay. Our thanks to them for that! And the ambiance is great, both in the modern interior and on the umbrella-shaded terrace. The restaurant can't be blamed for the annoying flies and wasps outside while we were eating. We will definitely return here on our next stay in Ingelheim.

Unfortunately, during the summer holidays, the restaurant is closed earlier on Saturdays than advertised on Google and at the restaurant. The kitchen was already closed at 4 p.m. Our detour to stop here was unfortunately in vain.

A lovely bistro/restaurant located in the center of Ingelheim with good breakfast/lunch/à la carte options. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and the service is pleasantly attentive. For me, this is one of the better places in Ingelheim when I'm there for a meal or just a drink.

The toilets are difficult to reach, but otherwise the restaurant is highly recommended

Well, we wanted to have lunch there. Unfortunately, we were told that we could only get soup because the staff needed a break. Breaks are perfectly fine, and I understand that very well. But the tone is what makes the music, and I found the waitress very unwelcoming.

Nice place to eat. You will find it hard to get in and have a table without a reservation. The rumpsteak is good but not great for being called an Argentinian rumpsteak.

By then, the bread was gone because we were so hungry. Now the tapas arrived. We ordered new bread with the delivery. It arrived 10 minutes later, and we left the tapas almost untouched in the meantime. We ordered new drinks with the bread. They only came after we asked for them, because it took longer. The main course arrived immediately, which was noticeable because it was waiting for us and looked like it. Despite everything, it was very tasty and the staff were very attentive...

Unfortunately the goat cheese salad wasn't that good. The cheese was cold and wrapped in thick cold bacon, it should have been grilled, it wasn't. Really not fine and not skillful.

Food was delicious, we had salmon, steak and Wiener schnitzel. Our daughter had spaetzle with cream sauce from the children's menu. While we were eating, we noticed that the cream sauce tasted like alcohol and when we asked, this was confirmed (white wine). We were told several times that the alcohol was overcooked and that we shouldn't worry. In my opinion, this doesn't belong on a children's plate! Anyone who has ever tried this knows that the alcohol only boils off after several hours, and you can clearly taste it. It's up to each person how they deal with it, but it should definitely be visible on the menu!

Dead baby veal is cheaper than almost any vegetable main course, even a vegetable salad is unfortunately more expensive than young beef carpacco. In general, unfortunately, a lot of brewing is based on daily and extensive consumption of meat, which is undoubtedly not the modern cuisine that is being advertised. Not suitable for less wealthy animal lovers.

Have been here several times and it's always been good, but today the Wiener Schnitzel disappointed me a bit. Potato salad wasn't really anything special, the schnitzel was on top of the salad, so it wasn't as warm and not quite as crispy. Prices are pretty high these days.

Wir haben verschiedene Vorspeisen und auch unterschiedliche Hauptgerichte gehabt, auch die von uns ausgesuchten Weine war entsprechend vielfältig. Alles hat uns gut geschmeckt. Sehr praktisch fanden wir die Option, beim Wein auch unterschiedliche Glasgrößen (0,1 / 0,2l) auswählen zu können. Im Laufe des Abends wurde es schnell voll und wir waren froh, dass wir reserviert hatten.

Nice atmosphere, but it was quite busy at lunchtime when we were there. Accordingly, we had to wait a long time for our food. There was actually an extra pumpkin menu, but according to the waitress, the pumpkin wasn't delivered, so we had to change our minds. The chickpea curry was also delicious.
