Had a vegetarian burger with fries and a drink. Burger was very tasty and, together with the fries, a decent portion. Special requests will be accommodated. Gladly again, the price is completely reasonable.

Burger and fries were great as always and it wasn't the last time, only the delivery time was 20 minutes later than shown on Lieferando. No matter, we are happy and full 👍🥳👍🥳

Third chance and I'm in: This time, a nice, clean branch, a well-rounded service team, and really good, fresh burgers! Price? Well, McD and BK have also raised their prices considerably, and the quality is worlds apart from what 5G is serving up here. A clear recommendation. And: I'm tall and completely stuffed after a double burger. Without fries 😉

Bester Burger der Stadt, alles top! Schmeckt 1:1 wie bei Five Guys in den USA. Pommes auch sehr lecker. Für die Qualität ist der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt!

Nice owner, good food. Could be a bit quicker

Unfortunately, burgers are nothing special. In 2025 in Giessen that will no longer be enough for a recommendation. It was extremely cold in the store itself, so a cozy meal was out of the question. The sauces were initially missing from the meal. By the time they were served after a long wait, the fries were cold. To compensate, we were at least invited to a round of coffee, but that's only half-smart with two children at the table.

1 star is even too much, the guy has no hygiene, the way he prepares the food and the meat always moves back and forth is terrible.

Unfortunately, that was my first and last order here. The food was not fully delivered, was cold and caused health problems (diarrhea). This is absolutely unacceptable. I expect the food from a delivery service to arrive fresh, warm and complete. In addition, hygiene should be urgently checked. Not recommended!

Ordered earlier via Lieferando, we don't know what it was, for us it had nothing to do with citizens. In addition, it was no longer warm and almost raw.

It was a very very very tasty meal. The seats were very clean. Service was very nice and peaceful. I am very happy with it.

Extremely rude. They CHEAT on the bill. You must check your bill. Food... Well, it's better to drink just only beer.
