We always like to visit this place when our kids are constipated; after eating there, they all get diarrhea, and the problem is solved. You're probably wondering why 5 stars. The food is obviously bad for your health, but as a laxative substitute once a month, it actually works very well. The price-performance ratio is a bit of a mixed bag. For example, a laxative from the pharmacy plus a McDonald's burger costs about the same, but at Five Guys, you get both in one product.

Lived up to the hype--outstanding burgers, fries, and shakes. Wholesome and delicious food.

Great burger, delicious fries, large portion. It takes a while to cook, but you can practically watch it being prepared. In my opinion, it's definitely better than McDonald's or Burger King.

The waitress was impatient, even though we were the only ones at the checkout and had never been to one of these chains before... so we needed a quick explanation of how it worked. The food was wrapped in aluminum foil and the large fries were in a drinking cup, which would fit, and the rest was poured into the paper bag with the rest of the food for four people :-( The food isn't cheap, so at least you can use a different bag for the fries, so we didn't have to fish out the aluminum packets from among the fries. A nightmare for us, two adults and two children... Never again!

The food was hot and good, the drinks ice cold; the other way around would be worse. It's a change from Burger King and McDonald's, but with the selection of burger joints in Wiesbaden, you don't necessarily "have" to go to "5Guys"...

I was in your store on September 10, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m. As a regular, I've always enjoyed stopping by, but this time I was very disappointed. When I politely asked for a popcorn shake, the lady at the cashier didn't say hello or show any kind of courtesy—just a brief, unfriendly "no." She also gave me such a strange look that I immediately lost the desire to order anything else or stay. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in customer service. It's a shame—that's how you lose customers.

Unfortunately, the burgers always fall apart when eaten

I asked for a single hamburger with only lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mustard. It took nearly 15 minutes and they added mushrooms! I told them I was allergic to mushroom and that I didn't ask for them. The 2nd burger was served in less than 5 minutes and I believe they just scraped off the mushrooms. Atmosphere wasn't something to write about. I will not return and I let my colleagues know not to waste $20 on a single hamburger that wasn't up to the Five Guy's Name.

My first visit, but not the last. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious – you could taste the freshness – and it came to the table very quickly. The gravy was perfectly fried and crispy, yet still moist. The bun was also moist. The toppings were fresh and tasty. The bacon milkshake was really delicious – it tasted like bacon, but not overly so! The service was also great – friendly, helpful, and very fast! The only disappointment I had was the fries, which I had the greatest anticipation and expectations for. What I got were soggy fries, completely overseasoned (the Cajun itself should be good, but there was just way too much). That's what McDonald's fries taste like when you leave them out overnight and eat them the next morning. Unfortunately disappointing, but I suspect I was just unlucky. Overall, thanks to the awesome burger, shake, and service, I highly recommend it, even if it's quite expensive for fast food.

Today I ordered for pickup from Five Guys on Langgasse for the first time. Even though I was early, they started taking my order and were very attentive. The burgers and fries were delicious and very filling. I'll be happy to come back.

Thanks to the kindness of the staff, I used it pleasantly every time I visited. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy a comfortable meal with my child. The kids really liked it because they had a kids menu. Please continue to provide good service. Thanks to this, I was able to make many good memories.

The food was ready extremely quickly and was fresh. The employees tended to be impatient and rude, which, in my experience, is still slightly friendlier than the average Five Guys. However, even here, the shift manager shouting and reprimanding employees in front of customers should be an absolute no-go.

Slow service, overpriced overall, small cheeseburger menu €18. And the burger was very soggy. Fries oversalted. Not recommended.

We ordered food through Lieferando. After more than 60 minutes, the order was canceled without explanation. And this was in the evening, after 10 p.m. Of course, there was no response to our calls, even though they were open until midnight. We probably won't do that again.

One of the cleanest Five Guys branches. The food is delicious as usual. Service is friendly. And thanks to the kids' meal option, it's a bit more affordable. :)

The fries 🍟 were good, but could have used a bit more Cajun spice. The milkshakes are fantastic. Unfortunately, the burger 🍔 was just okay, not worth €12. I've had better at burger joints.

Very good burgers, although the average price is higher than other burger chains. However, the service and waiting time seemed high to me.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely terrible. At McD's you already get very little for your money, but this store tops it all. Absolutely not recommended. For the money, you can definitely get better fast food, and you might even get a full meal.

We were there today, and for the same amount of money, we could have gotten two meals at McDonald's. A burger alone cost €9.95, and it only tasted average... We were very disappointed and will avoid the place in the future, never again.

Disaster service! Staff speaks difficult German. Everything takes an extremely long time! Nothing to do with a model from the States! Especially for the price

Five guys Wiesbaden, is perfect 👌🏽 really friendly staff, that can explain everything in English. My food came really fast and was really tasty. It my first time being in a five guys restaurant, I’ll for sure come again, if we had one in Denmark.

That wasn't really good...I'm used to the five guys from Frankfurt, hence the comparison - Wiesbaden you have to change something, everything seems disorganized, orders were wrong, it took forever even though there was nothing going on...that still has a lot of potential for improvement. Some customers who had ordered left because it took forever

The burgers are very small considering the price is so high. Nice service...mostly empty store. Not really inviting.

Overpriced, not tasty, not recommended, very disappointed For the first time, the last time I entered the store for two children, a hot dog, only with ketchup and a french fry for my older son, a hot dog with mustard and ketchup for just under 40.00. A disgrace

We're actually going to Cologne, so we have a direct comparison. We ordered in advance with Click and Collect and were there before our specified time. There wasn't much going on but some of the tables were still dirty from the previous one. When we registered at the counter, the food was already ready, the milkshake unfortunately had no whipped cream, even though it was written large on the cup. Unfortunately, the large fries are not fresh and crunchy as you would normally expect. Unfortunately the burger patty wasn't hot/fresh either. You saw the fries in stock, probably for rush hour, but that's not what you're used to from Five Guys. Unfortunately Mayo was empty, luckily refill drinks were all available. We would not visit this branch again and would not recommend it. The boys and girls can still learn a lot from the Cologne boys!!

Bester Burger der Stadt, alles top! Schmeckt 1:1 wie bei Five Guys in den USA. Pommes auch sehr lecker. Für die Qualität ist der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt!

Five Guys is an absolute insider tip for anyone who likes authentic American burgers! The restaurant exudes a real USA feeling with its 50s diner ambience - simply super cool. The burgers are freshly prepared in front of the guests, and you can taste it: juicy meat, fresh ingredients and simply an amazing taste. I love the double patty cheeseburger with caramelized onions!! The cleanliness is particularly impressive - the employees always make sure that the tables are clean. A well-kept shop with excellent food. If you value quality and authentic taste, you've come to the right place. Clear recommendation!

Been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Personally, everything tastes really good to me! Nothing beats a bacon cheeseburger and an Oreo shake. But above all, I was attracted by the friendly staff and the clean shop. Keep it up people!

For me in the fast food segment with McDonald's, Burger King etc. In this segment I prefer Five Guys. Focused selection of products, you can choose many options. Free refill for soft drinks.

Just really good. Everything tastes great like peanuts. With 15€ you can get really full. The burgers are fat and delicious.

That was honestly the worst burger in years. For so much money it's just really bad. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it. Fries are outrageously expensive and just as bad.

Staff were really friendly and understanding. I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries, it was so good. I definitely enjoyed it because it was worth the price. I ordered a small portion of fries but I received quite a lot more than I expected. You can also get free refills on any cold beverage. They have a variety of flavored cold drinks which is awesome. I 100% recommend Five Guys, Wiesbaden.

The burgers were juicy and so tasty that you forget it's a fast food restaurant. The selection of drinks is also diverse and delicious, I didn't know that Fanta Traube existed before, recommend it to everyone. :D

A plain ordinary burger shop that is very expensive. The burgers are good though.

Nothing impressed me in terms of taste here. I tried it 3 times. The Burge was always too bland. The fries are either too limp or too hard. Employees very nice.

Everything is freshly prepared according to customer specifications and very tasty for fast food. The only point of criticism is the drink filling stations. This should have been cleaned, but it was very sticky.

Good meat patty, bun ok, remaining ingredients not particularly fresh. But decent cheese on the cheeseburger. Fries very good. Ambience is the biggest negative point: wobbling tables and the general atmosphere of a school cafeteria.

We got two burgers and fries here in the evening. The burgers taste solid, even if they are a bit small. The fries tasted good. However, the prices are massively excessive. I expected a lot more for the money. The ambience in particular is more like McD. We sat down outside and the empty cigarette packet at the next table was still there an hour later. Here you should pay more attention to cleanliness.

It was very good to eat in a place like this on my first visit to Germany. The peanuts, unlimited drinks and fries were great.

I just ordered 2 burgers and 1 large fries via Lieferando at 10:30 p.m. and about 5 minutes later the order was canceled by the staff!!! I called and asked why. Both employees then lie and say that Lieferando canceled it because they probably no longer have drivers! Strangely enough, we ordered directly from Lieferando somewhere else and they did have drivers!!! Super ridiculous excuse!! If so, they would have to shut down the entire app!! They didn't feel like making two more burgers 30 minutes before the end and if the gentleman and then the ladies on the phone had been honest, I would have understood, but lying cheekily isn't possible! Never again!!!!!

Just no. Even direct competitors offer better quality. I ordered a "small" cheeseburger that was prepared with a lot of "love". In terms of taste? Well, top cuisine is different. And the prices? A bottomless impudence! In return I almost get a decent lunch plate that really fills me up. No thank you

The burger tasted good, the staff was very friendly. However, it took quite a long time and the fries were so over-seasoned that I couldn't eat them. The price is completely outrageous! Not again!

Unfortunately, my first visit was sobering. As soon as you entered the restaurant, you were met with a warm, slightly greasy, stale air, but this was quickly explained because the kitchen is open and the stove and deep fryers are located directly behind the cash register. The cheeseburger cost just under 12 euros, plus a 0.5l soft drink and a small fries. That made an impressive 20.85 euros. Ok, you just have to pay for quality. I thought it was very good that you could choose your own “toppings” such as pickles, fried onions, ketchup, etc. The friendliness of the staff and the preparation time were also good. When an order is ready, an employee calls out the order number (sometimes quietly, sometimes louder) into the room. Due to the constantly roaring extractor system, the patty's sizzling on the grill and the usual conversation volume, some people didn't hear their number, which was very inconvenient. Why isn't there just a digital display for this somewhere? Regardless of whether you want to take your food with you or eat it on site, it will always be packed in a bag. Incomprehensible from an ecological point of view. Here, if consumed in a restaurant, a simple tablet would have been sufficient. To my surprise, the small portion of fries was really big. They seemed fresh and weren't overly seasoned. Taste ok for me. But why these (along with a small cup) were simply thrown into the bag is unclear to me. I found it quite inconvenient to always have to reach into the bag. Here, too, a tablet would have been more practical. The juicy and high-quality patty clearly stood out in the burger. A big plus point for this. The remaining ingredients seemed fresh, but tasted rather bland and boring. I was expecting a strong roasted flavor, especially from the fried onions. Unfortunately, that wasn't even remotely the case. I was allowed to tap my drink myself at a CocaCola refill system. Unfortunately the ice cubes at the first station were empty and the cola was warm, but luckily the other system worked. The bottom line is that there is still some room for improvement here. I very much welcome the fact that an attempt is being made to move away from cheap mass-produced goods and towards more quality. Unfortunately, it fails because of the many things around it, which is why the comparatively high price is not entirely justified in my opinion.

Burgers, HotDogs & Fries are good in terms of taste and quality of the ingredients, but are carelessly squeezed into aluminum foil (!) and are therefore sticky. The ability to customize burgers and hot dogs with various toppings and sauces as desired and at no extra charge is a great idea. However, the ambience is similar to a train station waiting room.

We were there today for the first time - and also the last time. The burgers weren't bad, but that was it. For that price we can go out for a fancy meal and not get the burgers subbed in aluminum foil to eat there. The fries were simply thrown into the bag and we were able to eat them straight out of the bag...and they were totally over-seasoned and we couldn't finish them. The employees spoke little German and weren't particularly interested in what they were doing.

They give a lot of fries and I like it. The burgers are very well made and the fries are phenomenal. If you have money go and eat here.

Five guys simply makes the best burgers.

I have rarely eaten so badly! And not for such prices anyway! €12 for a cheeseburger of this quality is a disgrace. The hot dog had come in a burger bun with cheap sausages. You can get more quality for less money at any other burger shop in Wiesbaden! The idea is good, but unfortunately the implementation failed!
