Realy good burger, but very expensive

That was honestly the worst burger in years. For so much money it's just really bad. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it. Fries are outrageously expensive and just as bad.

Duderstadt expensive, super tasty, better than McDonalds and Co Taste like in the states

Staff were really friendly and understanding. I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries, it was so good. I definitely enjoyed it because it was worth the price. I ordered a small portion of fries but I received quite a lot more than I expected. You can also get free refills on any cold beverage. They have a variety of flavored cold drinks which is awesome. I 100% recommend Five Guys, Wiesbaden.

The burgers were juicy and so tasty that you forget it's a fast food restaurant. The selection of drinks is also diverse and delicious, I didn't know that Fanta Traube existed before, recommend it to everyone. :D

Nothing impressed me in terms of taste here. I tried it 3 times. The Burge was always too bland. The fries are either too limp or too hard. Employees very nice.

Everything is freshly prepared according to customer specifications and very tasty for fast food. The only point of criticism is the drink filling stations. This should have been cleaned, but it was very sticky.

Good meat patty, bun ok, remaining ingredients not particularly fresh. But decent cheese on the cheeseburger. Fries very good. Ambience is the biggest negative point: wobbling tables and the general atmosphere of a school cafeteria.

I can only recommend very good fast food with nice staff and very tasty, heart-prepared food that tastes great

Simply delicious and always fresh

We got two burgers and fries here in the evening. The burgers taste solid, even if they are a bit small. The fries tasted good. However, the prices are massively excessive. I expected a lot more for the money. The ambience in particular is more like McD. We sat down outside and the empty cigarette packet at the next table was still there an hour later. Here you should pay more attention to cleanliness.

I just ordered 2 burgers and 1 large fries via Lieferando at 10:30 p.m. and about 5 minutes later the order was canceled by the staff!!! I called and asked why. Both employees then lie and say that Lieferando canceled it because they probably no longer have drivers! Strangely enough, we ordered directly from Lieferando somewhere else and they did have drivers!!! Super ridiculous excuse!! If so, they would have to shut down the entire app!! They didn't feel like making two more burgers 30 minutes before the end and if the gentleman and then the ladies on the phone had been honest, I would have understood, but lying cheekily isn't possible! Never again!!!!!

Just no. Even direct competitors offer better quality. I ordered a "small" cheeseburger that was prepared with a lot of "love". In terms of taste? Well, top cuisine is different. And the prices? The burger tasted good, the staff was very friendly. However, it took quite a long time and the fries were so over-seasoned that I couldn't eat them. The price is completely outrageous! Not again!

Unfortunately, my first visit was sobering. As soon as you entered the restaurant, you were met with a warm, slightly greasy, stale air, but this was quickly explained because the kitchen is open and the stove and deep fryers are located directly behind the cash register. The cheeseburger cost just under 12 euros, plus a 0.5l soft drink and a small fries. That made an impressive 20.85 euros. Ok, you just have to pay for quality. I thought it was very good that you could choose your own “toppings” such as pickles, fried onions, ketchup, etc. The friendliness of the staff and the preparation time were also good. When an order is ready, an employee calls out the order number (sometimes quietly, sometimes louder) into the room. Due to the constantly roaring extractor system, the patty's sizzling on the grill and the usual conversation volume, some people didn't hear their number, which was very inconvenient. Why isn't there just a digital display for this somewhere? Regardless of whether you want to take your food with you or eat it on site, it will always be packed in a bag. Incomprehensible from an ecological point of view. Here, if consumed in a restaurant, a simple tablet would have been sufficient. To my surprise, the small portion of fries was really big. They seemed fresh and weren't overly seasoned. Taste ok for me. But why these (along with a small cup) were simply thrown into the bag is unclear to me. I found it quite inconvenient to always have to reach into the bag. Here, too, a tablet would have been more practical. The juicy and high-quality patty clearly stood out in the burger. A big plus point for this. The remaining ingredients seemed fresh, but tasted rather bland and boring. I was expecting a strong roasted flavor, especially from the fried onions. Unfortunately, that wasn't even remotely the case. I was allowed to tap my drink myself at a CocaCola refill system. Unfortunately the ice cubes at the first station were empty and the cola was warm, but luckily the other system worked. The bottom line is that there is still some room for improvement here. I very much welcome the fact that an attempt is being made to move away from cheap mass-produced goods and towards more quality. Unfortunately, it fails because of the many things around it, which is why the comparatively high price is not entirely justified in my opinion.

Burgers, HotDogs & Fries are good in terms of taste and quality of the ingredients, but are carelessly squeezed into aluminum foil (!) and are therefore sticky. The ability to customize burgers and hot dogs with various toppings and sauces as desired and at no extra charge is a great idea. However, the ambience is similar to a train station waiting room.

We were there today for the first time - and also the last time. The burgers weren't bad, but that was it. For that price we can go out for a fancy meal and not get the burgers subbed in aluminum foil to eat there. The fries were simply thrown into the bag and we were able to eat them straight out of the bag...and they were totally over-seasoned and we couldn't finish them. The employees spoke little German and weren't particularly interested in what they were doing.

They give a lot of fries and I like it. The burgers are very well made and the fries are phenomenal. If you have money go and eat here.

Five guys simply makes the best burgers.

I have rarely eaten so badly! And not for such prices anyway! €12 for a cheeseburger of this quality is a disgrace. The hot dog had come in a burger bun with cheap sausages. You can get more quality for less money at any other burger shop in Wiesbaden! The idea is good, but unfortunately the implementation failed!

Good burger place. I enjoyed it. However, the prices are twice as high as at McDonald's, for example. When the specified standards are adhered to and the employees enjoy their job because they are well paid. Fast food is definitely finger licking food.😀👍

I was really surprised! About the bill! For me and two children. The burgers are not bad but not good for the price and not big enough. The fries were okay but not great for the price. The industrial milkshake with spray cream was a disgrace for the price! The service in the restaurant or at the ordering counter was totally bad and chaotic. The employees insulted each other and were completely clueless. By the time I finally got the milkshakes, my boys had already eaten and my burger was cold. The grilled cheese sandwich is absolutely not recommended! It's an upside down burger bun topped with cheese and grilled. A joke! And why do you have to wrap a burger in some kind of aluminum foil in 2024? There are certainly better alternatives made from paper or other completely degradable materials.

Food was very fresh and tasted good. The staff were very friendly and also gave advice on choosing the dishes. The ambience is uniform, but for me personally it's a bit too open (strong canteen atmosphere). Prices are a bit high for fast food, will definitely come again. [Tip for experimental tastes: Milkshake with peanut and bacon 😋]

In principle, I think it's good that with every burger order you can specify exactly what you want on it, and that there can be a little more salad than elsewhere. Nevertheless, the burgers ultimately taste more on par with the well-known fast food competitors, and around €12 is simply too much money for that (milkshake €6.75, haha.) Ultimately, it's just an elitist version of the other shops and that's it probably in very good hands in Wiesbaden.

There definitely should be more five guys in Germany. Very tasty burger. Cool concept and large selection of drinks. The fries are delicious differently. If it wasn't so far away, I would come more often 😊.

Nice fast food restaurant in a great location. The issue is that they're not charging fastfood prices! There is no combos your paying for each items individually. If you choose 3 drinks, 3 burgers, and 3 fries essential 3 combos you will be paying roughly 80 euros! Be minful. Aside from that the food is still really good and the restaurant is really clean and comfortable to eat at.

Compared to the elephants McD, BK and KFC, these burgers are many times better. Not only much larger but also very tasty. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the price of €9 and €11 for a cheeseburger. Quality comes at a cost...

Conclusion about visiting the restaurant: Burger with meat Taste: The burger is halfway acceptable Price: Way too overpriced Waiting time: Far too long, about 15-20 minutes until you got the burger. Vegetarian burger Taste and texture: Ingredients were fresh. Unfortunately, it is not possible to say whether the vegetables are cooked on the same grill as the meat. Cheese: Using processed cheese slices Microbial rennet?? No idea The patty is too fatty The vegetables (including green peppers) in combination with the cheese were not to my taste. One can note positively: Drink selection: this is very exotic. Oil: Only peanut oil is used. Our conclusion: The prices are way too expensive. The waiting time is far too long. The taste leaves something to be desired. For the high prices, more attention should have been paid to quality

It's probably the worst burger and fries I've ever had. Tasteless and seriously overpriced. You'd be better off eating a greasy piece of deep-fried cardboard. Anywhere else would be preferable to eat in.

Excellent burgers, nice and juicy, just like you get in the states and the fries were excellent. Service was fast and looked pretty clean to me. Prices were a bit high but you have to remember you are getting a double burger with the regular and a single for the Little burgers. Recommend sharing a little fries if you are a pair, they throw extra in the bag just like they do in the states. Sodas are free refills and they have mayo and ketchup free. Highly recommend if you want the real American Burger Experience.

Visually it's a burger joint from the 80s, you wait forever EVERY TIME, the process there is totally poorly coordinated and then today I got a completely different burger. In general, the burgers there are so mediocre, 10 euros (just the burger!) is actually too expensive.

Probably a cultural thing. You have to like American ready-made food served without a plate. Definitely delicious.

Tolle Burger, super Pommes. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das einzige Manko ist die viel zu laute Musik.

For the people in the comments complaining about their orders adding up to 20 euros per person - you guys are not getting the right things. the difference between the little burgers and the regular is just one patty, get the little. the portions of the sides are larger than any other fast food establishment, I would recommend people to order one fries (either small or regular sized) and one drink to share between two or three people. That way it’s less than 12 euros per person, which would be what you pay in other burger places for better quality burgers.

Wer ein schnelles Mittagessen auf amerikanische Art mag, ist hier genau richtig. Die Burger und die Fritte. sind gut und werden frisch zubereitet. Es schmeckt lecker, die Toppings für den Burger kann man sich selbst zusammen stellen. Serviert wird in einer braunen Papiertüte. Wir hatten die mittleren Pommes bestellt und waren mit der Menge echt überfordert! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn man besser auf englisch bestellt 🙂. Für zwei Cheeseburger mit Pommes und Getränk (gratis auffüllen inkl.) haben wir 48,-€ bezahlt. Alles in allem nicht günstig für Burger mit Pommes. Trotzdem, Wir werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen.

Five guys halt. Es schmeckt, Personal hier ist freundlich. Allerdings find ich die Preise allmählich zu hoch. Auf dem Niveau kann man auch schon in ein Restaurant gehen.

I bought a cheeseburger for 9.8 euros and also bought some fries and a drink to boot. In the end, everything cost an immodest 20 € for fast food. Although the cheeseburger tastes natural compared to McDonald's and Burger King, the taste will be worse. One of the benefits of buying a drinks can is that you can pour a variety of drinks into it without any restrictions. Not bad, but in my opinion a little expensive for the money.

Freundliches Personal, leckerer Burger & sauberes Restaurant. Einfach Perfekt!

Hier kann man schnell mal was Essen gehen. Das Ambiente ist aber nicht besonders schön. Das Essen wird zwar schnell und frisch, aber ziemlich lieblos zubereitet. Und 12€ für EINEN Bacon-Burger ist auch mit allen Nebenkosten noch deutlich zu viel.

Das erste Mal bei Five Guys und für mich auch das letzte Mal. Essen war mittelmäßig Burger mit 11,00 Euro für meinen Geschmack überteuert. Wirklich super lecker waren die Pommes. Haben aber auch einen stolzen Preis. Gut das Fleisch hat ne andere Qualität wie bei MC Donalds, aber ich bin nicht überzeugt von Five Guy's

Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner und köstlicher Restaurant gewesen. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und zuvorkommend, das Essen war köstlich und die Innenausstattung war sehr sauber und groß. Nur das Einzige, wo ich ein Punkt weniger geben müsste, war wegen der Abholung vom Service gewesen. Sie gaben das bestellte Essen den Gäste in einer Tüte heraus, anstelle Tablett, Teller und Besteck. Sonnst ist am Essen nichts zu beschweren.

Für 19,85 Euro habe ich einen matschigen und unansehnlichen Cheeseburger mit Pommes und Cola bekommen. Geschmacklich war der Cheeseburger nicht gut. Die Pommes waren okay. Das Restaurant hier ist ein typisches Burger Restaurant mit Selbstbedienung. Für den Preis bekomme ich in einem normalen Restaurant ein besseres Essen, werde am Tisch bedient und habe ein Teller mit Besteck. Hier schmeißen sie alles in eine braune Papiertüte.

My favorite peanut butter milkshake in the world. The burgers are very tasty, I like that you can choose the toppings and the Cajun fries are highly recommended.

Great service. Normal (high price) for a burger. Burger was cooked well. Juicy and toppings were all fresh. Fries were amazing and plentiful. Bacon in a shake should be a sin(fully delicious). Will be back.
