Burger Syndikat Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

The quality has declined considerably in recent months. My last order received the wrong burger. After a phone call, the correct burger was delivered, but it was really annoying.

Disaster. I placed the order online as usual and paid via PayPal. They promised delivery in 30 minutes. After no food arrived after 90 minutes, I called Wiesbaden. No one answered the phone. Then I called the Mainz branch. After the employee asked me for the address, I was told the food was on its way. 45 minutes later, and completely emaciated, the food still hadn't arrived. So I called again. He wanted the address again. And suddenly they said the Wiesbaden branch would be closed for four days. There wasn't even an apology, let alone any customer-friendly concession. 1. We waited 2.5 hours for the food without any response. 2. Why couldn't they give me the information on the first phone call? 3. Why is the order even accepted and confirmed? 4. Why doesn't any website, not even Google, say the place is closed? Even though the food is just about edible, I won't order from there again.

Bad service. The website says they're open, so they quickly ordered something and paid online. They promised delivery in 30 minutes. After 90 minutes, still nothing. I called, apparently in Mainz, as it turned out the food was on its way. I waited another 40 minutes, still nothing. I called again and realized the location was wrong. Then I called Wiesbaden. No one answered. I called Mainz again and was told the Wiesbaden location was closed. After waiting for over two hours, I finally got an update. Hope I get my money back!!! I won't order from there again. I no longer trust the information on their website.

I was there for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The burger was super delicious—fresh, juicy, and perfectly prepared. The service was also friendly and quick. You feel welcome and well looked after. I'll definitely be back! Big compliments to the team.

Ordered there yesterday, and the burger was okay and a good size, but the fries were undercooked, bad frozen fries. For 4.50, they were truly criminally bad...

We had two different burgers with sweet potato fries. We were very satisfied; our fries were even crispy ☺️ We both left out the drinks on our menus. We then received a call asking if that was okay. We confirmed it and received two muffins instead, which made us very happy. So every burger fan should definitely order from there. It's definitely highly recommended.

Very disappointed. We ordered regularly and were always satisfied. One day, our food arrived incomplete, so I called Burger Syndicate and asked if there was a way to complete the order. On the phone, they told me to write in the description of my next order that I would then receive it. Today we ordered again, and I had written it in the description, but unfortunately, it wasn't included. As far as I'm concerned, it wouldn't have been a problem if they had told me directly on the phone that it wasn't possible. I don't think this is a good thing.

Great tip for vegans! I tried the Vegan Greek Burger today and it was so good. The patty is better than any meat patty I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it to every meat lover! This is how you can convert to veganism! What quality and a great variety for vegetarians and vegans. The sweet potato fries are delicious, and all the other burgers I've tried are also super tasty and varied. My favorite is the BIG KAHUNA BURGER with grilled fresh pineapple! Fast and hot delivery. Very friendly service on the phone.

I can only rate the order of vegan burgers, in the end the ones with meat are in a completely different league... The patty was a bit small for the bun, the (vegan) cheese, which doesn't melt easily and was completely cold, and the mayo caused the patty to basically slip away and at some point the bun fell apart... I have that cheese then downed. Patty probably beyond. The fries are very thin. Our regular burger shop is closed on Mondays, so if we forget that, we'll just order somewhere else. In this case, too, there is absolutely no reason to change our habits...but it's cheap and you get full. It wasn't really tasty.

I'm really sorry, but the burgers were super bad. I've actually never had such bad burgers. The meat was of terrible quality. It was like rubber and my wife found something big, white and hard in it, probably bone or cartilage or something. The meat really couldn't be called meat, and it was also very lightly seasoned. The buns were ok, nothing special. The sauces were actually quite tasty, and there's a pretty good selection too. Unfortunately, the vegetables in the burger were not at all fresh and very limp. I wouldn't spend another €10 on that. Overall a 3/10. There are no menus (which I think is really bad) but the fries that we ordered were actually really good. Was a mix of fries and sweet potato fries. Delivery time was super fast. Supplier nice. But unfortunately I personally didn't like the food at all.

Been here six months and have tried quite a few burgers. Thankfully, there is no need to try any other burgers, im sold. Me and my family were very pleased with our meal. Imbiss-Essen via Lieferdienst... Ein 0815-Burger wie es ihn an jedem x-beliebigen Imbiss gibt. Wohlgemerkt essbar und ok, aber halt absolut nichts besonders. Das Fleisch ist trocken und recht neutral, Industriestandard. Grundsätzlich wären 3 Sterne auch ok, wenn er nicht -trotz- Lieferung wesentlich teurer als an der Imbissbude wäre und trotz geringem Anfahrtsweg schon fast kalt gewesen wäre. (bestellt über einen bekannten Online-Lieferdienst, falls das irgendwie Einfluss hat)

Best Burger in Town. Definitely! Ich hatte mal wieder den Garlic Burger mit extra Ajoli, Emmentaler, Röstzwiebel und Parmesan. Außerdem die Nuggets mit Aioli zum dippen

Das dritte mal hier über eine gut bekannte Plattform bestellt und nun kann ich endlich eine finale Kritik geben die hoffentlich dem ein oder anderen hilft. Ich hatte bisher meist immer 1 Burger eine Portion Pommes und Käseecken/Mozzarella Sticks bestellt. Ich wurde jedes Mal erneut von der Sternepunktzahl auf der Lieferplattform sowie hier zum Bestellen verführt . Leider wurde ich bisher jedes Mal aufs Neue enttäuscht. Die Burger sind schlicht und ergreifend nicht gut. Die Patties sind geschmacklos, trocken und erinnern eher an das was man bei McDonalds bekommt. Wahrscheinlich sind die Burger deswegen auch vollgeklatscht mit Mayo und Ketchup. Ein ganz großes Problem bisher waren die Temperaturen der Speisen. Ich habe grundsätzlich eigentlich kein großes Problem mit lauwarmen Essen aber ich hatte praktisch nach kurzer Zeit einen kalten Burger in der Hand. Die Beilagen (Pommes, Mozarella-Sticks) sind ebenfalls bisher immer nur leicht lauwarm angekommen. Die Käseecken waren komischerweise bisher immer wärmer. Wäre alles wenigstens warm würde ich den Laden als Alternative zu Mc-Donalds und Burger King sehen. Aber die Qualität der Burger und dazu die Temperatur Probleme sind ein No-Go. Ergänzung: ich finde die Anzahl der positiven Bewertungen von dem laden hier sowohl auf der Lieferplattform sowie hier bei Google ziemlich verdächtig.

Es ist und bleibt einfach suuuper yummie! Selbst falls man verständlicherweise in den Hauptessenszeiten mal etwas länger warten muss bekommt man dafür sogar einen Gutschein als Entschädigung.

Wir haben sehr lange auf unser Essen warten müssen, die Burger waren nichts besonderes und alle extra bestellten Soßen für die Beilagen wurden bei der Lieferung vergessen.
