Yes, this restaurant has the same quality as in Frankfurt am Main. The dishes and the spatial facilities are very pleasant! Now, to eat! It was wholesome and my friends liked it.

We had reserved a table in advance, but the restaurant was crowded and we had to wait a long time for the waiter. Then our order got mixed up (((But they quickly fixed everything and added an extra salad "as an apology") Overall everything was very tasty) So for €50 for two people with drinks you can have a delicious snack, but don't expect anything out of the ordinary.

The ambience was something different, decorated with birch trunks, lamps in the shape of birdhouses, simple but good seats. The burger buns don't fall apart like other hamburgers and the sweet potato fries are great. The barbecue sauce is a dream, very hearty and not too runny. Gladly again!!!

We got a spot straight away, meaning no waiting time even though we went there at peak time. It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. The order came quickly and we waited about 10 minutes until we got our food. The burger was very tasty and the fries weren't too soggy. The waitress was also very friendly. Only the french fries sauce is a bit sweet ;)

Very disappointing. The service is unfriendly, clueless and uncoordinated. We each ordered a burger and a portion of fries as a side dish. Logically, this should all be served on a plate, but first a portion of fries was hastily placed on the table as an “appetizer.” Then as we walked past our waiter asked if we only got the fries, to which I of course replied yes. Then he just kept walking. After 50 minutes, another waitress came with two burgers and a portion of fries on her plate and then asked us if she was at the right table and if we had ordered what she had in our hands. I told her that she should know! Without further ado, like the fries, she hastily placed the plates on the table. I made a comment that the fries were missing from one of the plates because we got a portion half an hour ago and I would like to order another one. She was a bit overwhelmed and then the first waiter quickly put another portion of fries on the table (again hastily). One star from me because only the fries were good. Everything else is unfortunately very disappointing.

The staff seemed completely uninterested, as if they were forced to be there. Instead of attending to guests, they gathered at the bar, chatting or scrolling on their phones. It took forever for someone to take my order—no greeting, no welcome, just a blunt "What do you want?" The waiter acted as if customers should already know the menu by heart. When I hesitated over choosing a bun, his reaction made me feel like I was stupid. Maybe I am—if I ever go back. The wait for a beer was long, and the burger took another 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, it was nothing special—slightly better than an average McDonald's burger at best. This place desperately needs someone with real hospitality experience to change both the service and management approach. I’ve seen other customers mention similar issues in their reviews, but it’s clear the restaurant isn’t taking seriously.

The service staff were really super friendly and attentive, there's nothing wrong with that. But unfortunately I think the portions have decreased quite a bit, the kids menu had 10 fries on it when it came up and unfortunately the taste is not what it used to be.

We were there on a Saturday lunchtime to have lunch before an event. We (two people) arrived at 1:30 p.m. after prior reservation and were then assigned a table by the waiter. The food/drinks menu was already on the table, so we could choose something straight away. Unfortunately we had to wait over 15 minutes until an employee came and actually took our order. The drinks came quite quickly. After that was done, we waited again for almost 35 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. The burger in particular was unfortunately only lukewarm, the fries were ok. Since we chose a lunch menu, we were each given a hot drink at the end. They also took another good 15 minutes to prepare (for 1 coffee and 1 cocoa). Here, too, the cocoa was almost cold, and the cups (we ordered it "to go" due to the advanced time) were only ½-¾ full. The food itself tastes delicious, there is nothing wrong with it. But unfortunately the service wasn't up to scratch at all, it seemed disorganized and hectic even though the store wasn't fully staffed. In between, colleagues from service were called into the kitchen to provide support. This works better in other branches. In my opinion, one of the main problems is that there are not enough staff and they have to do everything (they were at the bar, served, took orders, helped in the kitchen...). It becomes clear at some point that the service suffers as a result. You might also want to rethink the concept of making hot drinks. It's nice when everything is done in a "hip and modern" way: froth the milk extra, then pour it into the cup, add coffee, etc.). But sometimes a good old fully automatic coffee machine is the better choice. The customers don't have to wait forever, the staff isn't overwhelmed (the young man had to go get milk replenishments three times...) and by the time the last drink is ready, the first one isn't cold again. In summary: the food was good, the service was not. The management should change something here. The guests and employees will thank you.

My first real time at Hans im Glück, and we had no luck! I had previously had bad experiences with other locations because of the service, which is why I left the store before ordering. I would have preferred to do it here straight away. We waited forever for our order, which was then served cold. The brioche buns were my highlight in terms of taste, but the frozen patty with the sparingly and carelessly draped toppings only gave me a stone in my stomach that kept me awake half the night! After my companion no longer wanted to use the toilets, we were happy to be able to leave again after an hour and a half. I can report the same thing about the service as I have already complained about here. Chia! Ambiance is not everything you need to convince!

My family and I visited the Hans im Glück branch in Wiesbaden in mid-January 2025 on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. The restaurant is beautifully and comfortably furnished. It is very large and offers a lot of seats. Overall, our visit there left us with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the food - as we know from Hans im Glück - was very good. The fries were well seasoned, the burgers were delicious and even the hot chocolate at the end was very good. The only thing you could count on two hands was the number of fries on the children's plate. However, the service had strong potential for improvement. The staff was very polite though. However, the service overall was extremely inattentive and not present. Each process took a very long time. In total we spent almost two hours there. However, we spent most of the time waiting. 25 minutes to bring three hot chocolates to the table is simply unacceptable. My conclusion: The food is very good. However, service staff - probably due to the sheer size of the restaurant - are hopelessly overwhelmed.

I love the franchise. I love the food and I love the ambience and the concept. Only the store in Wiesbaden is for the A****... The service was very bad. We were hardly noticed, it took a long time until we could order and until the food came. Even the drinks took a long time. When a continuous ringing sound came from the kitchen (à la "Someone is coming again today to get the food?") it was clear to me that the kitchen was also dissatisfied with the work performance of the service staff. The fries and burgers were therefore cold when they were at our table. A complaint about the fries resulted in a fresh portion but no apology. That's better. In the future I will only go to Frankfurt.

I love eating at Hans im Glück 🍀! The burgers 🍔 are simply delicious and the fries 🍟 are seasoned perfectly. I am always particularly impressed by the friendly service 😊. The food always comes pretty quickly, which is super convenient. I highly recommend a visit!

During a spontaneous visit to this restaurant, I was greeted very friendly and quickly. After I was taken to my table, I was able to order drinks and food in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the quality of my selected dishes and the service. Gladly again!

After more than an hour of delivery, I received cold burgers that were completely wrong. Extra ingredients are missing, side dishes are completely missing. Branch cannot be reached by phone, support is busy. For a 40€ burger it's a disgrace.

After almost exactly 2 hours in which the preparation time was only increased and, according to the app, the driver had been waiting forever, now this is happening? I wanted to give "Hans im Glück" a second chance after ages because of the terrible service on site, but no thanks! Without apology or anything. Luckily, Wolt paid me the money again as credit.

We were impressed with the service at this branch throughout our visit - the employees were always friendly and quick. I also really liked the taste, fries and burgers were of good quality and plentiful. The lemonade was nice and refreshing.

We went to Hans im Glück at the Kurpark in Wiesbaden as part of our Christmas market visit and I have to say: underground! If you want to pay a lot of money for bad food and bad service, this is the place for you. After taking the order without any special features (no cocktails), the food arrived an hour before the drinks. After repeating the drink requests, it turned out that they had been written down incorrectly. But instead of delivering the drinks quickly, we waited another 15 minutes. The patties and the food as a whole were rather lukewarm, and the fries had probably been in the deep fryer hours before. And charging 2.20 euros for a bowl of dip with the fries goes beyond my idea of ​​what I'm willing to spend money on. Recognizing the imbalance, one person primarily looked after us and we were offered a drink on the house, but anyone who wants to earn money in the restaurant business should have internalized the concepts of quality and service. A visit to a restaurant is simply too expensive for something like that these days. Too bad!

Ich oute mich als Fan von Hans im Glück und hab bald alle Standorte besucht (verrückt, oder?). Warum dann einen Stern abziehen? Das beleuchtete Logo gehört untrennbar dazu ist aber zumindest aktuell defekt und wir sind erstmal dran vorbei gelaufen. Drinnen ist es gerade so warm (im Dezember) genug für die Zeit des Verzehrs. Schließlich die Info, dass Bier vom Fass aus ist und der bestellte Salat wurde zunächst vergessen. Ist das meckern? Ja, weil das Basics sind. Positiv, und ausschlaggebend für vier Sterne: eine sehr sympathische Servicekraft hat sich um uns gekümmert, die Burger, Salat und fritten gewohnt lecker, die alternativen Getränke ebenfalls und natürlich kommen wir wieder.

We were here for the first time today. It's a good thing we had reservations, many guests were turned away because the restaurant was fully booked. The service greeted us in a friendly manner, found the reservation straight away and assigned us a table by the window. The menu offers a lot of burgers, also vegetarian and vegan. I had the version with walnut patty, avocado cream, Rite beets and fried egg. I found it really tasty. The other two had a double burger with beef and a vegetarian chicken patty and were also completely satisfied. Anytime again 😊

Not recommended. Our second visit was also disappointing. The price-performance ratio is by no means right here. Although many tables are free, you are immediately rudely informed that you only have 1 hour to eat. But the order isn't taken until 20 minutes later. The service was also not satisfactory.

I had dinner there with my son today. The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately the fries were warmed up. The service was catastrophic. Apart from us there were only two tables occupied. It took 5 minutes for us to place the order. Then the Kellern stood behind the counter for 10 minutes. Didn't do anything. Only after 10 minutes did he take care of our drinks, even though nothing was going on. He made my homemade lemonade with 3/4 tap water and 1/4 mango juice, plus a few mint leaves. Absolutely impossible for the price.

Subterranean delivery for a burger restaurant. Both burgers that were ordered were on the wrong bun. Extra bacon was charged but not delivered. No cheese on the "cheese and bacon" burger. On the "Fiery" there was wilted lettuce and a tomato that was far too soft and the goat cheese was so mixed with the sauce that it was no longer recognizable. The beef patty looks like it came from the freezer. For the money, better food and less elaborate packaging would be recommended.

The burger called Geisbock (with pulled cheese) was very tasty, the salad was crispy and fresh and the fries were perfect. Good food, served quickly and super nice and lovely staff ❤️

Buena hamburguesa, precio extraño (un poco caro para lo que obtiene) ambiente fresco. Muy buen ambiente, el personal muy agradable la hamburguesa, las opciones y el menú eran bastante buenos, pero el precio era extraño. Había un precio de paquete de comida que incluía ciertas bebidas y otras no incluidas. Algo confuso para los estadounidenses. La hamburguesa estaba muy buena. Me doy cuenta de que las hamburguesas son algo americano y que estábamos en Alemania, pero estaban tratando de hacer una hamburguesa estilo americano, así que di puntos extra. La camarera era muy agradable.

Just too expensive for the price

Unfortunately, some things were not available during our visit: There was only a limited selection of hot drinks, only one of several types of buns for the burgers was available, then the goat cheese for my desired burger was out and my colleague got a burger with a sauce that he specifically wanted didn't want to have. All in all, unfortunately, a bit much.

The burgers and drinks are good and the service has always been solid. I just find the salads on the menu far too bland.

The burger was very good and the price was good aswell. Cool location too. However, the service was outstanding. We are new to Germany, and our waitress took at least 10 minutes of her time recommending new places for my wife and I to visit. Frankly, she was one of the very best and friendliest waitresses I have ever had.

I thought that the restraunt was nice. It is in the middle of Downtown Wiesbaden, which is also very nice. The food offers a nice selection of burgers salads and fries. They have a vegetarian menu for people that need it. Service was ok, they messed up our order but we're great in getting it fixed. I would definitely come back to this place as a casual luncheon!

The burger chain is called Hans im Glück and you need a bit of luck if you need the service. There is still room for improvement. That's why only three stars for it, the food that you could get (not everything could be ordered because of a broken refrigerator) was okay but nothing more. Personally, I think the price-performance ratio is anything but good. But this is my peronal opinion.

Zum Ende hin wollten wir noch eine Nachspeise, es war ca 21:07 Uhr, die Bedienung meinte die Küche hätte schon zu, obwohl die Öffnungszeiten trotz Feiertag bis 23 Uhr ausgeschrieben war, nur weiter so wenn Ihr 2 Stunden keinen Umsatz machen wollt. I always find it very beautiful, no matter what city. In Wiesbaden we were served extremely friendly and very nicely by two ladies. We only had a little something to eat because we didn't have time, but the nut dressing on the salad was MEGA!

Preise sind viel zu hoch für die Qualität. Für kleine Pommes Knobi 7€ ist definitiv übertrieben. Für 2 Burger und 2 Pommes haben wir 40€ ohne Getränke ausgegben! Mir gefällit die Atmosphäre beim Hans im Glück, Service ist auch gut. Wegen den hohen Preise werde nicht mehr so oft hingehen können.

Great service and great burgers

Even though it's a chain, it's always a nice place to grab a drink and a snack when you're out and about in the big city. The ambience is always similar and we like it because it doesn't have a classic, boring room and table layout. For the first time I ate these sweet potato fries with avocado and chili mayo, as well as the small wild herb salad topping. Tastes really delicious.

A good, better snack bar with a good menu where everyone can find something. Meat lovers as well as vegans. I find that very commendable. The lemonades are also recommended. The service was very attentive and friendly, but a bit understaffed, like everywhere else. They definitely hurry up. It's a bit hard to sit on some benches without backrests and sometimes you're too close to your neighbor at the next table. When the weather is good there are also tables outside and on the first floor. The toilets are in the basement.

Geniales Angebot, das uns wirklich überrascht hat, nämlich das „Date Night Menu“ für nur 30€ mit 2 Burger nach Wahl, einmal Fritten und 2 Cocktails - ebenfalls frei wählbar. Wir wurden hervorragend bedient und beraten von „Moshan“, einer wirklich absolut liebenswerten und freundlichen, sehr kompetenten jungen Dame. Danke für ein tolles Restaurantbesuch-Erlebnis! Das Witzige daran: ich heiße selbst „Hans“ und meine Partnerin und ich hatten wirklich das „Glück“, einen so schönen Abend erleben zu dürfen!

The waitress blew her nose and didn't wash her hands. Many times you have to ask for the bill. The small tables near the entrance are terribly uncomfortable; there is no space for upper things and bags. The seats are not comfortable. The food is okay. Prices are a little above average.

We had two different vegetarian burgers and split a large sweet potato fries basket. Food was tasty, and I loved the sauce options on both the burgers and available for the fries. The atmosphere was good, the birch long design is cool and the seating is interestingly arranged. Service and food were both very slow, though, especially for a burger and fries. Over 40 minutes from order to food arrival. It was busy but not crazy and then the kitchen closed before we could order dessert because the food took so long.

War sehr lecker aber die Chefin hat den Stress den Sie in ihrem Geschäft hatte uns als Kunde so richtig spüren lassen, wäre meiner Meinung nicht nötig gewesen denn die Service Kraft hat das sehr gut weggesteckt und alles super geregelt wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Fand das Essen jetzt nicht wirklich überragend. Preis zu hoch für das Essen. Portionen eher klein. Ambiente sehr eng und teilweise unangenehm dicht zusammen. Bedienung gestresst und am Limit. Trotzdem zuvorkommend, aber man fühlt den Stess, der sich dann auch auf uns abgefärbt hat.

Essen war seht lecker, Service supernett und eifrig. Leider macht die superlaute, knallende Ein/Ausgangstür mit tatsächlich wackelnden Scheiben und Sitzmöbeln das ansonsten sehr schöne Ambiente kaputt. Das ist sehr schade und wäre so einfach zu beheben...

Burger und Auswahl sind ganz gut. Sitzplätze drinnen waren etwas eng. Toiletten könnten etwas mehr Pflege vertragen. Ansonsten vollkommen in Ordnung

Der Service ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ich bewerte nur außergewöhnliche Leistungen (sonst bewerte ich gar nicht, weil ich diese Internet-Anprangerei nicht mag). Die 5 Sterne habt ihr Euch wirklich verdient 😀

Ein kleiner aber feiner Ort. Das Essen ist meistens relativ gut und die Burger sind echt lecker. Die normalen Pommes schmecken etwas pappig, die Süßkartoffel-Pommes sind daher meiner Meinung nach besser. Das Personal ist meitens freundlich, jedoch ist das Restaurant oft überfüllt und dadurch überfordert. Die Einrichtung ist ganz okay, auch wenn manche Tische eng gelegen sind. Trotzdem ein ganz netter Ort. Kann ich empfehlen.

Burger und Pommes schmecken dort sehr gut und es gibt u. a. verschiedene Variationen hausgemachten Eistee. Auch sehr lecker. Verschiedene selbstgemachte Burgerbuns sind wählbar. Personal was super freundlich. Im Sommer kann man auch im Außenbereich Platz nehmen
