The food was truly amazing, and the staff at the pickup location were extremely friendly! I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, disappointing. I had pre-ordered 4 hours in advance. I ended up canceling 3.5 hours before delivery by calling the store. I was told to call Lieferando about the refund. Lieferando said, "The hotline is only for restaurants." I called Burger Me again, explained it again, and the cancellation was confirmed again. Regarding the refund, "I wouldn't be the first." A few days later, I contacted Lieferando's customer service. They contacted Burger Me and said, and I quote: "Unfortunately, I do not have good news for you. The owner has informed me that he does not agree to refund the amount." Now, over a month later, I still haven't received my refund and am writing it down. This is not correct. In any case, I find it strange that the store manager "does not agree to refund the amount." On what grounds? As a reminder, I canceled a pre-order with 3.5 hours' notice and have received neither service nor goods.

Unfortunately, the food isn't that good. I'll probably go back to the kebab shop for my burger. I was there, waited for my takeaway order, and the burger was lukewarm and not particularly tasty...McDonald's is better. So, the price-performance ratio isn't right. I wouldn't really recommend it. Perhaps others have better experiences.

One of my favorite burger joints! The quality is always excellent! The fries are delicious and perfectly seasoned! The burgers are very good quality and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant! A year ago, I gave it 4 stars, but they've improved significantly and now it's 5 stars!

Delivery time of 25 minutes is not correct, it took 40 minutes and the food was cold for the price a disappointment and the delivery man could not communicate

Good burgers for when you need something quick. It's not a burger place where you can sit inside. Their concept is just different. The staff is nice :)

Apparently it's now called 1Burger, & it tastes like it's been half thrown away. So really very unloving. I have no idea why you renamed yourself, but that doesn't mean that your burger promotions are served like the last snot. Slice of cheese was then too much of a good thing. This isn't a burger, it's more of a homogeneous mass, more like bites. It's really disrespectful to offer something like that for almost a tenner. In addition, the burgers are much smaller than before. You might think that if you change your name, you'll at least deliver better than before. Your concept now seems just as silly as MC's. Underground, you can't order anything good for your money anymore.

Not recommended! Full-bodied and cocky, a delivery time of 25 minutes is actively advertised. We waited an hour. After asking the hotline, our delivery took 44 (!) minutes and arrived cold. Two burger menus for over 35 euros, a disappointment.

Ordered food for delivery so we were not in the restaurant. Burger meals were very good. They only have Fritz Brand Drinks with orders.

A menu costs €18.50... plus a 45 minute delay for a cold burger and a warm drink, that can't be right.

I got delivery from them and was food poisoned. The Chicken Meat was still pink and undercooked when I got it. Which gave me a severe stomach cramp over the entire night after eating half of it. Ontop of that, there was tripple the amount of bun then meat of the burger and one tiny slice of tomato on there. I basically got two slices of bad bread with a bit of undercooked meat on it. And you can get better chicken tenders at McDonalds for far less money. For 23EUR you can get way better food anywhere else that also doesn't make you sick.

I've been ordering locally since it opened and personally like the owners. Human, insightful and accommodating! I can only speak for myself and I am generally satisfied with the quick hunger. Of course, here and there something doesn't work and maybe it's not quite as warm, a little too salty or a new product doesn't taste good. Not every day can be the same! You always have to try new things. That's how it is in life. This also happens at your favorite kebab and pizzeria! If your favorite burger is out of the range, there are always good promotions. I think it's particularly worth mentioning that you can order via your Burgerme account because you can collect the points and save a lot of money. Since I'm not far from the store and now, after a long period of ordering, I also maintain a personal relationship with the owners, so they respond to requests, preferences in the preparation of the burger, etc. So I often get what I want and it just tastes good to me. But do it to all customers when they communicate it. In terms of price, it is at least no more or less than the well-known fast food chains. In summary: good people, delicious burgers and cool promotions.

The delivery took place after just 35 minutes, but the food wasn't particularly tasty. On the contrary: for the price of €10, the salad was disappointing. The burger was okay but not special. The chicken fingers were really tasty, but way too expensive. I definitely won't order here again as the price/performance ratio is really not good.

Every time I order from Burgerme in Wiesbaden, the half that I still have to pay for is missing

I've ordered there several times, directly via the app, so far everything has always been good, but today it was a big letdown! I ordered two burger menus to be delivered, had to wait 55 (!) minutes and when it finally came, everything was cold! And that for around €40 and an advertisement that promises delivery in 25 minutes. That was very disappointing today!

I got 2 burgers and 1 Caesar salad at Ubereats, they forgot the Caesar salad, then 10 minutes later it came, but without chicken and without Caesar dressing. I asked her on ubereats and no answer.

Ordered burgers for 1 p.m. for a team meeting that lasts an hour. Two gentlemen arrived half an hour late, handed over the burgers without saying a word, and no apology was heard for the delay. They took the 12 euro tip without saying a thank you. We're glad that there are still working people in this industry, but a little humanity while working wouldn't be entirely wrong.

Wir haben zwei Burger und die Fingerfood-Box über Lieferando bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war ein wenig länger als angezeigt,das Essen war allerdings sehr lecker und ausreichend warm.

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal da, das essen war unglaublich lecker, preis sehr angemessen, Personal war sehr zukommend und freundlich, jeder Zeit wieder gerne!!

Das Essen war super! Wir hatten Burger und Pommes. Es wurde schnell und heiß geliefert, der Mitarbeiter war auch sehr nett. Preis-Leistung hat definitiv gestimmt und die Zutaten waren alle frisch und sehr lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

Geben wenn man bestellt immer sehr kurze Zeiten an die nie eingehalten werden. Letztes Mal wurde 23 Minuten (ist nur ne Straße weiter) angegeben, Essen kam nach über 70 Minuten und war halb auseinander gefallen, kalt und lieblos. Da ich sonst immer zumindest mit der Qualität des Essens sowas ähnliches wie zufrieden war dachte ich heute ich versuche es nochmal. Heute wurden 10 Minuten angegeben und ich warte bereits mehr als das dreifache dieser angegebenen Zeit. Gebt doch wenigstens realistische Zeiten an, dann sind die Leute auch nicht sauer oder enttäuscht .

Habe schon öfter in diesem Restaurant von burgerme bestellt. Das Essen war schnell geliefert und noch warm. Zu einem guten Burger gehört für mich die gute Soße. Finde es deswegen gut, dass man sich zu jedem Burger bis zu 2 extra Soßen gratis dazu bestellen kann. So kann man sich geschmacklich ein bisschen austoben. Von den Portionen wurde ich auch immer locker satt. Habe sowohl schon vor Ort, per Telefon als auch über Lieferrando bestellt, was immer problemlos geklappt hat. Ich wurde auch bei vielen Extrawünschen immer freundlich und geduldig bedient. Preis-Leistung find ich top.

Kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Das Essen war kalt und die Qualität ist nicht gut. Es ist das billigste Fleisch, was man so kaufen kann. Für 10 Euro pro Burger gibt es Besseres.

Habe über die Homepage bestellt. Das Essen war innerhalb von 25 min da. Das Essen war lecker, warm und die Lieferung war vollständig. Werden wieder hier bestellen :).

Wir haben über die burgerme app bestellt. Leider hat bei einem Menu das Getränk gefehlt. Geschmacklich war es ok, aber keine Highlight. Da gibt es bessere Alternativen. Dazu noch recht teuer >16€ für das Menu.

Bestellt und in kürzester zeit war mein essen fertig Und auch noch heiß/warm Freundliches und höffliches Personal und alles ist sauber.

Zu Besuch in Wiesbaden. Blitzschnelle Lieferung, Burger & Pommes waren noch angenehm warm. Ich hatte: New Yorker Vegan, Pommes frites, Veganer Crunchy & Fritz Limo Apfel-Kirsch-Holunder-Limonade. Ab und zu Mal Fast Food ist gut für die Nerven, besonders, wenn es lecker schmeckt & Tierleid-frei und Cruelty free ist. :)
