Unpleasant service, which is hilarious for a fast casual restaurant. Its quite easily avoidable by training staff for professionalism but very little to be found here. overly rude and inattentive. The corpulent middle aged blond german woman really ought to be dismissed for how she discriminatorily profiled the young out of europe couple in front of me. It made me very uncomfortable, especially after she sought approval for her out of order behavior. Unlucky for me for having to order next, all i could do was smile irritatedly to her attempts at charged jokes aiming at the young couple and be confused by the familiarity i was supposed to have with her for being a fellow blonde i guess who happen to have a similar complexion? Wont be visiting there again till the place has its staff in order.

Really good quality, nice environment and staff.

There was simply no one in the store at pickup time. The door was open, the sign said closed. After calling several times, someone eventually came and found our order (wherever it was); slightly soggy fries. There was no communication. Very strange experience, can't recommend it to anyone.

Small burger shop, with delicious fries and a good burger. The staff was friendly. The toilet is very reminiscent of that of a small student bar. (1 toilet for everyone) I had the Australia Burger as a menu item. But there is also a good selection of vegetarian options.

We had a portion of fries, a campfire and a chili cheese smashburger. The campfire tasted good for a price of €12.90 but was also overpriced. Fries were okay. A real disappointment, however, was the Smash Burger, which really doesn't deserve its name. This Ultra Flat Patty was really dry and not tasty. There was chili on the burger, but the artificial cheese sauce masked its taste. Too bad!
