The worst burger I've ever tasted... And this place is primarily geared towards deliveries...

I went to BurgerVision today and wanted to order a simple cheeseburger meal. As soon as I placed my order, four or five Lieferando drivers were standing next to me, practically pushing and shoving me. None of the staff said anything or intervened. Then I had to wait almost an hour – after 40-50 minutes, my food still wasn't ready. When I asked, they just said "10 more minutes," but even after another 20 minutes, nothing had arrived. I then demanded my money back. Just as I was getting my refund, one of the Lieferando drivers shoved me from behind. That was truly disrespectful and absolutely unacceptable. No one from the restaurant reacted or apologized. I was simply disappointed and hungry. Such an experience is unacceptable – both in terms of service and atmosphere. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that guests can feel safe and respected there again.

The food is always really delicious. But the delivery times are often disastrous. The food then arrives cold. The time display function in the app is also suboptimal. I waited more than two hours today for my order, which was then still incomplete. The delivery times were always displayed incorrectly. 12 minutes, then suddenly 29 minutes again. Before, I had already waited an hour for the order to be processed... If only they had been informed beforehand that they didn't have capacity for deliveries right now, they would have driven by themselves...

We ordered three meals and all three received the same rating: 3/5. The fries were a bit too salty, the patties a bit too greasy, and the price/performance ratio was quite good. However, the hefty €3 surcharge for a vegetarian meal isn't advertised and is unreasonable regardless. We won't be returning here again anytime soon.

My order never arrived, and when I contacted the restaurant, they refused to refund me. Scam!!

Good food but the service is a disgrace

I was ordering from this place but never got my food delivered. They were still charging me for the meal. When I wanted to get my money back it was not possible because "the restaurant would lose money on that". I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy.

We accidentally came across this place in the vysokoho, but we were always too lazy to go so far. So after 3 places we came here right next door to this place and we are now frequent visitors😋😊 it's very tasty here I recommend you to visit too🍔🍟

Had the best time! Burger and fries were fire! The place is clean and it’s really nice to seat outside (one of the prettiest streets in Berlin) Stuff were amazing. Next time I’m in Berlin I’ll be back there.

The delivery didn't arrive. (Lieferando). I paid, and the restaurant isn't to blame. No one rang the bell or called as stated. The 4th floor was apparently too high. No help from the restaurant. It couldn't be worse. €25 for rude replies. No support, no interest in fixing the problem, nor any help. "We made the goods." But that you work with such a delivery service and alienate customers. Thanks for the lovely evening. (In 25 years in the restaurant industry, I've never experienced anything so rude.) Good luck!

Guys...what can I say? They have delicious, juicy smash burgers at really good prices! The fries are absolutely delicious, too. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

A definite recommendation. It was quite busy due to the selection, but we still didn't have to wait long for our burgers. The service was excellent; despite the stress, everyone had a smile on their faces. And now, most importantly, the burger: a delicious smash burger with caramelized onions. You can also choose between cheese and vegan options. We also tried the fries and strips, which were also delicious.

I'm standing at the counter while 3 people are in the kitchen, and they don't even bother to come forward. Instead, you use facial expressions to ask, “What do you want?” Since I was actually standing there in a bit of torn clothes because I was moving, they probably thought that he can't afford anything here anyway, so we don't have to take him seriously. Humanly zero points!

Burger Vision on Gleimstraße in Berlin is one of the best burger spots in the city. Their burgers are fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. I don't understand why it's rated below 4 stars?! The burger was good and the fries were outstanding. The service as it should be and the ambience? Typically Berlin Prenzlauerberg. There is only one star deduction for the long waiting time. Even though there was no one in the store, we still waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Conclusion: It was still worth the wait! Absolutely clear recommendation!

Ordered via Lieferando, called after more than an hour, I was assured that the food would arrive in 5 minutes, another hour later it was marked as delivered and it wasn't delivered at all

I waited 2 hours for the order. Suddenly the status changes from "in transit" to "delivered" without the shipment even being delivered. And I get an email from Lieferando saying that the delivery person called and when no one opened the door, he left the order outside the door (a block away). Nonsense, I walk down the stairs and there's nothing there. A waste of time and money.

We ordered our food at 6 p.m. and delivery time was shown as 45 minutes. However, the delivery did not come, on the second call to the restaurant after 1 hour and 45 minutes, we canceled the order and asked on the phone that the same order would be prepared again and that we would pick it up personally. When we arrived at the store we said that the driver had had an accident and was therefore not with us. Of course we were sorry. However, they didn't take our order because the man on the phone didn't understand us properly. Even after explaining the situation several times, they still didn't understand what the problem was. At some point they simply disappeared into the kitchen without saying anything. We left after waiting a bit without food and after 2.5 hours. Super bad service, not recommended!

Update 01/23/25 I'm here again and again. The bad reviews probably result from a certain lack of structure in the delivery business. The local store is great. Today I had a double smash with fries again and both were excellent and didn't have to hide from other well-known burger consultants in terms of taste. So even if the reviews look bad, eating there is worth it. -------- had the chicken burger here. It was really very good. Maybe even one of the best I had in Berlin. The sauces are amazing plus the pickles, really great cinema. Thanks the potato buns are really great. I think the chicken burger here is better than at Goldies, for example. The food on offer is rather meager, but it is also fast food.

Food was never delivered by Lieferando even though the money was debited. When I try to call there is no answer.

So I've been waiting 1 1/2 hours for my delivery and the food is still not there. The food is shown at half price but is deducted in full. The food tastes great but everything else is not good. Not even half of the money is sent back, which is a shame.

The food arrived very cold. When I tried to clarify this over the phone, it was explained to me that thermoboxes were only available in the branch, but that they were not given to the driver. The person I spoke to on the phone didn't seem to care at all. I could leave a review on Lieferando, it would be deleted anyway. It's really a shame that customers are treated like this.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience! I placed my order via Lieferando and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for my food. Just when I thought it was finally on its way, I received a message that my order had suddenly been canceled - without warning or explanation. Such poor communication and service is absolutely unacceptable. I therefore cannot recommend this restaurant and will definitely not order here again.

Just ordered there for the first time and I have to say, great!! The fries were definitely freshly made and the Single Chees Smash Burger was awesome!! Sometimes less is more and the food arrived warm to us. Clear recommendation from me and will definitely order from you again. Keep it up...

Burger tastes super fresh and the meat is deliciously mashed. Fries are always nice and crispy and you can't go wrong with the lunch menu :) Bad reviews only relate to the delivery, because when it comes to price/performance, Burger Vision is 🔝

I spent almost 20 Euros (17 something) on a menu that includes an average burger, small fries and a coke to take away. I think the burger tastes okay-ish but it's too expensive for what you get. And there were way too many sauces that tasted too strong. I understand inflation and high rent can push the price. That's too bad. I think cities like Berlin have a high turnover and you don't need to rely too much on customer retention. Especially if you're on the pricey side.

The burgers at **Burger Vision** were really delicious, even if the portions were rather small. But the taste was definitely convincing and made up for it. The ambience was okay, although you have to keep in mind that the restaurant is right on the main street, which can spoil the atmosphere a bit. Overall, the food was great, but if you value a quiet environment, you might want to keep this in mind.

If you're looking for really good burgers, we're sure you won't be disappointed here! You should definitely take the lunch special with you if you are in the area. For just under €12 a burger+fries+drink you really can't go wrong. 10/10 would definitely come again

I can't judge the ambience, I ordered today. And I have to say that I was often disappointed when it came to food, but finally an all-round carefree package. Of course it wasn't hot when it arrived, but the fries were incredibly crispy and really flavorful. 👍 These buttermilk chicken strips are a dream. Very flavorful, better than KFC. The smashburgers were of course very good. But I think it has to be mentioned that the side dishes here are finally worth the money and don't taste like cardboard like in other fast food restaurants.
