I placed an order, and after more than two hours, I was told my order had been canceled. I called eight times, and either I was hung up on them or no one answered. A real disaster.

I'm standing at the counter while three people are in the kitchen, and they don't even bother to come forward. Instead, they ask with a facial expression, "What do you want?" Since I was actually standing there in somewhat torn clothes because I'd just moved, they probably thought, he can't afford anything here anyway, so we don't have to take him seriously. Zero points in terms of personality!

Burger Vision on Gleimstraße in Berlin is one of the best burger spots in the city. Their burgers are fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. I don't understand why it's rated below 4 stars?! The burger was good and the fries were outstanding. The service as it should be and the ambience? Typically Berlin Prenzlauerberg. There is only one star deduction for the long waiting time. Even though there was no one in the store, we still waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Conclusion: It was still worth the wait! Absolutely clear recommendation!

Ordered via Lieferando, called after more than an hour, I was assured that the food would arrive in 5 minutes, another hour later it was marked as delivered and it wasn't delivered at all

I waited 2 hours for the order. Suddenly the status changes from "in transit" to "delivered" without the shipment even being delivered. And I get an email from Lieferando saying that the delivery person called and when no one opened the door, he left the order outside the door (a block away). Nonsense, I walk down the stairs and there's nothing there. A waste of time and money.

Burgers are very small, selection of drinks is limited

We ordered our food at 6 p.m. and delivery time was shown as 45 minutes. However, the delivery did not come, on the second call to the restaurant after 1 hour and 45 minutes, we canceled the order and asked on the phone that the same order would be prepared again and that we would pick it up personally. When we arrived at the store we said that the driver had had an accident and was therefore not with us. Of course we were sorry. However, they didn't take our order because the man on the phone didn't understand us properly. Even after explaining the situation several times, they still didn't understand what the problem was. At some point they simply disappeared into the kitchen without saying anything. We left after waiting a bit without food and after 2.5 hours. Super bad service, not recommended!

It would definitely taste good if it was warm, but Lieferando made it arrive cold and soggy Just disgusting, a waste of money

Update 01/23/25 I'm here again and again. The bad reviews probably result from a certain lack of structure in the delivery business. The local store is great. Today I had a double smash with fries again and both were excellent and didn't have to hide from other well-known burger consultants in terms of taste. So even if the reviews look bad, eating there is worth it. -------- had the chicken burger here. It was really very good. Maybe even one of the best I had in Berlin. The sauces are amazing plus the pickles, really great cinema. Thanks the potato buns are really great. I think the chicken burger here is better than at Goldies, for example. The food on offer is rather meager, but it is also fast food.

Food was never delivered by Lieferando even though the money was debited. When I try to call there is no answer.

So I've been waiting 1 1/2 hours for my delivery and the food is still not there. The food is shown at half price but is deducted in full. The food tastes great but everything else is not good. Not even half of the money is sent back, which is a shame.

The food arrived very cold. When I tried to clarify this over the phone, it was explained to me that thermoboxes were only available in the branch, but that they were not given to the driver. The person I spoke to on the phone didn't seem to care at all. I could leave a review on Lieferando, it would be deleted anyway. It's really a shame that customers are treated like this.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience! I placed my order via Lieferando and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for my food. Just when I thought it was finally on its way, I received a message that my order had suddenly been canceled - without warning or explanation. Such poor communication and service is absolutely unacceptable. I therefore cannot recommend this restaurant and will definitely not order here again.

Just ordered there for the first time and I have to say, great!! The fries were definitely freshly made and the Single Chees Smash Burger was awesome!! Sometimes less is more and the food arrived warm to us. Clear recommendation from me and will definitely order from you again. Keep it up...

Burger tastes super fresh and the meat is deliciously mashed. Fries are always nice and crispy and you can't go wrong with the lunch menu :) Bad reviews only relate to the delivery, because when it comes to price/performance, Burger Vision is 🔝

I spent almost 20 Euros (17 something) on a menu that includes an average burger, small fries and a coke to take away. I think the burger tastes okay-ish but it's too expensive for what you get. And there were way too many sauces that tasted too strong. I understand inflation and high rent can push the price. That's too bad. I think cities like Berlin have a high turnover and you don't need to rely too much on customer retention. Especially if you're on the pricey side.

The burgers at **Burger Vision** were really delicious, even if the portions were rather small. But the taste was definitely convincing and made up for it. The ambience was okay, although you have to keep in mind that the restaurant is right on the main street, which can spoil the atmosphere a bit. Overall, the food was great, but if you value a quiet environment, you might want to keep this in mind.

i ordered burgers over lieferando, waited 1 and half hour and then they cancelled my order. so they are not reliable beware when ordering from this place, they can cancel your order anytime without any notice.

The very last store, unable to deliver, after two hours of waiting they canceled by themselves. The evening was basically over!

If you're looking for really good burgers, we're sure you won't be disappointed here! You should definitely take the lunch special with you if you are in the area. For just under €12 a burger+fries+drink you really can't go wrong. 10/10 would definitely come again

I can't judge the ambience, I ordered today. And I have to say that I was often disappointed when it came to food, but finally an all-round carefree package. Of course it wasn't hot when it arrived, but the fries were incredibly crispy and really flavorful. 👍 These buttermilk chicken strips are a dream. Very flavorful, better than KFC. The smashburgers were of course very good. But I think it has to be mentioned that the side dishes here are finally worth the money and don't taste like cardboard like in other fast food restaurants. Please continue.

Your behavior at Lieferando is extremely questionable. An hour's waiting time is already borderline. But canceling the order after 1 1/2 hours is really abysmal. If you don't want any customers, just close it straight away.

Ordered twice via Lieferando. The first time on a Friday we had to wait 2.5 hours (instead of the 45-60 minutes planned), but at least food came warm and tasty. The second time on a weekday after postponing the delivery several times, the order was cancelled by the restaurant. Delivery definetly not recommended.

So the burger patties are so dried out and burnt on the outside that I can also go to Burger King. Delivery was within the specified time. What was strange was that one of my burgers was super spicy and the other wasn't at all. Btw ordered was without spicy. Guess it stays that one time.

Had the smash cheeseburger. The burger itself was very good until halfway through. However, afterwards there was an unhealthy fatty taste in the mouth. The patties could also have more flavor in the bite. The fries were too salty, making them inedible. Even though I eat really salty food. I definitely expected more.

I just ordered a 2 for 1 burger menu on uber eats and only received 1 menu instead of the promised 2

Der Smashburger schmeckt nicht schlecht, sticht aber irgendwie nicht heraus. Das Fleisch sticht nicht so heraus wie in anderen Läden. Punkte Abzug gibts auch dafür dass man den falschen Preis mir berechnet hat und den Falschen Burger, Fries sowie ein Burger vergessen wurde. Ca. 12€ an den Laden geschenkt. Und nein, ich renne den Laden nicht hinterher wenn ich Hunger habe.

I ordered 2 menus: 2 Burgers, 2 Fries and 2 coca cola. I didn't receive any fries, so I called the restaurant about it. They wouldn't send the fries to me even though that's part of the order!! Besides that, Uber-app only refunded me 0,3€ even though 2 Fries cost ~7€. Bad service and wrong attitude of the restaurant, won't order from them again!!! 😡😡😡

Ganz ehrlich: einfach ein Drecksladen. Weder bei UberEats, noch PERSÖNLICH im Laden können diese inkompetenten Mitarbeiter „Sonderwünsche“ erfüllen (es ging um einen Burger ohne Zwiebeln). Smashed Cheeseburger: Sehr guter Smashburger, ähnliches Niveau wie bei dem gehypten Burger aus YouTube. Das Patty wird etwas dicker gesmasht, trotzdem sehr knusprig, nur etwas trockener. Sehr zu empfehlen. Double Smashed Cheeseburger: Guter Burger, finde Ihn bei der Konkurrenz etwas stärker, da bei mir nur auf einem Patty Käse war und das trockenere Fleisch kommt etwas mehr als Nachteil bei der größeren Menge Fleisch. Chickenburger: Schmeckt gut, aber sticht meiner Meinung nach nicht stark heraus. Overall sehr leckeres Essen und zu empfehlen.

Top Burger Laden , alles korrekt und schmeckt

Habe dort nun bereits des Öfteren Burger über Uber Eats bestellt. Und was soll ich sagen... Jedes Mal abgeliefert!!! Sie heißen dort allerdings Smash Master, etwas verwirrend. Ich kannte auch Burger Vision, der war solide, aber Smash Master ist nochmal eine andere Hausnummer :). Bei den Burgern handelt es sich um "Smash Burger". An alle, die hier mit einem Stern bewertet haben: So müssen die Pattys sein (platt und mit leichtem Crunch). Ihr scheint das Konzept nicht zu verstehen. Das sind keine klassischen Burger. Ich bin auf jeden Fall Stammkunde geworden, besonders bei den 2-für-1-Angeboten, ein hammer Preis-Leistungs-Angebot!!!! Bitte bleibt uns erhalten und lasst euch von den 1-Sterne-Bewertungen nicht vertreiben. Ihr macht einen super Job! BBQ Master Double!!!! Einfach zum reinlegen :))))

Die Pommes waren öfter mals überdurchschnittlich Salzig aber sonst ist das Mittagsmenü für 9,50 echt gut.

Unterirdischer Service! Über Ubereats haben wir Burger bestellt, da wir vom Laden vor Ort total begeistert waren. Es kam die Hälfte der Bestellung einfach nicht an! surprisingly amazing food! i had the chicken cheese burger and fries. the fries were super crispy and yumm and the burger, the brioche, the chicken superb. and the best was that it wasnt fatty at all. or didnt seem or taste fatty. that was a great surprise. the place itself aint pretty, annoying loud music and ugly, but you can sit outside where its nicer. id totally eat here again.

Einer der besten Smashburger Berlins! Wir bestellen hier nahezu regelmäßig den Double Smashburger. Wir sind immer begeistert, der Burger schmeckt super lecker. Wer auf die klassisch amerikanischen Smashburger steht ohne viel Schnickschnack ist hier genau richtig. Die Pommes sind auch immer lecker. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt für das was man erhält. Der Burger zergeht einem quasi auf der Zunge. Die Lieferung geht immer super schnell, das Essen war bisher immer heiß wenn es geliefert wurde.

I wish It was possible to share less than one star... Food comes 3hrs late which looks like a normal thing with them..almost every 2nd person wrote this. The delivery man is delivering 10 orders together... So imagine how late and cold is the last order arriving

Essen Vorort ist unglaublich gut, genau das was man bestellt. Nette Bedienung und rustikales Ambiente. Definitiv einer der besten Burgerläden in Prenzlauer Berg.

Treuen Kunden Verloren!!! Unabhängig davon das die Burger hier immer kleiner und dafür treuer werden, war es diesmal wirklich für mich das allerletzte Mal. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich bei Essen niemals spare und für gutes Essen gerne zahle… ABER Alle 4 Burger haben nach nichts geschmeckt, dazu war das Fleisch Schuhsohl ähnlich und die chickenwings einfach nur verbannt. NIE WIEDER!!

Ich hab jetzt 3x bei denen was versteht. Das 1. Mal war es OK, das 2. Mal gut und das 3. Mal absolut geschmacklos und pampig. Wenn man schon 10€ und mehr für einen Burger ausgibt, dann sollte diese auch schmecken. Eine 4. Bestellung wird es von mir definitiv nicht mehr geben.

Dont order on weekends. Lieferando Food Tracker showed 59 minutes. Its now good two hours and we havent seen any burger yet. UPDATE March 2023 Instead of improving their service, Burgervision tries to get bad reviews removed from Google via a hired law firm. In case of any problems make sure you save any communication with the delivery service or the shop itself. Fortunately I did still have the exchange with Lieferando and could prove that my case was justified so this review should remain!
