Super tasty burgers at fair prices! The food is usually prepared very quickly (3–5 minutes max.), the staff are friendly, and there’s something for every taste. Highly recommended: definitely worth it!

The staff is super friendly and speaks English, the food is good as always and the music is really cool to hang out while you eat your meal. Really recommend this location of Burgermeister and the double chocolate milkshake!

Lieferando and Wolt are preferred. Fries end up in the to-go bag much sooner and are cold by the time the burgers are ready.

We weren't familiar with the place, as we're not from Berlin. We just walked in spontaneously and thought we'd grab something to eat, not expecting it to taste so amazing :D It was truly one of the best burgers I've ever had!

Love the atmosphere and the food was amazing. The staff was warm and attentive, and the place had a cozy yet vibrant vibe. The double chocolate shake was definitely a highlight, and everything felt reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend this spot and would love to visit again.

Very great and delicious! I come here once a week to meet up with friends! The good music and the crowd in the shop gives me a warm and welcoming feeling. Thanks to all the Burgermeister employees.

Gambling at Bürgermeister at Kottbusser Tor: You order from the vending machine – and wait and see what ends up in your bag. Order vegetarian? Then you get meat. Order meat? Then you get vegetarian. Almost creative, but unfortunately not funny. The best part: If you call, you're simply hung up. Customer service at its best – at least if the goal is to get rid of customers. I actually like Bürgermeister, but this branch is a complete disappointment.

Pranav is a very nice employee. I always enjoy eating here. The food is always good, and nothing has changed in years. I definitely recommend it!

Really great burgers, highly recommend the fleischermeister burger. The burgers are juicy and extremely tasty, with the fillings added just right. The chips and cheese is a good accompaniment and I also had a mango rice milkshake which was delicious.

Ultra high price for potato, because it wasn't even good, but dry and overcooked with black areas on it. 1€ for 1 slice of cheese in your burger it's ridiculous, but it's true here. For 1 burger and potato I've been waiting for 9 minutes. Pro HAMAS stickers and propaganda inside this place and their staff doesn't care about nothing. Really recommend McDonald's higher then this place :)

Honestly, I think they are the best burger place in town. Amazing service almost resturant like.

It's located in something of a social hotspot (Kottbusser Tor, which has a certain crime rate), but the food and service are top-notch! The waitresses, almost all Indian, only understand a few German words like "Danke" and "Tschüss" (thank you) or sometimes even "Gabel" (fork). In a "German snack bar," if you use words like "Piekser" (fork), they're overwhelmed. I recommend the "Burgermeister Card"; you can collect points here, and occasionally they give you a small gift like free fries. The restrooms are further back. On about 5 out of 8 visits, the water (hand basin) in the restroom for washing hands was turned off. I'd assume they do this intentionally to cut costs or something else. Hygiene is so-so...

Visit bugermeister is must for me whenever I am in Berlin. One of the best burgers in town.

This was my very first time at a Burgermeister. I was shocked that you had to be fluent in English in your own country to be understood. My server was of Asian descent and couldn't speak German, so they expected you to order and communicate in English. However, I was lucky that my companion spoke English, so I was able to order a delicious burger without using my hands or feet, with the help of my companion. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the burger, and it tasted truly excellent. The server behind the counter was also very friendly, cheerful, and also a little embarrassed that communication was a bit "clumsy." The burger shop at Kotti was clean and functionally furnished, and I would go there more often in the future, provided I had a simple order that I could just point to. Addendum on July 5: I've been there several times now, and I must say the service has improved. I was now able to order mostly in my native language and was very satisfied with the burger, as well as everything else. I highly recommend this place :-)
