Worst Burgermeister in Berlin! I am very shocked to see it is the best rated! - Food: The burger smelled like fish (maybe the bun?), and gave us a horrible after taste. Never have I ever thought I had the urge to brush my teeth so immediately after eating in Burgermeister. The bun was dry, and the patty not smashed. This burgermeister doesn't let you remove any of the default ingredients (such as fries without salt) which is allowed in all the other Burgermeister I tried in town. - Service: There's a short lady who is extremely impatient and rude. Staff seemed to be down and fed up, which made the service be quite bad. - Atmosphere: Pretty old. Lighting and the whole restaurant reminded me of a prison 🥲 The entrance to the toilets is blocked by a table and has some sort of fence. As a huge fan and loyal customer to Burgermeister, I'll never come back to this one, but others in town. Total shame.

How can you feel comfortable in this place and in this atmosphere?! Hardly any service, dirty everywhere and the toilets are worse than at motorway service stations. And such a price for that?! Once and never again

Cheese fries +1 euro for jalapeños. There were very few of them. When asked, unfortunately there were no more. "We are only supposed to add 5 jalapeños. I can't give you any more because there are cameras" It's questionable if employees have to be afraid of it. On the same page also a cheeky pricing. Quality of the potatoes appears to be very good. However, the fries are often not really crispy, even though they are still hot. I wonder if they are kept warm. Veggie Petty is also generally mediocre.

I have no idea what kind of bamboo line and strange employees you have, but you can't order online. I've been waiting for an hour and your incompetent employee can't even understand an address

Authentic atmosphere, ordering via screens, very popular, therefore always full and correspondingly long waiting times. Very good smashburgers with a large selection. Side dishes are also really good and everything is visually very appealing. I can only recommend!

The burger and fries were honestly pretty good. I also liked the vibe of the establishment (I attach a few photos) as well as its urban feel. The music that was playing when I went was also TOP.

Just a very mid experience. The fries weren’t that crispy or good, and definitely needed salt. The burger was fine but tasted a bit more like a sausage patty than a burger. The saving grace was getting jalapeño on it. Overall it’s fine if you’re drunk and need food but otherwise, skip it.

Delicious burgers at a very affordable price. We were the first customers there that day, so I don't know about the queues at this place. You can order at the screen, via the application, so there will be no problem with communication. You can pay by card, which is not normal in Berlin. The burgers are large and very good, one of the best I've ever eaten. I recommend!

I am a person who has a low vision disability, I thought all burgers were meat and I chose a vegetarian one without realizing it. I had to buy a beef one because they don't separate the vegetarian ones from the beef ones. What a disappointment... The truth is that I got angry and all because they don't do their job well on the menu/screen. Let's not assume that everyone has to see well or live here to know what burger they should order...

Despite the higher price, the value for money was disappointing. Considering the number of burger restaurants in the area, there are definitely better options.

Look at my takeaway fries. Does it really look the same to you? I asked the manager to redo the dish for me and got toughly rejected. Disappointing this time!

We got take takeaway with fries. I requested something small that we can put ketchup mayo. Because we were going to walk around 15-20 mins and eat our food there. The worker told me its not allowed to give something. Isn't that ridiculous?! We had to put the sauce next to the fries and when we arrived at the location the fries were soft and not enjoyable. I like burgermister but this is a huge minus! It's easy to take for each extra item inside of the burger - 2€ But so hard to give 1 cartoon for the order around 20€?

The evolution Burgermeister in Berlin parallels that of the city - a downward spiral that seems to have no end. Once, a solid junky burger, now you can revel in what tastes what I imagine oversalted cat-meat must taste like. With the newly installed self-order machines, now instead of humans getting your order wrong, a computer can, and you will have no one to speak to. The ambience is a mix of that of a late-night subway car and an overlit supermarket, and the taste of their burgers must be designed for all the meth smokers who hang out just around the corner.

Burgers and fries are good but specially the sauces. It is annoying that when ordering to take away, they do not give you anything to put the sauces on. They do offer you to buy packaged ones but it is not the same taste.

The burger wrapped in paper🍔 has a lot of fat and is delicious, but it doesn't have that much meat, and you can't get much better than this in Japan. I'm also disappointed that it wasn't piping hot. The fries weren't that bad either. The service from the staff was good with a smile.

Schmeckt ok. Nichts besonderes. Kann fast jeder Burger mithalten. Aber das zwei für einen über ubereats ist fett geschrieben auf der Seite aber hat so viele kleingeschriebene Bedingungen auf einer gesonderten Seite, dass es nicht geklappt hat. Klasse Falle.

There are several Burgermeister branches in Berlin. This one is right next to the Kottbusser Tor subway station. There are very good connections with public transport. Since I was there for the first time today, I ordered a simple cheeseburger (5.60€), which was accompanied by a 0.33l bottle of cola (2.80€) so a total of 8.40€, which I personally even considered I would call it cheap compared to other burger joints in town. The burger was excellent👍. I would even pay more for this quality. However, I would no longer order food on site, but only to take away if I did. The ambience wasn't my thing. I don't find it pleasant that strangers sit down at your table without asking. As far as the employees are concerned, I can say that they were friendly, but the fact that I had to place my order in English because the German language was not sufficiently understood, no, I can't handle that. Even though this area is very touristy and English language is required, employees should be able to communicate with German guests in German!

Everything is quick, food is okay, but there is much better. Service is nil, just processed like on an assembly line. Questions are not answered at all or are answered poorly. No toilets, or toilets that are permanently “broken”.
