Upper Burger Grill in Berlin

and my friend decided to have a small holiday and chose this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service - the waiters were polite, professional and attentive. The menu impressed me with its variety, and I chose the ribs; they were prepared and served so exquisitely that I felt like a real gourmet. I would like to mention the waitress Natalya from Ukraine, this girl is a highly qualified professional in her field, she guessed our wishes and everything was so delicious!!! An excellent team that works to create an atmosphere. Many thanks to Natalya and your entire friendly team!!! Now we know where to go for a good mood when you're hungry. I highly recommend it. !!!

Despite the full seating of guests, a table was found for us 🫶 food was prepared quite quickly. The staff is very friendly and pleasant 🤗 many local visitors and a very cool atmosphere ❤️‍🔥

It was super delicious🍔🍟 You can choose between medium and well done for the burger and the burger was very seasoned. The service was great. The ambience was good and it wasn't that loud, you could have a good conversation. I can highly recommend it!!😍

If you want to eat a good burger - hands off. The chicken burger was burnt and went back, the salmon burger was completely overcooked and dry, and the beef was probably the same. Our guests didn't dare say anything. But if you like sweet potatoes, then this is a good place.

There were three of us there and we called shortly beforehand and reserved a table. This is recommended because the store is really small. We each had a burger with a side and they were all perfect (wild boar, pulled turkey, standard). Our guest was extremely enthusiastic about wild boar. And the wasabi puree with parmesan was a pleasant surprise in terms of taste. :) We remember the store - also because of the great service staff

Fantastic food – absolute recommendation! We went to Upper Burger Grill for the first time today and were not disappointed. The burgers were cooked to perfection, incredibly juicy and full of flavor. The side dishes – especially the sweet potato fries – were also excellent. You can tell that high-quality ingredients are used here. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere modern and cozy. If you love burgers, you should definitely try this place. We'll definitely be back!

nothing special. the high ratings are misleading. it is ok but again: nothing outstanding. Available burger combinations are not great but you should be able to find something for yourself NOT one of the best burgers i’ve been to

Great place, excellet meat. I've been going for years and always enjoy their burgers, but yesterday I tried their rib eye steak and it was incredible. The place isn't huge and it's quite popular, so I often suggest to book a tabls in advance.

As Americans here in Berlin this was a fantastic spot. Great service!

Came in with a large group and was accommodated immediately and got great service. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun and cozy. Also right by the mall so a great place to get a bite after shopping.

Phew, the only good stars are for the food. The drinks were already there. When the waitress brought the food and wanted to put it in front of me, she hit my glass and the whole drink ended up on my pants. There was no excuse, but she brought me a new drink. I sat there with my pants soaking wet and wanted to go to the theater 1 1/2 hours later. Unfortunately there was no time to drive home and I didn't want to take public transport. When paying there was still a discussion because they wanted the full price. Which I didn't see because there was no apology and nothing in the way of cleaning. The waitress was so gracious and gave me a 5 euro discount. End of song In order not to walk around in Berlin in 5 degrees and wind and go to the theater with wet pants, I quickly bought myself a pair of pants. Of course I'm stuck with these costs.

Ribs are tasty with the smoke aroma but I think you should just put the barbecue sauce on the side... the coleslaw was just terrible! Warm and soupy, otherwise the place is okay

Actually 4.5 stars. Very tasty burgers. The fries are very good. Great service. There is a deduction for the prices. Unfortunately overpriced drinks. €6.50 for half a light beer.

Good burgers bad service. When I arrived and asked for a table, they didn't understand me at first because I mistakenly asked in German. Later found out that the waiter also speaks German. 1 meal was forgotten. When I ask for an answer, I just cancel it. Not a word of apology. Unfortunately, the wheat beer was warm but the fries were cold. The burger tasted ok, although a little small. I wouldn't recommend it.

My favorite restaurant, I ve been there for 10 Times or more

What a scum, 44 euros for 2 burgers and 2 Coca-Cola. They even charge for the ketchup for the fries 1.5 euro without let in us know in advance . The burger was dry after we ordered medium raw. There is same quality of food for half the price around the area.

I can't say anything about the burgers this place is famous for, but the steak we ordered was terrible. It was so fatty that the taste of the fat dominated the taste of the meat. One of the worst steaks we've ever had. I definitely don't recommend it!

Babypork ribs are maybe the best we have ever eaten🤟🏻🤟🏻 They wellcome you very nice, and at the end we are rewarded by lemon chello which was a nice gesture. Should be in your list when you visit Berlin

The burgers were very tasty. Great selection. Classic fries were okay, unfortunately the sweet potato fries didn't taste that good. Milkshake was okay, was nicely prepared. Food came quickly. We had to stay outside with the dog.

4 of us ate here and we were all super impressed. Burgers were really excellent, served in Brioche buns with everything you could wish for and totally customisable to your preference. Fries were seasoned to perfection and onion rings wonderful and crispy! Service was fun and friendly! 100 % recommend, you’d struggle to find a better burger 🍔

The burgers are delicious and the meat of good quality. Potatoes with cheese and ground beef are my favorites. The service every time we have gone has been very friendly. The place is small but we have always found a place or we have not had to wait long. The only thing that would improve about the restaurant would be the following: please don't put so much ketchup on the hamburgers, or serve the ketchup separately so that everyone can add it to their liking. The last time we went, the burger tasted more like ketchup than meat. On the other hand, maybe please also put less salt on the potatoes with ground beef 🙏. Other than that, they are one of my favorite burgers in Berlin :)

Even though I knew they were black, when I unpacked them I thought "Oh, it's been roasted for too long."" 😅🤪 Cool and delicious citizen variations. Well worth a visit! The food was delicious. In particular the truffle mash potato was divine! The team were welcoming and friendly. We were seated and served quickly, even though it was busy.

It was a surprise. The food and the ambiance were very nice. We were lucky: the lunch menu was cheaper. The food (three different dishes) was delicious and beautifully presented. The servers were very friendly and not too pushy with their constant questions. We'd be happy to go back.
