I ate the chilly cheese frise, and it was delisious and spiciy in the right amount

The burgers were very tasty. Great selection. Classic fries were okay, unfortunately the sweet potato fries didn't taste that good. Milkshake was okay, was nicely prepared. Food came quickly. We had to stay outside with the dog.

4 of us ate here and we were all super impressed. Burgers were really excellent, served in Brioche buns with everything you could wish for and totally customisable to your preference. Fries were seasoned to perfection and onion rings wonderful and crispy! Service was fun and friendly! 100 % recommend, you’d struggle to find a better burger 🍔

The burgers are delicious and the meat of good quality. Potatoes with cheese and ground beef are my favorites. The service every time we have gone has been very friendly. The place is small but we have always found a place or we have not had to wait long. The only thing that would improve about the restaurant would be the following: please don't put so much ketchup on the hamburgers, or serve the ketchup separately so that everyone can add it to their liking. The last time we went, the burger tasted more like ketchup than meat. On the other hand, maybe please also put less salt on the potatoes with ground beef 🙏. Other than that, they are one of my favorite burgers in Berlin :)

Nice burger shop, nice staff and delicious burgers. The buns are something different. Even though I knew they were black, when I unpacked them I thought "Oh, it's been roasted for too long."" 😅🤪 Cool and delicious citizen variations. My colleague, with whom I had lunch, commented on his burger with “Juter Burger!” Gladly again!!!

Ate there multiple times. Good burgers but what really surprised me is how good the steaks were. Meat perfectly aged and expertly grilled. Sides are also good. Very relaxed and friendly. Highly recommended

Phew, the only good stars are for the food. I was there last Friday and the drinks were already there. When the waitress brought the food and wanted to put it in front of me, she hit my glass and the whole drink ended up on my pants. There was no excuse, but she brought me a new drink. I sat there with my pants soaking wet and wanted to go to the theater 1 1/2 hours later. Unfortunately there was no time to drive home and I didn't want to take public transport. When paying there was still a discussion because they wanted the full price. Which I didn't see because there was no apology and nothing in the way of cleaning. The waitress was so gracious and gave me a 5 euro discount. End of song In order not to walk around in Berlin in 5 degrees and wind and go to the theater with wet pants, I quickly bought myself a pair of pants. Of course I'm stuck with these costs.

It was a surprise. The food and the ambiance were very nice. We were lucky: the lunch menu was cheaper. The food (three different dishes) was delicious and beautifully presented. The servers were very friendly and not too pushy with their constant questions. We'd be happy to go back.

Phenomenal burger and fries, very nice and friendly team, we would especially like to thank Mrs. Maria for fantastic service. A place definitely worth recommending on the map of Berlin.

I find it difficult to understand the good reviews. We were a group of 14 people and only two of the drinks we ordered came, so it took quite a long time until we could all toast. Although I was asked how done the burger should be, it was unfortunately well done, even though I had ordered medium. Unfortunately, neither the burger nor the fries were hot, rather lukewarm, but the red wine was well chilled. Apparently not suitable for larger groups. The metal chairs provided were very hard and uncomfortable and didn't really invite you to linger and have a second drink

The best burgers we have eaten in a very long time. Stumbled across this little place after a trip to the zoo. We were served great beers and fantastic food.

I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time, which is a shame enough in itself. Every wish barely expressed is already fulfilled. When my daughter (6 years old) said the sauce on her burger bothered her, the waitress immediately offered to make it for you without it. Took the plate and actually came back a little later with a burger without sauce. Please please keep it up, it was a really great experience.

The staff was very friendly. The burgers were no longer super warm, but the side dishes were very warm. In the evening it would get very crowded which made it quite uncomfortable.

the burger was tasty but nothing really special. fries were really good and i fell in love with the souces we had. the problem i had was there were couple of flies and they were really annoying. this situation really had a negative impact on the place in my opinion.

Burger was amazing and a good service

The food was delicious, the burger was very good and the sweet potato fries also tasted very good. Although in my opinion you could at least expect sauces and not just dry at a price of €6 for fries. The waiters were very nice and the atmosphere was nice too, just a small shop. Definitely recommended because the meat tastes very good, even if there are still a few things to complain about.

We were seduced by the good to very good reviews. Unfortunately we (family of 5) were disappointed. We missed happy hour by 5 minutes, it's a shame that the waitress didn't want to turn a blind eye. Okay, maybe she couldn't help it... Nevertheless we stayed. We ordered burgers and fries (at exorbitant prices). The cheeseburger was served without cheese. When we asked the waitress about it, she said: “It’s in there”. We had to open the burger to prove her wrong. The service was even less friendly afterwards. Very unfortunate.

The ribs here were really great. Unfortunately, the business has continued to decline. The fact that the ribs are charred black in some smaller areas could perhaps be avoided, but that is somehow still part of the situation at a barbecue restaurant. The sauce has been used more and more sparingly recently. What was really particularly weak with our last order: The ribs arrived cold, had hardly any sauce and that hint of sauce was on the wrong (meatless) side. In addition, the ribs were cooked far too short, making them completely tough and they contained countless bone fragments that we kept biting on. Paying almost €20 per portion for this is really frustrating. The fries were very good, but that's not enough. We've been ordering regularly for a while, but today was the last time.
