The hamburgers are really bad quality. Not again!

It used to be a great burger joint. We always enjoyed eating there. The burgers were amazing. Now you're afraid of catching something. Everything is greasy, dirty and looks unkempt.

I had some chicken strips that were quite a punch in the stomach. Completely dry, so fried for far too long. The fries were quite decent. The BBQ sauce tasted very cheap. Don't have to do it again, there are even better shops in the area.

0 stars in my eyes. Ordered around 1am. The place was supposed to close at 2 a.m. and still nothing had been heard from them. I will never order again!!!

Unfortunately, it is no longer comparable to the former Burger office. Massive deterioration...

The burgers are very tasty, freshly and lovingly prepared and the service is absolutely great. The burgers are available in three sizes and the smallest is L, which also fits. You have to be very hungry for more. If you're nearby and hungry, I think you should stop by.

Friendly and attentive service, price/performance ok. There were almost 40 of us and we ate a la carte. It worked fine. Kudos to the kitchen. Only the lasagna had more sauce than pasta dough, which is a shame.

A very good burger place when you want to grab something quick to eat. The burgers are not too small but not too big either, the fries are nice too and the shop looks nice. What I could criticize would be the ambience, because in my opinion there is a bit too little atmosphere in the store.

How a store like this can survive is a mystery to me. Bored staff who serve bland, partially burnt food and don't even refill soap and paper in the toilets. Once and never again.

On June 28th got something to take away. Luckily I didn't eat anything. My husband was released from the hospital today. Never again.

Perfect delivery service, very good burgers and wings delivered to Schöneiche in just under 35 minutes. Delivered warm to eat. That was really great. Clear recommendation.

We have ordered several times, but unfortunately something always goes wrong. The sauces were often forgotten, but last time our drinks were also forgotten. The colleague then brought another Coke that he had in the car, but the second one was missing. He promised to deliver his delivery and then bring us the missing drink. We're still waiting today... mistakes can happen, but collecting everything and then not coming back is uncool.

There was absolutely nothing going on around 1 p.m., so eat quickly and hot. Unfortunately there was no toilet paper or hand paper. And the employees didn't have much to do, but checking out the toilet would be great

The staff was very friendly. But that was it. In my opinion, the food is unfortunately just industrially below average, nothing “100% homemade”. I had a Cheeseburger XL whose patties were dry and over-seasoned. In addition, only cash payments are allowed in the store, which, together with the characters coming and going in and out of the back of the store, unfortunately left a slight smell of money laundering. Nothing for a second attempt, the previous (bankrupt) “Burger Office” was better.

58 minutes to order... and then delivery should take another 39 minutes

After we had to wait almost 75 minutes instead of the stated 40 minutes - which is generally okay if announced - we received our order still incomplete. When the food arrived, the fries that were part of the menu were missing - when we asked, we were assured that they would be delivered immediately plus a drink. After waiting for another half an hour and asking again, I was told that the driver was on the way - what can I say - it's 10:30 p.m. and no fries in sight (order 6:30 p.m.) To make matters worse, we received the food cold and therefore inedible - the drink that came with the menu had expired for 3 months

Very tasty food. They mixed up two things with the drinks, but I didn't think it was that bad since we have enough to drink at home and only ordered it because of the menu. But the citizens were so tasty and after half a meal you are usually full. Aso and spicy is really spicy. My son drinks Tabasco like this, but gave up on the citizen. Orders will definitely follow.

Impossible, this shop can't be called a restaurant! There is no delivery, no way to contact us, impossible and I wouldn't recommend it!

Incomprehensible! Never again. Just don't order it! Ordered via Lieferando with a waiting time of 10-20 minutes. When delivery was confirmed it took a whopping 1 1/2 hours! Cancellation not possible because there is no telephone number given anywhere (understandable in retrospect 🤣). Cold food arrived far too late (obviously we had had several tours beforehand). I just can't say anything positive. I can just throw €30 in the trash next time (which won't happen).

Delicious burger, crispy fries. I will gladly come again.

Burger office was great. The burger room is disgusting. It smells like deep fryer grease and that's exactly how the food tastes. In addition, the music is annoying and the staff stays well behind the counter (but that's how it was before). There are no place cards. This means you go to the front of the counter, lift your head back and then order or you look at the menu via Lieferando. In addition, our order was taken incorrectly. Everything is very amateurish. Not recommended. Unreliable. Sylvester ordered via Lieferando and then it simply wasn't delivered. Also rude on the phone when asked. Just hung up and blamed us. After our order, they probably decided that they wanted to deliver earlier than agreed. And because we couldn't be reached by phone, it was simply decided not to deliver at all and not even to leave a message on the voicemail. I will never order anything there again. I hope everyone in Iron reads this and avoids the store, and not just on game days.

The store is fine. Eat a quick, decent burger and have some choice. Service is friendly, good choice of drinks too. What more could you want when it comes to fast food 👍🏻

Waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for an order to eat a cold burger and cold fries. You couldn't call either because the cell phone number you provided didn't answer. An absolute disappointment. Never ordering there again.

I politely asked for cutlery and had to wait minutes for it. When I received the cutlery I realized it was dirty and politely asked to be given a clean one. I was then severely insulted and expelled from the place. I didn't put up with that and demanded my money back and said I would call the police because the staff threatened to get violent. After a short, stubborn discussion, I was refunded my money amidst the worst possible insults.

Wirklich leckeres Essen, aber die Fleisch Qualität ist etwas geringer als zu Bürger Büros Zeiten. Dennoch war es sehr lecker und der Preis akzeptable. Die Bedienung war sehr schnell und höflich!

Wer gerne Burger 🍔 mag und sich etwas auskennt oder gar Erwartungen hat, dürfte mittelschwer enttäuscht 😞 sein. Es scheint, dass der Wunsch gut zu sein, sicher vorhanden ist, jedoch vom Können ausgebremst wird. Dazu das trostlosen Ambiente im Innenbereich, nichts für jedermann. Nun, auch die Paddys waren sehr trocken, ein Hinweis wurde gleich als schwere Kritik gewertet und der kaum bemerkbare Service verschwand komplett. Ne, braucht man kein zweites Mal. So leer wie auf den Bildern sieht es meistens aus, sagt ja auch was! Danke auch!

Habe einen Burger und eine Cola bestellt, der Burger war nicht so belegt wie es beschrieben wurde und die Cola kam leider auch nicht mit der Lieferung. Als ich mich telefonisch melden wollte war unter der Mobilrufnummer die im Internet bei dem Laden hinterlegt ist natürlich kein Anschluss. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Das Essen ist wirklich lecker. Der Service und die Sauberkeit auch Top. Kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen 😍

Haben die Hälfte der Lieferung vergessen

Burger haben geschmeckt, pommes waren echt super. Wer also in der Nähe ist, probiert es gern. Burger gibt es einzeln und auch als Menü. Menü liegt inkl Getränk und pommes bei ca 12 Euro

Die Burger Menüs sind absolute Spitzenklasse und das Ambiente ist auch richtig gut

Man muss mindestens 2x probieren um zu urteilen. Leider habe ich, wie vor circa 3 Monaten auch nur wieder einen durchschnittlichen burger bekommen. Absolut nichts was man hervorheben kann. Ausser vielleicht das alles inkl, der pommes heiß gewesen ist, aber das war es schon. Da gibt es weit bessere burger für das Geld...schade.

Sehr leckerer Chees Burger und Curly Fries. Das Ambiente könnte etwas gemütlich sein.

Ich habe nur ein kleinen Kritik Punkt und zwar 😎 Chili Cheese bedeutet Käse Sauce für mich und diese muss Gelb sein in den Nuggets ist diese aber Grün es wirkt fast so als wären diese aus dem Kaufland geholt worden, Geschmacklich hat alles sehr lecker geschmeckt gibts keine Kritik.

Mega lecker. Noch nie so gute Süsskartoffeln Pommes gegessen. Wirklich nicht. Alles mega lecker…. Kein Vergleich zum Burgerbüro!

Die Burger waren heiß und lecker, die Pommes knusprig, die Getränke kalt. Nettes Personal! Minus gibts für Sauberkeit. Die Tablets dreckig (trotz Papier), das WC ecklig und mit einem Lappen werden alle Tische und Bänke abgewischt. Die Musik (bei uns nur Deutsch Rap) in Dauerschleife und viel zu laut. Unterhaltung kaum möglich!

Durschnittlicher Burger, durchschnittliche Pommes. Mitarbeiter kommen meist gelangweilt und lustlos rüber. Bei der Innenaustattung jedoch wurde sich gedanken gemacht, und es wahr sehr einladend.

Great for a quick bite very tasty and excellent value for money

Beide Burger waren sehr lecker. Classic Cheese Burger XL und Chicago Burger, beide als Menü waren sehr gut. Die Pommes waren auf den Punkt und der Service trotz einem kleinen Vauxpax bei der Bestellung, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Burgerpattys werden frisch zubereitet. Burger insgesamt ordentlich gebaut und es schmeckt gut. Süsskartoffelpommes ebenfalls gut.

Kein Vergleich zum Burgerbüro Der Burger war ok, der bun sogar sehr gut, der Hot dog war leider unterirdisch. Beide hatten wir hinterher Magen Probleme 🤮 Personal sehr nett.

Mit Lieferung bestellt. Das Fleisch mit Käse obendrauf (auch extra Käse bestellt) war sehr lecker. Leider war das Gemüse in dem Burger sehr matschig, Salat nicht knackig usw. So lala belegt. Die Pommes leider total matschig, quasi Purée. Vielleicht schmeckt es vor Ort besser. Mit Lieferservice würde ich nicht wieder bestellen.

Die Burger sind ok, Pommes auch. Aber es gibt kein Bier. Kann man beim Späti holen und hier trinken.

Die Burger haben sich sehr stark zum positiven verändert. Das Patty wird offensichtlich selbst gemacht, etwas das ich sehr zu schätzen weiß. Habe den Cheeseburger gegessen, welchen ich klar empfehlen kann 👍 weiter so. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut

Essen war schnell da, war qualitativ in Ordnung. Die Pommes kann man bestimmt auch mit Mayo oder Ketchup liefern oder? P.S. Wenn man Trinkgeld bekommt, darf man sich ruhig dafür bedanken! Oder lernt man heute kein Danke und Bitte mehr ?
