Unfortunately, a rather disappointing experience. - The mood in the team and towards customers seemed tense - there were no beef patties…. (How can something like this happen???) - no discount/advantage for those collecting items - Sauces are no longer allowed to be taken to the table and have to be filled at a “station”, here an employee reacted very unfriendly to a customer - Not a single sauce is included in the children's menu (nuggets & fries). - there are only a few seats, so we had to choose “pick up” when ordering; When a space became available shortly after the order was placed, the manager did not respond in a solution-oriented manner; Instead, when we asked nicely, we were shouted at (tax evasion, etc…) - rather expensive, you pay a lot for the brand. Visiting a restaurant is cheaper

Mega location. Rufus really provides top service! You have to have it in every company! Were really well looked after and the food was 12/10 What else can I say? Everything was great! Keep it up

I love the Peter Pane at Wannsee. It's so great that there is a fly-in. Employees are super friendly. Food is very good.👍🏻 Unfortunately, a lot of things are no longer on the menu. I especially miss my favorite French fries, Beef & Cheese! :( It would be great if they could be included in the range again.

What can you say... In Berlin there is now a burger shop on virtually every corner. Peter Pane used to be a McDonald's. It's certainly an improvement but, as everyone knows, the bar here was pretty low. I think the prices are pretty steep, but if it tasted good you could ignore it. The attentive reader will already notice that I am using the subjunctive. The food was not appropriate for the price. The paddies looked like they came from the freezer. In 2 out of 4 burgers the cheese was just a bland slice that hadn't even melted in any way. Just put it on - cold. All in all, it seems like a burger joint that bases its prices on location and whose quality is average if anything. Too bad!

Burger shop with a small seating area - delivery or collection is mainly carried out from here. The burgers are good, service was nice and quick. And there is a “fly-in” i.e. “drive-in”.

Offer cannot be compared with the "Peter Pane" in Potsdam: completely different offer and menu, there were no sweet potato fries at all. I liked the vegan patties less. Food is okay, but not really recommended. It's quite loud outside because of the bus stop opposite. The employees try very hard, no reason to criticize.

This was my first time in a Peter Pane and I was very pleased. There are high chairs and a large changing room. In addition, everything was very clean and pleasant. Friendly staff and very tasty food. The fries were a very large portion, we were all full. We'd love to come back if we want to eat burgers.

Delicious vegetarian sets. I ate the Flying Dutchman with a salad and a drink. A nice place to rest after the bicycle route. Pleasant garden in the shade. Air conditioning inside. I recommend this place!

We've driven past so many times and finally went in today. All service employees were nice, despite 32 degrees. Great food, great prices, very good atmosphere. Real dishes!!!! Can MC D and your names copy something from you, how you can do it differently. Come again. Only recommended.

Is a fly thru, with seating for on-site dining. If the weather is good, outside too. There is not a full drinks program.

The ambience is slightly reminiscent of a fast food chain, BUT it is definitely nicer and friendlier. The burgers are, as always, very good, and we can also recommend the mango-mint drinks.

Discovered by chance, we were nearby and had an appetite. A pleasant surprise, the store is very modern, with great attention to detail. Parking spaces in front of the door. Citizens very well made and with great variety of ingredients. No plastic, proper crockery and cutlery. Even a great selection of rolls. Only to be recommended, but please note that you should be really hungry, the portion is large. Additional sauces and cutlery at the table.

Despite 30c in the shade, all the employees are in a good mood that really makes you feel infected. It's always clean here. The food always tastes great and, despite self-service, the employees take the time to bring something. Extra requests are never a problem here. We come specifically from Potsdam.

We ordered food home and it arrived very quickly and warm. Unfortunately, the last two times we had to fight stomach cramps after eating. While prices rise, quality falls. Similar to Subway or similar chains back then. I don't know exactly what they're saving on. Maybe employees, hygiene or ingredients. Definitely a shame.

The waiting time stated is usually correct. Nice service and all special requests are always implemented! We have always been satisfied to this day!

So we were there for the first time today and the price-performance ratio just doesn't fit at all, they aren't any special burgers, they're more standard. So we wouldn't eat there again...the only thing that's nice is the shop and the nice salesperson today but that's it... What a shame

Impossible service when ordering as delivery. Delivery time exceeded 1 hour, no information to the customer and no customer-oriented behavior when asked by telephone. It's a shame, because the food was actually always good. That's no way to keep customers.

The three of us spontaneously went out to eat there on the way back from Peacock Island. The place is clean. The employees are very friendly. In terms of type, it is a snack bar with a drive in and seating inside. There are no cocktails and no alternative, higher quality meat. Ketchup etc. is available in sufficient quantities at all places. So far good and now here comes... the prices are set too high in my opinion. A menu cost each of us around 20 euros. That would have been ok if the food had been the same. My companion found a hair in her burger. A very unpleasant event for the three of us. Both you and I also had very small gristly pieces in the beef burger. I ended up throwing half of my burger away and she didn't like eating her patty either. The third person among us ordered a vegetarian burger. She was the only one of the three of us who was happy. The bottom line is that this will be our only visit. For the three of us with around 60 euros between us, we regretted not having eaten somewhere else.

In my opinion, the quality is not comparable to the normal Peter Pane restaurants. Unfortunately, the thinned out menu doesn't have the burgers that I usually eat at PP.

Great little Peter Pane store. One point is deducted for the “thinned out” menu - not all of the burgers shown online are available here (e.g. the breadless burgers are missing). Otherwise a nice mini-restaurant with parking spaces right in front of the house, friendly staff… We'd love to come back.

Nice shop and much cozier than other fast food shops! Unfortunately, my burger had so much sauce on it that it tasted very one-sided. Other than that, I can't really complain!

The staff are super friendly and the service is A1. Very clean place. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much with the taste of the burgers we selected. Fairly thick patties without any roasted aromas. I wouldn't say anything negative in terms of quality, but unfortunately not our taste in terms of taste.

I can definitely agree with the many positive reviews when it comes to everything else, but unfortunately I can't warm up to the burgers at Peter Pane. If you didn't use frozen beef, the burger would probably be twice as good and the price you quoted would be justified. At the moment it even falls behind a McDonald's or Burger King if I had to judge it in terms of taste. Otherwise everything was tip-top: drinks, fries, cleanliness and the service was super friendly!

Ordering in advance means that you are treated more slowly than if you ordered 10 minutes later on site.

The campfire burger was a delicious combination with fresh lettuce, tomato, fried onions, bacon, beef and delicious sauce. You could choose the bread for the burger yourself in three variants. Peter Pan in fast food style. It was super tasty and the service was also very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately there's a bit of space, but the volume is also super quiet. A highlight are the machines where you can place your order in peace and have pictures of the menus. The cool thing is, what doesn't match the other fast food giants is the pictures with what you're served. The price is a bit higher but it's worth it.

The Peter Pane chain has opened a ToGo restaurant Peter Brings in a former McDonald's branch. There are approximately 3 sit-down tables and bar tables decorated in the ambience of classic Peter Pane restaurants. I found it very appealing and have already eaten there. Nevertheless, it remains a self-service restaurant. If you order via the website and pick it up yourself, you get 20% off your order. The selection is slightly smaller than in the classic restaurant, but the quality is comparable.

One of the most expensive and low quality burger that I had in Berlin. With such a name and Marketing, they should at least serve a fresh burgerpatty and not a frozen and dry patty. The fries are not fresh potatoes but those cheap fries. The service was just like if i was just another customer. The only good thing is that they bring the food on table and the atmosphere of the place is quite nice.

Immer lecker und meist nicht zu voll.

War schon mehrfach hier da ich in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft wohne. Es ist laut wie in einer Disco. Und es riecht wie in einer Disco. BITTE: Schalter den Bedufter aus! Oder ist das Absicht um vom Geschmack der Burger abzulenken? Zwanzig Euro für ein Menü ist ein stolzer Preis in Anbetracht der mittelmäßigen Qualität. Außerdem muss man den Burger selbst zum Tisch tragen und wenn man höflich ist das Geschirr auch wieder abräumen.

Wir kennen die Peter Pane Location noch als ehemaliges „Restaurant zur goldenen Möwe“ 😉. Den Potsdamer Ableger kannten wir bereits und waren vom Service hier in der Königsallee positiv angetan, jedoch von den Burgern eher nicht so. Die Auswahl ist ok, jedoch waren die Burger eher fettig und die Süsskartoffel-Pommes ebenso. Für fast 85 Euro für 4 Menüs kann man etwas bessere Qualität erwarten. Die mögliche Lieferung mit E-Smarts ist dagegen nachhaltig… 👍🏻

Das Essen schmeckt echt super👍. Der Burger war sehr frisch und saftig. Die Pommes waren die besten die ich jemals gegessen habe. Die Soßen für die Pommes konnte man sich selber drauf machen. (Mein Tipp ist Mango Curry Soße😉). Das Essen ist für den Preis echt super und man wird echt satt. Und für vegane und vegetarische gab es auch viel Auswahl. Man konnte digital als auch an der Kasse bestellen. Aber es gab auch ein Drive In. Die Bedienung ist super nett und der Laden ist echt sauber.

Es hat auf jeden Fall geschmeckt, wenn auch ein wenig hochpreisig, dafür, dass es Self-Service ist. In Anbetracht der Inflation und der gestiegenen Kosten aber auch verständlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Tische waren sauber, das Essen lecker. Fand es schade, dass sich dahin nur sehr wenig Leute verirren. Vielleicht mal ein "Hinweisschild" schon am S-Bahnhof Wannsee oder dort in der Nähe anbringen, wo viele Menschen unterwegs sind. Nachtrag: Es ist schade, dass ihr da Fly Inn Menü abgeschafft habt, so dass man jetzt ein Getränk extra kaufen muss...4,20€ für ne 0,33 Coke....das ist extrem viel....deshalb nen Stern Abzug...sorry

Ganz anders als Warnemünde und Rostock, auch das Interieur. Finde hier keinen Bezug zum Märchen Peter Pan, halt, doch die Fenster. Hier ist die Aufmachung wie bei den 2 bekannten amerikanischen Burgerläden. Drive Inn und Bestellterminals. Service sehr freundlich, abgespecktes Angebot, Ausgerichtet auf Lieferservice.

Viel zu überteuert für das was man kriegt.

Der Laden ist modern und sauber und man sitzt dort recht angenehm. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Essen stimmt für mich leider nicht, Burger sehr sparsam belegt und Burger Beef Patty schmeckt nach einem ganz durchschnittlichen Großhandels TK Patty. In Berlin gibt es viele viele Burger die deutlich besser sind, schlechtere findet man aber auch. Für mich war es ein Versuch, dabei wird es leider auch bleiben.

Sind ein e Gruppe von 🍔 Freunden und gehen wöchentlich 🍔 essen? So kommen wir im Jahr reichlich herum,diesmal waren wir in der König str12 bei Peter pane und wir waren alle sehr begeistert. Es gab nichts auszusetzen, deshalb werden wir dieses Lokal die Woche nochmals chekn. Brötchen leicht knusprig und warm Käse zerlassen Fritten einfach klasse, dankeschön für die top Qualität .

Ihr seid der Hammer 🤩 Wir haben jetzt schon einige Male bei euch bestellt und es war immer Top 👍 Pünktlich ⏰ Und das Essen richtig warm… Und das von euch bis nach Potsdam. Macht weiter so 👍

Bester Burger in Berlin. Und wir wissen, wovon wir reden. Das war mal anders (in Bezug auf Peter Pane), aber im Sep 2023 war der Burger der absolute Champion!

Warum benutzt derjenige, der die Burger zubereitet keine Handschuhe? Absolut unhygienisch!!!! Und ekelhaft. Was hat das mit Pflicht zu tun. Wer mit Lebensmitteln arbeitet hat Handschuhe zu tragen, das ist selbstverständlich und nicht abhängig davon, ob es Pflicht ist oder nicht. Echt eine sehr schwache Ausrede.

Ich habe im Auto gegen 21:30 Uhr einen Doppelten Käse Burger und Pommes mit Ketchup und Majonese bei dem schlankeren Junge mit roten Haaren bestellt. Der Laden war leer könnte ich vom Auto sehen. Dieser Mitarbeiter hat einen schlechten Job gemacht. Es fehlten Ketchup und Majonese und beim Bürger war nur eine Scheibe Käse und 2 rinderbuletten. Der Bürger kostete mich 16 Euro???? Halloo wofür??? Abzocke??? Was war an meiner Bestellung so schwer zu merken? Mcdonald's ist um weites besser und das aus diesen Gründen. Beschweren konnte ich mich nicht mehr, weil der Laden um 22 Uhr zu machte. Lächerlich.......

Ist auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert Lohnt sich da abzuschmecken. :D

Haben Essen bestellt und abgeholt. Guacamole für die Pommes wurde vergessen und das Patty war bei beiden Burgern angebrannt.

Es war wieder ein super leckeres Erlebnis und der Service war absolut hervorragend. Niedlich fand ich auch, dass es ein bisschen Halloweendeko gab. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leckere Burger, auch super für Veganer.

Die Einrichtung ist schön und einladend, dann hört es mit wirklich positiven Punkten auf. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist grauenhaft, ein Bürger Menü für knapp 28€ ist krass. Qualitativ warscheinlich gut, aber gar Stufen beim Fleisch kennen die wohl nicht, ein grauer Klumpen! Für den Preis kannst du z.B im Block Haus schon nen gutes Steak essen, mit Service und nicht Selbstbedienung! 3 mal probiert mit jeweils 3 Monaten Abstand und wirklich nie richtig zufrieden gewesen. Ich glaub jetzt hab auch ich verstanden das diesmal mein letzter Besuch war. Essen halt auch nichts besonderes für den Preis, nicht unbedingt besser als Burger King bis auf die Qualität. Service Kräfte selber sehr nett, kann man nichts gegen sagen.
