If you love Franconian cuisine, you've come to the right place 👍👍! In the rustic restaurant you eat like at grandma's. Excellent, down-to-earth and honest cuisine. The meat is tender and melts in your mouth, the crust is crispy, what more could you want! Just this much... the next day we went there to eat again, we liked it so much 😋 You won't make a mistake here, we'll happily do it again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today we had lunch with the whole family. The food isn't the best. The dumplings were so slippery that when I picked them up with a fork they slipped through again.

I've been here several times in the last few months, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. While I was able to enjoy one of the best suckling pigs with dumplings and sauce six months ago, my last few visits have been disappointing. Wiener Schnitzel, Käsespätzle and suckling pig were average to below average, and the waiting times for the food were far too long each time. It's a shame that something seems to have changed for the worse here.

We made a reservation, which worked perfectly online. Were welcomed very nicely by a young man and served all evening. He was very accommodating. The drinks and food came very quickly and tasted really delicious. You really can't say anything about the price. The atmosphere was something special and very pleasant. We would love to come back when we are in the area.

Large portions with friendly service, rather expensive... I'm curious to see whether the innkeeper in Bad Tölz can keep up... but recommended...

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. We once had schnitzel with potato salad and the “Brauer Gröstl”. The schnitzel is still okay, but the potato salad can only come from a bucket. It was already clear to me that a Gröstl (at home) is leftover food, but using diced meatloaf instead of bacon and roast meat in a restaurant and then selling it for the normal price is a bit cheeky. A disaster in terms of taste. It doesn't help if the nice waitress has a funny saying on her lips. Maybe they should consider changing the name to Brauhaus 0815. PS: Instead of using your cell phone at the counter, it's better to walk around the restaurant with a feather duster...
