I stopped here for dinner with a colleague at the ceremonial end of our business trip and we were really thrilled, at least as far as my part was concerned. The dark Pyraser Weizen was a really good accompaniment to the tasty, hearty cheese spaetzle, I could have really indulged myself. The hospitality and the accompanying salad were also good, the oldest inn is really a good address for a rustic dinner.

Unfortunately, the Rahmschnitzel gang ordered a really small schnitzel with fried potatoes, which were neither crispy nor seasoned, the schnitzel weighed a maximum of 130 g. The biggest impudence, however, was the "hunter's sauce" that was specially served in a small glass, this sauce neither deserved the name hunter's sauce (there wasn't a single mushroom in it) nor the name sauce, that was water with a few cut onions, sauce powder and some kitchen cream ( Dear colleague, with such a sauce you would have failed the journeyman's exam (if you have one, please repeat). The worst thing, however, was when I told the waitress that the answer was that they always know about petsonal problems........ Guys then close the shop, for 23.50 euros you can charge something decent even these days. We usually came at least four times a year, but not anymore, there are other places.

I ordered a large mixed salad with pork medallions and got a salad with schnitzel. That doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I ordered a cream of potato soup—at least, that's what they called it. The soup, however, was anything but creamy; it was completely tasteless and watery. When I told the waitress this, there was virtually no response. She simply asked if I hadn't finished the soup because the portion was too large. I explained that I didn't like it at all and that it was unfortunately very tasteless. Again, there was no response. For my main course, I had the Cordon Bleu with fries. It wasn't anything special, but it was okay. However, the waitress was often long gone, so we were often left with empty glasses. We also wanted dessert, but after a long wait, we lost interest and paid instead—also after a long wait. To top it all off, I still had to pay for the soup. They could have at least offered an alternative or made a concession to the customer. In my opinion, not a recommendation and nothing special.

***Attention: the “Wirtshaus Ottobrunn” is reviewed here, which opened on 11/23*** Curious about the articles in the local press about the new, self-confident landlady with fresh ideas, we visited the restaurant “Wirtshaus Ottobrunn” on November 10th, shortly after it opened. We were there around 6:00 p.m. There was a handwritten note on the front door indicating that it would be open from 5 p.m. Unfortunately, after opening the door, you noticed a slight smell of grease. To the left of the entrance we noticed a small playroom for children. The restaurant was still almost empty. We looked for a table. As we were putting down our coats, we were greeted by a young waiter who placed an already opened menu on the table. The selection was still very clear, but it was pointed out on the menu that they wanted to start with a small offering when they opened. We decided to have two “crusted roasts with Ayinger sauce”. A young waitress took the order for two drinks, which were brought straight away, and then the order for the roast pork. The tables around us slowly filled up with 4-8 people each, some of whom had made reservations. After about 10 minutes, the same waitress asked us again if we had already ordered, which we were a little surprised about. We watched as the other orders were taken and then the drinks and food were served, including roast pork - so everyone who was seated after us was served long before us. In the meantime, 30 minutes had passed and since we were going to an event, we politely asked if we had been forgotten. The waitress seemed a bit stressed at the moment, rushed away and then brought us the food, with some sauce on a plate and Soil spilled, which was only curtly excused. The crusty roast costs €17.50. There are two thinly sliced slices of meat with a strip of crust and two small ready-made dumplings. The sauce was very fatty and unfortunately not well seasoned. Unfortunately the coleslaw was also missing. The waitress was very busy and it became difficult to make eye contact as our plates slowly became empty. We managed to ask about coleslaw. However, when it came, our plates were almost empty. The waitress apologized. The coleslaw also didn't seem well seasoned, it was very simple and unfortunately oily, and we would have liked a bit of wommerl in it. Once again it took a while until we were able to make eye contact regarding our payment request. Another waiter then came to collect the money. Conclusion: There is definitely room for improvement here, we would have expected more for a meal in this price segment compared to other similar restaurants in the area. The staff wasn't well coordinated and the service was a bit spotty. For example, there was a small tea light on the table, but it wasn't lit while we were there. The staff also didn't ask whether we liked it or apologize for the long wait. We visited the restaurant in the Wolf-Ferrari-Haus for the first time; we didn't know the previous tenant. We would visit one of the restaurants in the area before a next event in the house and maybe only come back to visit a restaurant in a few months

Fish dinner on Ash Wednesday was again excellent. The service was top notch as always, even though it was busy. The carp fillet presented was very good and plentiful.

Ich bin in meinem ganzen Leben noch nirgends so unfreundlich bedient worden. Wir haben den Kellner mit Namen Arif, auf seine Unfreundlichkeit angesprochen. Er meinte, das sagen alle, aber er wird daran nix ändern. Unglaublich ! Leider zu spät hab ich bemerkt, dass er mir auch noch 20 Cent zu viel berechnet hat. Dieses Krenkl nie wieder!! Es gibt genug andere Gasthäuser in Landshut! Herr Arif hat wohl übersehen , dass sein Lohn vom Gast bezahlt wird..
