In my opinion, a classic hotel restaurant. Neither high nor low. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Prices are also in line with a hotel, though. The service is equally solid. The outdoor seating is pleasant. The interior is also stylish. But I just don't see anything here that would justify the price or even a higher price.

It's unbelievable how much the service has deteriorated. You ask the staff the price of a slice of cake, and they tell you, "Go outside and scan the QR code on the tables to see the prices." Is it really that hard to point to the cake sitting right next to them and tell them the price? I just wanted to take some. After I insisted, they finally told me the price. When I went to take one, the young man put the slices on a small cardboard tray (an open tray, not covered). I waited for him to put the trays in a paper bag, but he just stood there waiting for me to pay. I looked at him, and he said, "What? Do you need another bag?" Seriously, do you really think I was going to walk 600 meters home with open trays in my hands? Really? Finally, he did put the cake slices in paper bags, but (watch out!!!): he placed them on a WET surface. That means the bags got wet! No one expects the restaurant business to be their life's passion, but such abysmal service is truly shameful. I've never seen anyone with so little work ethic. Oh yes, I almost forgot: They've rearranged things, and now it's nearly impossible to get through to the counter where the bagels and cakes are displayed. What was my favorite neighborhood café/bar a year ago is now a place I will neither return to nor recommend. A real shame!

Check the menu before you book a table we didn’t found anything on the menu that we would like didn’t like it at all. The service was very average but the views are amazing.

The food and drinks are fantastic. But the atmosphere at Katz is also excellent! The service is attentive, quick, and friendly. I'll definitely be back; you simply feel comfortable and have a great time!

I ate there with colleagues over 10 years ago. The pizzas and service were good, really good. Before the Radiohead concert, we went for pizza and pasta. The pizza had a soggy crust, and the Bolognese sauce wasn't anything special anymore. The coffee was okay. The younger server was extremely unfriendly, but unfortunately, we still left a tip. Those days are gone; the place has lost its luster.

I wanted to have a happy hour cocktail at ZAZO. But - wataheeel? They were completely closed??? Why does it say on google maps that they are open when everything is locked and it looks like they haven't been open for years. I stood outside the door for hours and hours and no one served me.
