Café Bar Tirrée in Berlin

Schöner Laden, aber die Bestellung ist immer umständlich. Ich bin kein großer Fan von QR-Code-Systemen, aber die Lage ist super. Und nein, ich habe noch nichts an der Bar bestellt. Ich war schon öfter da und kenne das Prozedere, aber es gibt immer irgendwelche Probleme, und die Angestellten erklären erst mal, wie das alles dort funktioniert, bevor man überhaupt zu Wort kommt und das Problem schildern kann.

Mein absoluter Lieblingsladen in Moabit, ein zweites Zuhause. Schön das man auch in einer so großen Stadt noch irgendwo Stammkunde sein kann. Stefan macht die Cocktails angemessen stark ;)

Es sah aus wie ein nettes, gut besuchtes Café… Ich war an einem Dienstag dort, um mit meinem Mann Fußball zu schauen und ein Bier und Kuchen zu genießen. Ich hatte nur ein paar Pommes dabei, und mein Mann trank gerade sein Bier aus. Der ältere Kellner mit dem Kurzhaarschnitt fuhr uns an und forderte uns auf, etwas zu bestellen. Was wir dann natürlich auch taten. Nach einer Weile hörten wir Geschrei von drinnen, und natürlich war es derselbe Kellner. Kurz darauf kam er heraus und fuhr uns an, dass unser Tisch reserviert sei und wir umziehen müssten. Ich fragte eine andere Mitarbeiterin, und sie sagte mir, dass der Tisch nicht reserviert sei. Dieser Kellner wirkte generell total gestresst und war kein guter Servicekraft. Der Rest des Cafés war sehr angenehm, aber er hat die Atmosphäre einfach ruiniert.

Als wir bestellen wollten, war nicht klar, dass man einen QR-Code scannen musste. Also gingen mein Freund und ich hinein, um zu bestellen. Ein Mitarbeiter (vermutlich der Chef) machte uns sehr unangenehm, indem er an seinem Strohhalm leckte und meinem Freund das Getränk dann mit einem hämischen Grinsen anbot. Nachdem er abgelehnt hatte, wurde der Chef sehr unhöflich und forderte uns auf, nach draußen zu gehen und den QR-Code selbst zu scannen (den wir aber nicht am Tisch hatten). Wir sind uns nicht sicher, aber er schien nicht nüchtern zu sein. Wir bestellten schließlich gar nichts und gingen.

Für meinen runden Geburtstag mit ca. 45 Gästen war das Tirrée der perfekte Ort. Es gab leckere Dips mit Nachos, supertolle Salate und wundervolle Törtchen, dazu Crémant und aromatische Limonaden. Wir durften draußen dekorieren (habens hinterher wieder aufgeräumt) und der Ort war total stimmungsvoll. Stefan und seine Mitarbeiter:innen waren professionell, entspannt, freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Am Ende war der Preis für alles unschlagbar. Ich mag den Laden ja sowieso, aus guten Gründen, aber dort zu feiern kann ich mehr als empfehlen! <3 Eignet sich sehr für entspannte Runden, weniger für die Feier mit der Erbtante aus Heidelberg mit RotaryClub-Mitgliedschaft und vll auch nicht so sehr für rein erlebnisorientierte Exil-Neuköllner :3

Ein Nettes Kiez Cafe/Bar Lokal zum Freunde treffen. Diese Café/Bar erfindet sich stetig neu und überrascht mit einer lustigen Vielfalt an Speisen. Von Lachs Bagel mit Minni Brezeln bis hin zu guter Pasta oder leckeren Kuchen. Das Frühstück ist kombinierbar und damit sind die Möglichkeiten zu wählen echt gut. Das Lokal setzt auf Kartenzahlung. Das Menü per QR Code. Sehr einfaches bestellen. Zur Stoßzeiten kann man ein wenig warten. Es lohnt sich aber aufjedenfall.

Gutes Essen, sehr freundlicher und ehrlicher Service. Empfehlung!

Großartiges veganes All-you-can-eat-Mittagessen, super freundlicher Inhaber

Keine Karte, nur eine virtuelle Karte über einen Barcode, keine gute Beratung. Die gesamte Bestellung wurde Teil für Teil einzeln gebracht, da die Bestellung immer wieder vergessen wurde. Zum Kaffee keinen Zucker, zum Kuchen keine Gabel. Die Nachos mit Käse waren zum Teil verbrannt und der Käse mehr als übersichtlich. Schade..

Super süßes ambiente, mega netter staff und sehr gut organisiert und strukturiert :)

Die Kellnerin war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich-amüsant im Umgang. Ich war in Begleitung in der Birkenstraße was essen und wir waren auf dem Weg Richtung Heimat. Das Tiree lag auf unserem Weg und wir schauten beide unverhofft,jedoch interessiert und begeistert in das Lokal ohne jegliche Erwartungshaltung,weil der Abend in sich schon eine erfüllende Brillanz besaß. Die einladende,nicht auffordernde Romantik versprach uns beiden einen Möglichkeitsraum den Abend noch nicht beenden zu wollen. Rote,gemütliche und elegante Stühle in Kombination mit sekundärer moderner Lichtquellen,die in ihrem eigenen nostalgischen Antlitz die Kunst von heute repräsentierten, ebneten uns den Weg in das Lokal. Dort angekommen verbrachten wir Stunden voller Euphorie, Gemeinsinn, verschiedener Dialigräume und Verbindung zu dem Ort und zu den Menschen und vor allem zu uns selbst als Menschen,die in ihrer Unvollkommenheit im Alleinsein in der Gemeinschaft aufblühen und strahlen. Danke für diese fulminante Erfahrung.

Schön zu sehen, wie sich das Tirree entwickelt hat – das für mich neue (war glaub ich seit 8-9 Jahren nicht hier) Interieur überzeugt. Die Atmosphäre bleibt ein Refugium der Entschleunigung, getragen von einem angenehm nonchalanten Personal. Man war sich schnell einig, es hier einfach „ruhig anzugehen“. Der Espresso Martini war unprätentiös serviert, aber geschmacklich absolut stimmig. Moabiter Kiez-Kultur mit Substanz. Empfehlung!

Dieser Laden war furchtbar, das Konzept war zwar nett, aber die Person, die anscheinend der Chef war, schrie sogar ihre Angestellten an, und ich unterstütze es nicht, wenn Arbeiter schlecht behandelt werden.

Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich. Sie boten uns großzügig Hummus und getrocknete Tomaten an. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Vorspeise.

Ich liebe diesen Ort! Perfekt für einen schnellen Kaffee, ein Frühstück oder ein Stück Kuchen. Es gibt leckere vegane Optionen. Auch das Design und die Atmosphäre gefallen mir sehr. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer super nett. 🥰

Hier findet man einige der absurdesten und ungewöhnlichsten Gerichte, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wer gesündere Alternativen zu den sogenannten „Nachos“ sucht – die aus billigen Supermarkt-Tortilla-Chips mit Dosenmais und Bohnen bestehen –, sollte sich woanders umsehen.

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und Getränke. Vor allem Getränke wie heißer Ingwer-Apfelsaft mit Zimt oder die selbstgemachte Himbeerlimonade, die herrlich fruchtig und trotzdem nicht papoensüß ist, bekommt man nicht überall.

Eine echte Institution in Moabit! Die Croissants sind super frisch und der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend. Das Highlight ist aber definitiv Karl – der süßeste Café-Hund überhaupt. Komme gerne wieder!

Gemütliches Café / Bar und nicht mehr aus Moabit wegzudenken. Das Tirree ist für viele meist erste Wahl am Wochenende wenn man ausgeht. Man kann aber auch unter der Woche sehr gut dort versacken, weil es in der herzlichen und lebendigen Atmosphäre einem nicht leicht gemacht wird weiterzuziehen. Ab und zu ist es etwas chaotisch, aber genau das macht auch den Charme aus, genauso wie unfreundliche Bedienungen in Altberliner Kneipen. Auf jedenfall der perfekte Ort um andere Moabiter dort zu treffen. Im Sommer kann man schön draußen sitzen und die vielen Menschen beobachten, die dort vorbeikommen

Das Café Bar Tirrée ist für mich einer dieser seltenen Orte, die man nicht nur besucht, sondern erlebt. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich willkommen. Die Atmosphäre ist warm, entspannt und gleichzeitig voller Charakter. Genau die richtige Mischung aus stilvoll, gemütlich und authentisch. Der Kaffee ist hervorragend aromatisch, perfekt zubereitet & mit viel Liebe serviert. Auch das Essen überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: frisch, kreativ & qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Besonders schön finde ich, dass es tolle vegetarische & vegane Optionen gibt, die geschmacklich absolut begeistern. Hier merkt man, dass Qualität & Leidenschaft im Vordergrund stehen. Was diesen Laden aber wirklich besonders macht, ist das Team. Freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Man spürt sofort, dass hier mit echter Gastfreundschaft gearbeitet wird. Egal ob zum entspannten Frühstück, für einen Kaffee am Nachmittag od. für einen Drink am Abend. Das " Tirrée " passt einfach immer. Für mich ist es einer der schönsten Spots in Berlin. Wer einmal dort war, kommt garantiert wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! 🥰

Wir sind hier jede Woche und kommen immer gerne wieder für die lockere,familiäre Atmosphäre und das leckere Essen. Der Chef ist ein super Typ, der immer für Unterhaltung sorgt. Der Mittagstisch ist günstig und frisch zubereitet, und auch abends ist der Vibe super. Außerdem gibt es hier fantastischen Kaffee und frisch gebackene Kuchen und Muffins!

Liebevoll gestalteter Ort, der stets im Wandel ist. Vielen Dank das ihr da seit. Tolle Drinks lecker essen. Stefan ist großartig. Lg kleiner Bruder.

Super nette Bar und vor allem der schnelle Service ist hervorzuheben :) es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an Getränken und die sind auch immer sofort da. Geheimtipp: Rum, Chai, Kokosnuss, Maracuja. Bis bald!

Abgestiegen Vor drei, vier Jahren war das Tirree ein angenehmer Laden zum frühstücken oder für einen Kaffee. Diese Woche waren wir nach längerer Zeit wieder da. Die Bedienung ist immer noch freundlich. Aber die Möbel sind abgenutzt und nicht ganz sauber. Die Treppe zur Toilette ist völlig kaputt, man ist froh, wenn man aus der Toilette wieder raus ist. Schockiert hat uns ein Kabel, das aus einer Gastherme raushängt und an das eine Steckdose angeschlossen war. Echt gefährlich.

Es ist wirklich unglaublich, wie sehr sich der Service verschlechtert hat. Man fragt die Angestellten nach dem Preis für ein Stück Kuchen, und sie sagen einem: „geh auf die Straße und scann den QR-Code auf den Tischen, um die Preise zu sehen“. Ist es wirklich so schwer, auf den Kuchen, der direkt neben ihnen steht, zu zeigen und den Preis zu nennen? Ich wollte nur etwas mitnehmen. Nachdem ich darauf bestanden hatte, sagten sie mir schließlich doch noch den Preis für das Stück. Als ich eines mitnehmen wollte, legte der junge Mann die Stücke auf ein kleines Kartontablett (ein offenes Tablett, nicht verschlossen). Ich wartete darauf, dass er die Tabletts in eine Papiertüte packt, aber er blieb einfach stehen und wartete darauf, dass ich bezahle. Ich schaute ihn an, und er sagte: „Was? Brauchst du noch eine Tüte?“. Krass, glaubt ihr wirklich, dass ich 600 Meter mit offenen Tabletts in der Hand nach Hause laufe? Wirklich? Schließlich packte er die Kuchenstücke doch noch in Papiertüten, aber (Achtung!!!): er stellte sie auf eine NASSER Oberfläche. Das heißt, die Tüten wurden nass! Niemand erwartet, dass Gastronomie ihre Lebensleidenschaft ist, aber so ein miserabler Service ist wirklich beschämend. Ich habe noch nie jemanden mit so wenig Arbeitswillen gesehen. Ach ja, fast hätte ich es vergessen: Sie haben die Sachen umgestellt, und jetzt ist es kaum noch möglich, durchzukommen und an die Theke zu gehen, wo die Bagels und Kuchen ausgestellt sind. Was bis vor einem Jahr mein Lieblingscafé/-bar in der Nachbarschaft war, ist heute ein Ort, an den ich weder zurückkehren noch den ich empfehlen werde. Echt schade!

It's not a bad place in the evening, but we were truly shocked by the breakfast. The food is really poor quality, the wait times were sometimes over an hour, and then half the items weren't available, which they only mentioned when the food arrived, instead of right after we ordered. It's also very annoying that you have to order through a website and there are no printed menus.

A lovely, relaxed shop with a small menu and good home-style cooking, super friendly staff and constantly changing art; there's also a cute furry friend in the shop, so everything was great, thank you for the pleasant stay!

Amazing place - charming, honest, and wholeheartedly real. The atmosphere is always positive, sometimes chilled, sometimes intense and fun; it’s life. The coffee is good, the food tasty and imaginative. Much love.

A really nice café, mostly friendly staff, and the coffee is good too. But the owner is a complete disaster. A truly embarrassing and unpleasant guy who always makes you feel out of place as a customer. He definitely knows how to drive customers away.

Bad service and bad drink I do not recommend

If you're looking for a really good coffee in Moabit, this is the place to be. The salmon bagel is also worth recommending. The friendly service rounds out the visit. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. ✌️

A few years ago, the place was reasonably cozy, but now, unfortunately, it's completely run down. Unloved "decoration" next to an old boiler on the wall. Tables from the bulky waste, each with a hook hanging from them (probably a school desk) that's perfect for ripping clothes off. Service is understaffed, the restroom is in terrible condition, etc. I really feel sorry for the crew who work there. It's better to spend your money in stores whose owners aren't just lining their own pockets. P.S. Don't make the mistake of complaining to the "boss" that the toilet is flooded. Otherwise, you'll immediately receive some creative excuses and insults. P.P.S. I'm curious to see what kind of rude or meaningless "response" follows this review.

Unfortunately, in a moderately busy restaurant, the two waitresses weren't even able to bring the menu. I went to the restaurant across the street.

The nicest and coolest coffee spot in Moabit! The staff feel like family—always warm, welcoming, and treating you as if you’re one of their own. Back in March, I lost the keys to my apartment, and at 1 a.m. they let me in to charge my phone. They truly saved my life that night, and I will never forget their kindness. The coffee and food are excellent, served quickly, and every visit feels just like coming home.💘💘💘💘💘💘💘

The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The decor is super interesting, and the seating is very comfortable. There are great vegan and vegetarian options. The prices are also extremely reasonable, with a mimosa costing only €1.80 on a Saturday.

We wanted to sit outside for a quick coffee and order via QR code. Unfortunately, the app wasn't working, so we went inside to order directly. The place seemed rather disorganized – a gentleman (presumably the owner) didn't take our order, but instead directed us back outside and told us to wait. Since the three of us weren't prepared to wait around 30 minutes for a coffee, we decided to move on after a short while – just a few meters away. Suddenly, the gentleman in question shouted loudly across the guest area and across the street several times in our direction: "Hey! You! Hey YOU!" He pointed his finger at me and shouted again loudly: "You! YOU just ordered a coffee from me!" This scene was hard for bystanders to ignore and had an extremely unpleasant effect on everyone present. I went back to calmly explain to him that we hadn't ordered anything, but had simply left because of the wait. Without further discussion, he turned around and muttered something like, "Then just get lost." As a guest, I find such behavior unacceptable. I didn't get the impression that customers were treated with respect here. Instead, I was loudly and publicly humiliated – apparently due to an internal misunderstanding. A place I certainly won't return to again.

Very nice and queer friendly place! Very affordable as well. Would highly recommend. Food and coffee and the regular drinks are all very good! I went there multiple times this week already.

Whenever I'm nearby, I really enjoy going there. However, I've noticed that some of the waitresses are extremely stressed and in a bad mood. Saying to a colleague in front of a customer, "You don't know anything about this," "You're doing it wrong anyway," "What have you been doing for the last hour?", etc., probably shouldn't be done in front of the customers. I think I've been there six times now, and I've witnessed at least four arguments... But otherwise, everything's been great :)

I like coming to Tirree; it has a nice atmosphere and a wide selection. After an unpleasant situation arose between us and a waiter over the weekend, the owner contacted us via email, apologized, and explained the situation. He also left a voucher for us as an apology. We appreciate this gesture and look forward to the next evening! 😊

I've been coming here for six years, but I've never experienced anything like this. The service is snail-paced, the wheat beer tastes like vinegar, and the pilsner is as flat as old dish soap. Summer 2025? There's no love – tirree!

We had a nice breakfast here, although it took a while. A great mimosa with freshly squeezed orange juice, a bagel with lox, and some very original breakfast names. The cappuccino with almond milk was also delicious.

Our favourite place in the neighbourhood! Stefan, the owner, is super friendly, the food is delicious and creative, the environment very bohemian. Lemonades and bagels are just amazing. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Fantastic cafe. Very friendly staff. Coffee was the best I had in 5 days in Berlin. So good, I popped in 3 times, and variously had a freshly cooked croissant, tasty salmon bagel, and a delicious cheesecake. Relaxed atmosphere. Do give it a try!

I received a croissant as a gift about half a year ago, and I'm writing this review way too late. But I really like it :)

If you're going to rationalize waiters and introduce a QR code ordering system, it should at least work. Two-thirds of the drinks were wrong or never arrived. I go to a bar to chat, not to have to pull out my phone and order drinks from the shopping cart. We were there in a larger group, and the first five minutes were wasted because everyone was on their phones... Super uncharming, it doesn't create a pleasant atmosphere, and (as I said) it doesn't even work, lol

Cocktails were delicious but these were the worst nachos I've had in my life. Nachos are really so easy to make, I really don't know what went wrong. The bowl consisted of 90% of the small broken chip tips that are in a bag at the bottom. Not good chips either, but the ones with chili flavor or something like that from the supermarket. On top there was a handful of cheese that wasn't melted, and there was no cheese left under the first layer. Very cheap but really a failure :( Addendum: you described yourself on Google Maps as a café with a bar? And what kind of cocktail bar offers breakfast, appetizers, entrees/pasta, and waffles? Are they all bad because you are “just a cocktail bar”?

The rating is way overhyped. Scrambled egg and salmon breakfast was pretty crap to be honest. Would come back for the coffee (flat white), but skip the breakfast menu.

Incredibile place, extremely kind staff, great food and drinks, both in terms of choice and quality. We had an issue with a late order (definitely a honestly mistake, probably caused by the automated ordering system they use) and they went above and beyond to make up for the wait even though we didn't ask. Strongly recommend.

Super nice personal service who recommended an incredibly delicious fresh tea. The atmosphere is relaxed with good music and the guests seem nice. There is WiFi and sockets and I was able to work here for a good hour. Only card payment is possible here, which I found very pleasant.

The Tirree is the size in Moabit. This is where the bar and café culture in the Birkenstrasse neighborhood began. You quickly notice the owner's growing charm, sometimes a bit chaotic, but always loving and good. The food is great, especially for a bar (in the evening), as a café and for breakfast there is good brunch, good cakes and good lunch anyway. And there is always something special: a new drink here, a nice meal there. Bring some peace and quiet, especially in summer it's full of fans outside. Don't worry: you can also just drink a beer and chat.

Very friendly staff the food is very nice. The hummus specifically is scrumptious. The beverages they make are awesome and even the alcoholic drinks have a very wide and interesting selection. Would recommend and will definitely visit again. :)

It's really beautiful there. The atmosphere is decorated with a lot of love. There is always a relaxed, happy atmosphere there! The food and drink are super delicious and there is always variety. There is also something for everyone. Whether vegetarian or vegan. The staff is also super nice and helps you feel comfortable. Plus the prices are great too. I really enjoy going there :)

The atmosphere is nice, the food is delicious, the drinks are good and the prices are fair. The service is friendly and professional - and that's exactly why I feel sorry for the staff and how they are treated by the owner. In my opinion, his treatment of the employees is absolutely impossible and has a negative impact on the atmosphere. I therefore avoid days when he is there. Without this problem, the store would be an unreserved recommendation.

We had a great time here, atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is super friendly and kind. The food and drinks were amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Berlin!

Cool cafe in the neighborhood. The waffles and Black Forest cake were very tasty. Unfortunately, the hot apple-mint-rhubarb was not the same and the friendly service swapped it for a simple pure orange juice. But unfortunately the juice didn't arrive pure but with cinnamon, which I can't tolerate. The whole process also took a very long time. Better next time, I hope :)

Nice shop, you can end the evening comfortably.
