Seit Jahren ein Muss bei jedem Aufenthalt in Berlin. Vergleichslose Whiskykarte, tolle Beratung und einmaliges Ambiente!

Großartiger irischer Pub mit einer erstaunlichen Auswahl an Whiskey und einer großen Auswahl an Craft-Bieren.

Wir waren im Kreis von Freunden in dieser Bar und ein Teil von uns entschied sich draußen an einem Stehtisch an dem Gehweg zu bleiben. Nach 10 min beschwerte sich die "Chefin" dass wir nicht in der Bar sind und dass sie uns in 5 Minuten des Hauses verweisen würde, wenn wir nicht gehen würden. Unsere Freunde bestellten währenddessen drinnen Getränke, allerdings reichte dies wohl nicht für ihren Umsatz. Mit der Drohung die Polizei zu rufen verließen wir diese Bar. Ich kann den Besuch aufgrund der unsypathischen Chefin nicht empfehlen.

Eine fantastische Bar mit einer phänomenalen Auswahl an guten und einzigartigen Getränken aus aller Welt.

Urige Stadtteilkneipe mitten im Quartier. Reichlich Biere, auch einiges vom Fass, auf der Karte. Guiness, Kilkenny und regionales Eschenbräu als Highlight. Der breite Bürgersteig erlaubt Aussensitze, die jedoch ortsüblich um 21:45 geräumt werden müssen. Innen ein deutlicher Kneipenstil mit allem, was man sich von einer Kneipe wünscht. Der Service freundlich, hilfsbereit, nicht aufdringlich. Offensichtlich ein beliebter Treff. Doch alles gemächlich ablaufend. Essen? Wir waren zu später Stunde nur auf ein Bier dort.

Gemütlicher Pub mit einer riesigen Getränkeauswahl. Bei Problemen mit der Auswahl der Getränke wird sehr qualifiziert beraten. Ich liebe es verschiedene Whiskys und Rum zu kosten ohne die ganze Flasche kaufen zu müssen.

War zum Whisky tasten dort. Riesige Whisky Auswahl. Wurde sehr gut beraten und die Atmosphäre war auch super. Sehr passende Musik. Für mich die beste Whisky Bar bis jetzt.

Eine meiner absoluten Lieblingsbars in Berlin. Der Service ist wirklich vorbildlich. Stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter hinter der Bar. Und eine unglaubliche Whisky-Auswahl, die einen immer wieder zurückkommen lässt.

Ambiente wie es sich für einen Pub gehört. Dunkles Holz. Viel Grün. Große Auswahl an Whisky. Da findet jede/r Whiskyliebhaber/in etwas. Personal Mega freundlich und mit viel Wissen rund um Whisky.

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Zweifellos die beste Whiskey-Bar der Stadt, und Xander ist ein freundlicher und kompetenter Barkeeper, der seine Kunst mit Leidenschaft ausübt. Offside ist ein absolutes Muss – allein schon wegen der extrem günstigen, wechselnden Whiskey-Auswahl.

Am Freitag war es komplett ausgebucht, aber ich konnte einen Platz an der Theke ergattern und es mir dort gut gehen lassen. Sehr netter Service und angenehme Unterhaltung, gute Getränkeauswahl. Die Decke ist wunderschön.

Wir wurden vom ersten Moment an sehr unhöflich behandelt. Die Barkeeperin hob den Finger und versuchte, uns zu tadeln. Ich würde so etwas nicht leichtfertig behaupten, aber ich glaube, die Barkeeperin hatte ein Problem mit unserer Herkunft. Hoffentlich kann sie ihre Vorurteile bald ablegen. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Türklere karşı ırkçılar gelmeyin

Ich liebe diesen Laden! Die Auswahl ist riesig, und die Mitarbeiter helfen einem sehr gerne bei der Entscheidung, falls man sich überfordert fühlt. Freundliches Personal, gemütliche Sitzecke.

Zweifellos die beste Whiskybar überhaupt! Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals ist überaus herzlich und die riesige Auswahl an Scotch ist schier überwältigend. Ganz zu schweigen von den unschlagbaren Preisen! Auch das Essen passt hervorragend zum Whisky.

Es gibt ein Degustationsmenü für Whisky-Liebhaber.

Heute an einem famosen Wiskytasting teilgenommen. Ganz fantastisch! Der Chef persönlich mit viel Herzblut und tollem Service der Chefin. Vielen Dank.

Einen sehr tollen Abend bei einem Whiskytasting verbracht in einem super Ambiente was man nur noch selten findet. Es war für mich das zweite Tasting und sicherlich nicht das letze in dieser Bar. Die Tastings dort kann ich nur empfehlen als Geburtstaggeschenk oder einfach mal als schönen Abend Die Bedienung hinter der Bar ist einfach nur toll. Der Junge Mann verbreitet so eine gute Laune mit seiner Art das es einfach Spaß macht.

Ein hervorragendes Pub für Whisky-Liebhaber mit über 900 Flaschen an der Bar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent whiskey selection combined with patient, friendly, competent advice. There was also a delicious stew, and all at very fair prices. At least, that's how it was the first time. Last night before the holiday, it was packed. The crowd was very good. The food and drinks were also good! BUT: This time, a snotty young man and an unpleasant, rude, and whiskey-ignorant woman serving. It's a shame that such a cool place employs such uncool people.

I've been there many times – and every time I enter the Offside, it feels a bit like coming home. This pub is simply something special: quaint, unique, lovingly designed – with an atmosphere that lies somewhere between a museum, a living room, and a cabinet of curiosities. The miniature city on the ceiling alone is worth a visit. Once you've seen it, you'll never forget it. There are always new details to discover – and that's exactly what makes this place so charming. The whiskey selection is virtually endless – connoisseurs will be just as happy here as the curious. And when the sun comes out, there's really only one option for me: an ice-cold Stowford Cider. You can hardly spend a summer evening better. The team is attentive, relaxed, and authentic – no fake gastronomic show, just people who know how to run a good place. In short: The Offside is not a pub like any other. It's a small institution. And once you've been there, you'll come back. Guaranteed.

You can still find insider tips in Berlin. Where hipsters who don't live in Berlin meet? I think here is that place. A must for whiskey fans, but also worth seeing for everyone else. There are no words to describe the decoration of the ceiling or have you ever seen a model train stuck to the ceiling. The atmosphere is warm and warm in Berlin. I'll be back.

My wife and I had the immense pleasure of spending an evening at Offside for my birthday. From the moment we walked in, the quirky charm of the decor immediately drew us in - there was so much to look at and we could both tell everything had a story. The train set on the ceiling, the sleds, the Sesame Street characters, just so charming. And then… the whiskey collection. I have never seen so many different whiskeys in my life and if that wasn’t impressive enough, the meister himself attended our every whiskey need throughout the evening. He was unbelievably knowledgeable and lit up like a kid on Christmas at the opportunity to be able to share what he was so passionate about - a genuinely refreshing experience in a world of mass produced fast products and experiences. As if that wasn’t enough, a box of ‚happy birthday‘ chocolates was presented as a birthday gift - a gesture that really made my night - and an indication that kind gestures are not dead in the gastronomy environment in Berlin. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening and the ability to slow down and enjoy the experience was such a nice change to the usual hum of some Berlin bars. In addition, the service was immaculate. The lady behind the bar was cheerful, positive, accommodating and attentive with a perfect balance of making us feel comfortable but not over-served (a difficult balance). The food was brilliantly functional and soaked up the whiskey nicely (it was honestly nice to only really have 1 choice to make menu-wise). 10/10 bringing as many people as I know here for a dram and the largest portion of cheese and olives I’ve ever seen. We witness patrons who were popping in for a beer, all served wonderfully, and felt really grateful that should you seek it - a deeper experience awaits that you will not forget.

We had a very interesting whiskey tasting, they have a huge variety of whiskeys (around 1000 labels), there is also good beer. The manager was very kind to welcome us.

Original pub between Wedding and Pankow. 1300 types of whiskey and of course Guinness on tap and many other drinks. Service was very attentive and friendly, all requests were fulfilled promptly. If the pub is full, you have to speak a little louder to be able to understand the other person. ;)

It really feels like a popular pub in a German neighborhood. The price is reasonable and the taste is good. The owner is so very kind. My companion kept my lost bag for a day, so I was able to find it. Thank you so much🫶👍

The furthest thing from an Irish pub - extremely rude manager! We were turned away for no apparent reason despite some empty chairs. We even offered to split our small group into two tables and were aggressively told by the manager to leave. One staff member did tried to apologize but was then told not to by the manager. Terrible service, never ever again. Don’t make the same mistake we did - check the other recent negative reviews! It seems to be the norm.. Owner extremely unfriendly, we were thrown out for no reason. We wanted to end the evening with a drink. In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't give her any money. Never come back!

Just found out how an uninterested rude waitress with a loud voice can ruin the atmosfhere of an entire bar. Got out of there as soon as we could!

Great, rustic pub with a huge selection of whiskey from Scotland, but also from Ireland and all over the world! The staff is very attentive and always has something to say! We really enjoy coming here.

Rightly one of the best whiskey bars in the country. Also craft beers and mass-produced beers, bottled and on tap at fair prices. In summer you can sit outside at a handful of tables. The rather short opening times are also a shame. Even on Saturdays it often ends before midnight. Smoke free for a few years.
