I ordered a sushi XXL plate for €99.90, which according to the description should be enough for four people. In reality, however, it was only enough for three people - and only just. For a record that costs almost €100, I expected a lot more. In addition, there is a minimum order value of €100. That means I had to order something extra just to be able to order at all. I find that to be not very customer-friendly. On top of that, a delivery fee of €15 was charged, which in my opinion is really excessive - especially with such a high order value.
But what really annoyed me was that neither soy sauce nor chopsticks were included. With a sushi delivery service, I expect at least these basic things to be included automatically - especially for such an expensive order. So I had to improvise myself, even though I paid to have a high-quality sushi experience delivered to my home.
In total the order cost me €120 - and the price-performance ratio was simply disappointing. For this amount I would have gotten significantly more from other providers: larger portions, better service and all the basics like sauce and sticks included. To be honest, I'm pretty annoyed and probably won't order there again. It's a shame - I really hoped for more.
Highly recommended and great food. There really is something for everyone!!! The only drawback is that at peak times the seats are simply too close together, which is not so nice!!!
The food was ok, the atmosphere is very spartan. The kitchen and wait staff were always snotting and so loud that we left the restaurant despite the rain. No matter whether the food tastes good or not, corner noises ruin the fun.
Das Nuki Restaurant hat mich rundum begeistert! Das Essen ist nicht nur unglaublich frisch, sondern auch geschmacklich auf einem hohen Niveau – jedes Gericht war ein Genuss. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und gepflegte Atmosphäre, die das ganze Erlebnis abrundet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was den Besuch noch angenehmer macht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird – sowohl in der Küche als auch im Service. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Nuki uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
Nothing bad about the food.
But it became very unfriendly about 4 weeks ago because we wanted to pay by card but we did not want to give a tip on the total amount after several requests.
Why do I have to tip someone who only comes to pay?
Why do I have to tip at all? They ask for an amount and I pay that.
If I have to tip the service, I should also tip the cook but for the garbage man, the construction worker who built the restaurant, their suppliers while I know for sure that their suppliers will not get a tip from them either.
Do we also tip the police, fire brigade, cashier, conductor, tax employees for what they are paid for?
But last week was the straw that broke the camel's back after we paid cash we had to ask 3 times to get the thick 8 euros in change back with an angry face. If the wait staff thinks they are underpaid, they should go to their employer and not to the customers they depend on, but apparently they don't care.
I have never had a tip from a wait staff member for my work in my entire life.
Today, four of us went to Gong Bao; we've been eating there regularly for several years. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality of the food has declined considerably over the last two times. The Mongolian buffet is still good and tasty, but the regular Chinese buffet is no longer good. Some of the food is cold, tastes sticky, as if it's been sitting there for a while or is old, and some of it isn't seasoned at all. The drinks package doesn't help much, because we want to eat well, not drink ourselves to the bone. Sorry, but we won't be coming back for a while.
We have been eating at Asia Wok regularly for 2 years because there is simply nothing comparable 😍 All the dishes are so delicious, freshly prepared and with such taste. The number 21. And we particularly like the chop suey. We love the food very much! And the service is very nice.
