Very delicious dishes - great value for money! A very sweet elderly couple run by themselves... so you can forgive the dated, somewhat dilapidated decor! Great for ordering food.

Super delicious. I love going here. The portions are very generous, and the pho bo, in particular, tastes authentic, just like in Vietnam.

The food and drinks are relatively good, and the prices are fair. Portion sizes are perfectly fine. Service and preparation are very quick. The atmosphere is more like a pub, with very few customers due to the location. Highly recommended if you're looking for something quick and inexpensive.

Typical case of “0 stars” if it had been possible. Ordered twice, wrong delivery twice. And when asked and explained, they said: you could eat this time. No excuse. I even brought the wrong food there because otherwise it would have ended up in the trash. Even then you still get cheeky and bold answers. What topped it all off was the “cleanliness” of the store when I got there. Everything was dirty, cobwebs in front of the windows and flowers. An absolute no go and not recommended.

I have been ordering from HaiO for several years. If you don't value a lot of bells and whistles and want delicious food at a reasonable price, this is the place for you!

The food was delicious, and the lady served us very nicely. Thank you for that. It was also very reasonably priced, but the ambiance is so-so, but nice with an outdoor seating area. All in all 👍

Wow! I ordered Thai curry with vegetables and tofu to go, and I'm thrilled. It tastes just like I know and love from Thailand: lots of crunchy vegetables and plenty of delicious curry sauce. It definitely fills me up and I might even order it again. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes, and the cook/server was nice. I'll definitely get Thai curry here more often.

I can't understand some of the bad reviews. We ate in the restaurant. The prices are cheap. Especially in relation to the portion size. The vegetables are fresh and they taste good. I'll be back.

By chance we had a long break in the meeting. And happened upon the snack bar while walking. The food was extremely delicious (Thai dish), spicy and good. Duck was also delicious by my fellow judge. The price and portions can't be beat Owners were very friendly. A tip for those who like delicious Asian cuisine. The positive thing was that the map is small and nice.

It’s better than most of the Imbiss places in Köln. Food is tasty and fresh. Friendly and welcoming staff. Prices are reasonable and surely not over priced. Outside ambience is perfect in Summer. I also recommend to host small parties, especially enough place to sit outside. Would try different dishes.

The food was really very good and the price was completely reasonable. However, the ambience is questionable. But if you just want to eat quickly and deliciously, that shouldn't stop you.

Pho Ha Noi bestellt: Erst einmal, schade, dass sich der üppige Preis von 12,90€ bei Verzicht auf Fleisch- oder Hähnchenbeileige nicht ändert. Um so mehr fiel die geringe Qualität auf und die Pho enthielt kaum Gemüse (etwas, Koriander, Spuren von Möhren und Lauchzwiebeln). Da ich vietnamesische Speisen kenne war ich (v.a. bei dem Preis) sehr enttäuscht und werde hier nicht mehr bestellen

Komplett versalzen. Kaum essbar. Irgendwie lieblos. Schade.

Leckeres Essen und schnell Service

Essen okay, aber laut Lieferinformation gäbe es eine Flasche Wein ab 30 Euro - diese kam nicht an und auf telefonische Nachfrage kann niemand einem auch nur irgendwelche Informationen geben, Kundenkontakt irgendwo zwischen planlos und unfreundlich.

Sehr nettes, familiengeführtes Lokal mit authentischer, vietnamesischer Küche. Ich kann insbesondere die Pho Bo empfehlen. Sehr lecker und immer wieder gerne.

Über Foodora/Lieferando dort bestellt. Essen kam sehr schnell und war gut verpackt. Auch die Portionen sind sehr groß und jeder sollte davon satt werden. Leider hat uns das Essen nicht sonderlich gut geschmeckt. Bei einem Preis von 13€ pro Essen hätten wir mehr als nur ein paar "normale" gebratene Nudeln mit Fleisch erwartet.

Ich und mein Kollege hatten beide eine Ente mit Reis, ich habe mich für die curry und er für die Süß sauer Soße entschieden. Wir waren beide sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres thailändisches Essen zu einem fairen Preis, komme hier öfters her bzw. Bestellung mir das Essen. Kann es absolut weiterempfehlen 👍

Sehr kleines, verstecktes Restaurant mit super leckeren großen Portionen! Die Einrichtung ist zugegebenermaßen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (alles sehr grün ;)), jedoch macht dies die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer als auch das gute alle mal wett. Der Laden wird von einem vietnamesischen Ehepaar geführt, was der Authentizität zugute kommt. Besonders empfehlen kann ich alle Gerichte mit dem gebratenen Reis oder gebratenen Nudeln, die Pho Suppe (fragt hier nach etwas Zitrone dazu) und auch das Bun Cha. Wie auf meinen Fotos zu sehen sind die Portionen mehr als ausreichend!

Wirklich enttäuschend . Zum einen sind die Preise viel zu hoch . Zum anderes ist der Laden von innen geschmacklos und lieblos eingerichtet ! Zudem riecht es nach altem fett und es ist schmutzig . Nie wieder

Ich weiss nicht was "Haio" wirklich bedeutet. Im Badischen/Schwäbischen Raum kann es durchaus als Ausdruck der Zustimmung verstanden werden. Und dass man bei diesem neuen Asia Imbiss durchaus gute vietnamesische Gerichte gibt, würde ich zustimmen. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen. Drinnen hat es leider etwas zu stark nach Frittenfett gerochen.
