Im Viet Thai schon mehrfach gegessen und bin jedes Mal zufrieden. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet, gut gewürzt und man hat eine schöne Auswahl zwischen vietnamesischer und thailändischer Küche. Die Pho ist wirklich gut, die Currys aromatisch und die Portionen ordentlich. Service ist freundlich und zügig. Preis ist mehr als fair für die Qualität. Für ein entspanntes Essen unter der Woche oder am Wochenende genau die richtige Adresse!

Wir hatten das Essen zum Take away bestellt. War alles super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Machen wir definitiv bald wieder. 😃🫶

Das Essen ist eigentlich in Ordnung und würde von mir 3 Sterne bekommen. Es gibt dort auch einen wirklich netten jüngeren männlichen Kellner, über den ich mich ebenfalls nicht beschweren kann. !!Allerdings ist die Chefin des Restaurants komplett unhöflich, und es ist nun schon das zweite Mal, dass ich angeschrien wurde, weil ich mit EC-Karte bezahlen wollte – obwohl an der Tür steht, dass Kartenzahlung ab einem Betrag von 20 € akzeptiert wird. Beide Male war sie äußerst unfreundlich und hat mich dazu gezwungen, Bargeld zu holen, obwohl sie Kartenzahlung eindeutig anbieten. Sie sagte mir sogar, dass ich der Grund sei, warum sie Geld verliert, nur weil ich mit Karte bezahlen möchte. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr in dieses Restaurant gehen. Ich kann nicht glauben, wie man seine Kunden so behandeln und ihnen die Schuld für angebliche Verluste geben kann, nur weil sie eine angebotene Zahlungsmethode nutzen möchten.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort, das Essen war lecker und der Service gut.

Sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Küche! Egal was man bestellt, man wird nicht enttäuscht. Atmosphäre lädt zum Runterkommen ein und ich genieße öfters meine Mittagspause dort. Kann ich jedem empfehlen, es ist ein Besuch wert! Danke an den sehr freundlichen Service und die gute Küche! Bis die Tage!

Ich war absolut begeistert von diesem Restaurant! Als Tourist aus Asien kann ich sagen, dass das Essen hier unglaublich lecker und authentisch war – ehrlich gesagt, hätte ich so einen Geschmack in dieser Gegend überhaupt nicht erwartet. Es ist um Längen besser als die meisten vietnamesischen und thailändischen Restaurants in den Touristenvierteln. Der Besitzer ist super nett und stammt ursprünglich aus Vietnam. Man merkt, dass er den authentischen Geschmack der vietnamesischen Küche perfekt hierher gebracht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert – ein echter Geheimtipp, auch wenn das Restaurant etwas abseits der üblichen Touristenattraktionen liegt.

Lange nicht mehr eine so unfreundliche Chefin erlebt, super schlechte Laune, ich weiß nicht ob es die Inhaberin ist aber es wirkte so. Sehr unfreundlich gewesen, ich weiß nicht woran es lag, aber was ich hier so mit einem Stern lese ist leider der Wahrheit entsprechend. Gerne wollte ich essen abholen, da die Lieferung immer sehr gut war, das Essen auch, aber vor Ort ist das Ambiente echt katastrophal. Nein danke - echt schade, das macht echt alles kaputt.

Wir haben häufig uns durch Lieferando das Essen nach Hause bringen lassen. Wirklich immer sehr gut gegessen. Aus dem Grunde sind wir in diesem Restaurant mal mit der Familie gewesen. Aber so eine Bedienung sollte man nicht auf die Menschheit lassen, einfach furchtbar. Kinder sind absolut nicht willkommen. Ich habe selber 20 Jahre im Service gearbeitet aber so eine unhöfichkeit habe ich noch nie erlebt.....wir werden nie wieder dort Essen bestellen .

Ordered S18 pork with ginger, garlic, and bean sprouts... none of it was there. The meat was tough and tasted sour. The staff was totally unfriendly. Better off going to Lika across the street.

The food is okay, but not exactly cheap compared to similar places. The atmosphere could be a bit more inviting, and unfortunately, the employees often only speak broken German, which sometimes causes difficulties, especially on the phone. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place for takeaway food. Edit: We've ordered from there twice now, and the Pad Thai in particular didn't impress us at all. What a shame.

I am a fan of Asian cuisine. But: My food here still annoys me today. The fact that the duck was crispy was all. The sweet potato was tasteless and the vegetables lacked any freshness. The cauliflower looked rotten. At the end, a colored soup with a bit of coconut milk flavor was carelessly poured over the plate. A sauce is different. Outside I needed a hot candy to mask the bad taste.

Never ever seen such a woman running a restaurant!!! Today i chose to go to this restaurant as my sister was not in the house and she lives next to it. While I went in this lady (black hair with bangs) was not just welcoming. I myself had to ask her if the restaurant is even open she said in such an arrogant voice "Yes" and I ask her if there a place for 1. She would tell me sit wherever you want again with a voice that is not normal in hospitality. I ordered my food and wine feeling unsure I still wanna stay here. Food is brought, i ate and at the time of paying i told her with card. She didn't like it.she wanted me to pay cash which i respectfully denied. She says I can only do EC karte with a high tone which I accepted. I had to get up from my place to pay it as she didn't want herself to come to my table. Later when I shared this thing to my cousin sister who comes from Kenya and lives in the same locality since years and years - hates to go this place as she always feels so damn unwelcome and guess what from this same woman !!! Dear woman if you don't have an positive attitude towards your job. Just don't do it. Stay at home!! Don't forget What goes around comes around

This is a local place which seems to do mostly takeaway. But we sat in the restaurant area and were well fed. Sadly no papaya salad but the rest of the food was very nice and generous portions. A decent glass of wine each. Credit cards seem to be a big problem all over Germany. They refused to take our Visa debit card but relented when we used Mastercard. Please put up a sign outside with your policies so people know. It’s not difficult.

Unfortunately it was not possible to order over the phone at a specific time. You had to pick it up in 15 minutes or it would just sit in a delivery box until pick up time. Too bad.

I highly recommend this place. This place is a wonderful restaurant near the Meininger Hotel, which does not have a restaurant (they recommended using Uber Eats, but I preferred to go for a walk.) I arrived at the restaurant just at closing time, but I was able to order take-out options, thanks to the kind and welcoming mother-son duo at the restaurant. I ordered Vietnamese vegetarian summer rolls and the Thai tofu curry. Both dishes were delicious! And enough for two people (or in my case, to have leftovers the next day)

Have eaten and ordered there several times. Ordered today from Lieferando. Food still wasn't there 1 hour after the promised delivery time. Restaurant doesn't care about it. Says it was handed over to Lieferando and they are not responsible for delay. The driver had a flat tire. Lieferando cannot be reached by telephone. I'm excited to see how our food arrives 1.5-2 hours after delivery. if it arrives. A bit poor from the restaurant for not being able to take care of it or cancel it 2 hours after placing the order. We probably won't be ordering from them again!

The meat in my Pho Bo was inedible - completely riddled with fatty tendons. Nasty! And that for €15.50.

The staff is totally unfriendly and they don't understand you and get angry. When you were eating, no one cared that you had an allergy and only did it again after you mentioned it twice.

I work in the area and I keep coming back to this restaurant. Love the stir fried veggie noodles. The interior is very nice and cozy and the family who manages the restaurant are lovely. If your order takes a bit longer than usual please remember it's a family restaurant and it can get quite packed sometimes.

Leider wurden die Preise in den letzten 3 Monaten massiv erhöht, was aufgrund gestiegener Kosten auch zum Teil nachvollziehbar ist, jedoch leider nicht in dieser absurden Höhe. Qualität ist gut, aber die Portionen werden gleichzeitig immer kleiner, so dass die Preis-Leistung leider nicht mehr stimmt. Ebenso ist bis heute nach wie vor keine Kartenzahlung möglich, obwohl ein Lesegerät vorhanden ist, weshalb wir, obwohl wir Stammgäste waren, leider von weiteren Besuchen Abstand nehmen. Schade…

Leider war in den Udon Nudeln etwas unidentifizierbares drin was wie abgestandenes Bratfett roch. Ziemlich ekelhaft! Auch die Preise etwas zu teuer. Ich hoffe es wurde frisch gekocht. Werde nicht noch mal dort bestellen.

Einrichtung nicht typisch asiatisch das mich überhaupt nicht stört , war früher mal eine Kneipe. Wir hatten nur Vorspeisen und die waren lecker. Der Service ist auch sehr gut gewen.

Preislich mal eben manche Gerichte von 11€ auf nun 17,50€ angehoben innerhalb von 3 Jahren. Gleichzeitig noch Portionen kleiner gemacht. Verwunderlich, dass diese Strategie nicht mehr Kunden kostet. Die Qualität ist gut.

Wenig einladendes Ambiente, deshalb hatten wir die Speisen zur Abholung bestellt. Schon bei der Bestellung gab es Schwierigkeiten, da wir zwei Gerichte ohne Gemüse (wurde nach längerer Diskussion schließlich akzeptiert) und ein Gericht statt Reis mit Reisnudeln (wurde nicht akzeptiert) ordern wollten. Die Bedienung quittierte das jedenfalls mit deutlichem Missfallen. Bei den Speisen selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen - abgesehen davon, dass wir zwei Gerichte mit Hühnchen bestellt und bezahlt hatten, aber jeweils Ente geliefert wurde. Die Portionen waren angemessen, die Zutaten frisch und geschmacklich ok. Trotzdem: da ist viel Luft nach oben. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Das Restaurant war vorher mal ein deutsches Restaurant. Das sieht man an der Deko im Innenraum. Manche Elemente wurden durch Thailändische Elemente ausgetauscht. Ist nicht wirklich einladend dort. Das Essen macht es dort auch nicht besser.

Kurz vor unserem Besuch ins RheinEnergie Stadion haben wir hier gegessen. Und waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Wir drei hatten alle sehr leckeres Essen und die Dame, die uns bedient hat war auch sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung für die Qualität :)

Gestern Abend hatte ich noch Appetit auf eine Suppe. Das Viet Thai lag auf meinem Heimweg. Wir hatten dort schon ab und zu gut gegessen. Im Restaurant war nur ein Tisch mit zwei Personen besetzt. Im Eingangsbereich warteten einige Lieferanten. Meine zugegeben kleine Bestellung, schien der Servicemitarbeiterin nicht zu gefallen. Der Service war wirklich unfreundlich. Die Suppe hatte deutlich zuviel Kokosmilch. €9,- für eine kleine vegetarische Suppe und etwas Reis erscheint mir sehr teuer. Schade, habe das Restaurant schon anders erlebt. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir nochmal dorthin gehen werden. Schade.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen sind wir dort gelandet. Auf Nachfrage, ob das Hähnchen zart ist also Hähnchenfilet, würden wir merklich nicht verstanden. Dann aber genickt und irgendwas nicht verständliches gesagt. Dann kam ein fettiges, wappeliges Hähnchen aus der Küche. Die sosse ungenießbar scharf (nicht vermerkt in der Karte), das Gemüse roh. Vom Ambiente der Weihnachtsdeko im Frühling und der fragwürdigen Kellnerin abgesehen. Nie wieder.

Bester Thailänder kn Braunsfeld. Supertipp: Chicken-Rolls.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir haben gerade eben online Essen bestellt. Das Essen kam schnell an. Es waren Riesen Portionen. Und es hat uns so gut geschmeckt. Udon Nudeln mit Hähnchen und ein Rindfleisch Salat. Danke

Früher bin ich gern da gewesen. Daher bin ich gestern extra hingefahren, habe 20 Minuten gewartet, bis es um 12 Uhr aufmachte. Erwartungsgemäß war ich der erste und einzige Gast. Nachdem ich mich gesetzt hatte und die Karte in der Hand hatte und bestellen wollte, kam auf einmal die Aufforderung, ich sollte an einen kleinen und ungemütlichen Einzeltisch umziehen. Das Restaurant war komplett leer. Danke, aber nein danke. Ich habe mir den angeschaut und bin dann einfach gegangen. Ich hätte es verstanden, wenn der Laden voll gewesen wäre - so war es aber nicht. Oder beim Platz zuweisen. Den ersten Kunden an den Katzentisch zu ordern, wenn er bereits sitzt, ist ein klares Zeichen für die Einstellung diesem Kunden gegenüber: mangelnde Wertschätzung. Da vergeht mir die Lust, denn so günstig ist das Essen nun auch wieder nicht. Ich hätte vermutlich bereits zu Ende gegessen, bevor die nächsten Gäste aufgetaucht wären. Keine Empfehlung, leider.

Wir kamen spontan für ein Abendessen zu zweit. Wir bestellten Sommerollen, vegetarische gyoza und Edamame. Als Hauptspeise vegetarische chop suey und vegetarische Glasnudeln mit Tofu. Dazu gab es 2 bionade Holunder und eine große Cola für 44 €. Leider waren die Glasnudeln entgegen der Speisekarte mit Ei. Das chop suey war sehr flüssig und das Gemüse okay. Die Portionen sehr reichhaltig. Die Vorspeisen waren sehr lecker. Insgesamt war alles eher durchschnittlich.

Das Essen (gebratener Reis und Thai Curry scharf) hat vorzüglich geschmeckt! Beides war sehr frisch und das Thai Curry hatte eine sehr spezielle leckere Note! Auch die Portionsgröße war top !

Der Service ist unterirdisch. Wir sind nie wieder hin.

Wir haben hier zu Mittag gegessen und haben einen Platz auf der "Terrasse" gefunden. Man sitzt zwar an der Straße, aber es ist nicht zu laut, um sich zu unterhalten. Das Essen kam schnell und war lecker. Mittags gibt es ein Menü mit schnellen Gerichten, die man auch gut in seiner Pause schaffen kann. Alles gut, komme gern wieder.

Ich bestelle hier eigentlich wahnsinnig gerne, weil die Currys und das Hähnchen wirklich sehr gut sind und schnell geliefert wird. Nun hatte ich allerdings das zweite Mal den Fall, dass der gebratene Reis am zweiten Tag (habe ihn direkt nach Bestellung in den Kühlschrank gestellt) Fäden gezogen hat. Musste ich also wegschmeißen und werde das leider nicht mehr bestellen können. Sollte an Tag zwei mit durchgehendender Kühlung definitiv nicht passieren dürfen.

Ein wirklich großes Restaurant mit kleinerer Außengastronomie, das neuerdings auch Sushi anbietet. Ich selbst bleibe jedes Mal bei "Mango Tango" und der hausgemachten Limonade (allerdings mit Mineralwasser) hängen. Absolut phantastisch!!! Wenn es passt, teile ich mir gerne eine Vorspeise, da eine ganze Portion wirklich nicht mehr reinpasst oder aber eine Nachspeise. Der Service ist klasse! Sonderwünsche sind überhaupt kein Problem. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Für mich gibt es in Köln keinen besseren Vietnamesen oder Thailänder!!!
