We were there in the summer and received very friendly service. The food was excellent, the portions were huge, and the taste was very fine. We're coming here for the third time today, and nothing has changed: everything is top-notch!

Summary: If you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine, you’ve come to the wrong place. Kokumy is just another one of those restaurants in the city that focuses solely on Instagrammability. The menu is a mystery, and the prices are exorbitant for what you receive. You can't simply order 1-2 dishes; it’s not enough. The rice for the saucy main course has to be ordered separately. If you're lucky, you'll spend around €50 per person, and you’ll be left wondering what was even Thai about the food. The service was a disaster. There were five of us, and the staff clearly struggled to keep up - in the end three people where involved to service our table. After we placed our order, chaos ensued. The dishes came out one by one, with no rhyme or reason. Some at the table hadn’t even started eating while others were already finished. We had to repeatedly mention that some dishes were missing. One server told us the kitchen was working on it. Another confirmed that items had been forgotten, and the bartender explained that some dishes were served as a first course and others as a second—something we were never informed about. He claimed the kitchen had to do it this way due to capacity issues, but there was no prior notice. The highlight of the night was when we were charged for the wrong table. During the correction, it became clear that, in addition to a lack of service skills, basic math knowledge was also absent—despite the use of a calculator. Fried vegetables and eggplant drowned in soy sauce can be found in far more delicious alternative restaurants. Don’t be fooled by the decoration and seemingly good reviews on Google.

Unfortunately, there was only a Styrofoam tray and plastic cutlery for eating there. The food was okay.

The food is OK even if a bit overpriced. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The waitress, an older Tibetan man, is terribly unfriendly. Threw the card on the table, barely understands German, touches the top edge of the glasses where you drink. It would be better with friendly service and more hygiene. Unfortunately, it is not recommended.

Cool! Very cool! What I liked most was the presentation of the food. It was modern (nowadays, not all restaurants adhere to modern presentation of dishes). The taste is 200% out of 100. To be honest, I didn’t expect that I would be so surprised and deliciously fed at Zukay.

We were staying near by and decided to eat here and we were not disappointed! It was delicious!!! I had the prawn red thai curry and my husband had the Tofu red thai curry and they were both soooo good! Service was excellent as they are so nice. Would definitely eat here again next time I stop over in frankfurt! Thank you!!!!

The tuna and salmon tostada was another highlight—refreshing, well-balanced, and packed with flavor. And if you're a fan of bold, authentic dishes, the **chicken with mole** is a must-try. Deep, complex, and comforting—highly recommended! The cocktails were stunning, both in presentation and taste, each one offering a unique twist that perfectly complemented the meal. Been there a couple times. First one it was amazing food for a reasonable price. Second time, food was not that good for what we were paying.

In Asia you can eat well, everything is very fresh and good quality but service is zero and the employees in the kitchen talk very loudly and it bothers the guest while eating. Otherwise very friendly staff and the bowls are awesome
