Best Tom Ka Kai soup in a long time, very welcoming hosts and waitresses, there is a warm and happy atmosphere. The sushi was excellent as was the soup and gyozas for starters. We'll come back when we're back in Frankfurt!!!

Literally the worst service in Europe, it took 62minutes to bring our food, and they drop the beer in me, and took forever for them to clean the glass from the floor, I had to ask 3 times! Horrible, I do not recommend this

They put salt like it is free and never try to signal the waiter with your eyes, unless you want to leave with empty stomach.

Ordered from Gateway Gardens Airport today. I have to say it's just TOP 👍 I haven't eaten Asian food this well in Germany for a long time. Price-performance ratio is simply TOP. I will always order from Asia Imbiss from now on. For 16 euros we ate a Peking soup, fried rice with vegetables and eggs and finally a fried banana. Great for the price. Other shops should learn a lesson here.

Stopped there with my wife took a seat. Was waiting to order. A family walk in and the waitress served them first. This place is not for people of different ethnic background. I’m African American and the people that were served after we were waiting are the opposite. So we kindly left this place and would never go there again. Still wouldn’t not have thought to be treated like that in 2024. My wife is German and I have been living here since 1997 and married for 24 years. This place is not for brown individuals. Again this reply I received from this place. They are full of there self. And you are right I will never go there again.

Delicious Viet/Thai food and sushi in Gateway Gardens, near Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport. Tip: Parking on the street is free for 90 minutes, in the parking garage under the restaurant only if you buy something from Rewe.

Food is very good like top tier good and everything was ok till 2 things 1 we ordered 2 lemonades and 1 portion noodles and they bring us 2 noodles and 1 lemonade mistakes happen but they charged the account with their mistake 2 the lemonade tastes like lemon washed down water but I would recommend the place

Very tasty food! The rice noodles with grilled chicken with Thai curry were great. Spicy, but not too much. Green iced tea with mango was very refreshing. My husband had the same dish only with lime sauce instead of curry. This also tasted very good. If we spend another night in Frankfurt before flying, we would definitely come back!

We had dinner here last night...the restaurant is very nicely decorated, the service was very nice and the food was delicious. Personally, I can recommend the dishes with peanut sauce 😍

The best Asian there is in Frankfurt and the surrounding area, so delicious, every wish is catered for and the taste is so outstanding I can only recommend it. The waitress who served us was so professional and polite that we got a tip straight away for such great service. We found our new Asian restaurant and I'm so happy.

We were there in February of this year and it wasn't good. In August, however, it was very beautiful. I sat outside and the service was very attentive. The food was delicious, I also recommended the sushi. When we're on our way to vacation again, we'll happily go there again for dinner.

It was a spontaneous visit that will really be memorable. The food was super fresh, the vegetables were crunchy, the salmon was cooked to perfection. Very friendly service. There is one point where I see potential, namely the ambience in the outdoor area. Here you could make it more decoratively inviting. But absolutely recommended!👍🏼

It was really delicious here in the restaurant. We particularly liked the service here – the staff are very friendly, incredibly pleasant and simply charming. The prices are absolutely average, like everywhere else, but the sushi was really outstanding - incredibly tasty! A very nice and cozy restaurant. We'd love to come back!

Really nice food and attentive waiters.

I ordered two rice noodles, red curry, spring rolls, and poke. I was surprised at how much it was and how delicious it was! In particular, the rice noodles are much more delicious than those eaten in Korea. The staff is friendly and the outdoor terrace has a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended. I didn't give a tip because I didn't fully understand what the employee was saying. This is because I didn't know that there was a tipping culture in Germany, but if I had known, I would have paid it of course. It was very great food

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Overpriced, mediocre, flavourless, lukewarm food and not adequate service. Tourists staying at nearby hotels choose your restaurant carefully and always check your bill! As we were very thirsty after a long flight, we ordered plain ice water for two adults and a child at 10 pm. We specifically declined sparkling water offered by a waitress who didn't speak English. We wanted to go to the italian restaurant just beside this one but it was late and the menu was limited to pizza otherwise we never would have picked asia moon. Our water was brought in ordinary glasses with crushed ice and refilled a number of times. There was never an actual bottled water brought to the table. There was no mention that only bottled water was available. The bill when it finally showed up had multiple charges for bottled water at 5.50 euros each. Were the ice chips made from bottled water? The total dinner for a kids chicken fingers and fries which was very bland, and two very boring noodle bowls came to $95 Canadian!! We would never recommend this place and won't return.

The food is good. Unfortunately, there are 5 people crammed into a small table for 4, so I, as person number 5, skipped the food and bought Rewe Sushi ToGo as part of my job. My son had a Bionade thrown over his back, pants and neighbor's leg. Unfortunately, other than handing out a few staining dishes, no damage control/reparation was undertaken. Very unfortunate. We had experienced this 2 days earlier in a more customer-oriented manner.

Food good, waited almost an hour for drinks

You can get really good Asian food here. The selection is large and the quality of the food has been consistently very high on several visits. The service is really nice and the atmosphere is great too. The prices are a little higher than you might expect, but the relationship to the performance is right.

In response to below Asia Moon's explanation - if the water came from a bottle, that means I paid for the entire bottle which should been given to me. I was just a transient from Dusseldorf to Frankfurt heading back to USA July 21, 2024, The food was good but too expensive for its taste, quality and quantity. I asked for a glass of water aside from the smoothie that I ordered, and when I saw the bill, the small glass of water costs Euro 4.90! This is not a desert for it to be too expensive!

Gateway Gardens is a soulless hotel/office development. Anyone who is there works there or spends the night there briefly. Surprisingly, there is a really good Asian restaurant here with relatively reasonable prices for being close to the airport.

The place is very pretty and is really welcome since in Gateway Gardens the offer of overnight stays is growing through the many hotels much faster than the number of restaurants. All overall the food was pretty good. However in terms of quality of the ingredients and price/quality there is a lot of space to improve the reisnoodles with tofu were ok but really only with a little salad, cocumber and carrots, nothing more valuable or interesting like eg Papaya or sprouts. The gyoza were good but salty and really three is not much normally a gyoza dish is 5. Even if the price is not high for Frankfurt (actually quite cheap) it should be possible to improve on all these things

Maybe I ordered the wrong dish.. I disliked it. I had Sichuan chicken dish. The broth tasted only lightly salty and lightly spicy, nothing special, kinda bland and I think i could even cook a better meal than that at home with just oyster sauce. I should have ordered something else. Perhaps the dish is never their star cuz i see the restaurant receives a lot of good to excellent ratings.

Great place to grab a bit to eat if you are staying at a hotel near the Frankfort airport.

Nice and fast staff but the food is well below average. Very small portions and seemed not so fresh (the rice). The value of 5 thin strips of chicken, one scoop of rice and some vegetables in sauce can be worth €1-€2 but certainly not €18,90.

Seriously great authentic food! Best I have had in a very long time. Local Italian?, I would say ‘meh’ not even an Italian in sight, but this place! OMG! It is run by far East Asians, and the food is truely phenomenal!

Small Vietnamese restaurant in the 2nd row. This makes it a little hidden (right next to Rewe). The taste of the food was very good, the chicken could have been a little more tender. The service was super friendly. Everything rustic but very clean. As everywhere else, the prices are adjusted for inflation and range between 15 and 20 euros for the main courses. I personally found the sushi prices overpriced. Otherwise a very clear recommendation.

It is a lovely restaurant with excellent people, service and food. I had mango curry and I am thinking of going back next time. I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately, our visit to Asia Moon was rather disappointing. Although we had already ordered the dishes online 50 minutes in advance, we had to wait another 15 minutes in the store, which unnecessarily prolonged the ordering process. We found the description of the dishes particularly misleading. The term "fried" in this shop simply meant "fried", which wasn't exactly what you'd expect. The food itself certainly didn't justify the price. The fried noodles with chicken were completely overpriced at €14 - there was little meat and the taste left a lot to be desired. What is positive, however, is the ambience of the store. The decor was attractive and the staff was reasonably nice. Nevertheless, we probably won't come back.

What a great gem! Was looking for a place nearby to take a friend who was staying near the airport and this was such a great place! Only a five minute drive from the Hilton airport. Such a huge menu from Japanese to Thai to Vietnamese. It was difficult to pick one dish. Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully prepared. Service from our server was great and she even helped us with a surprise birthday dessert—we had to bring our own candle, though. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area. Found street parking, but did see there were a few parking garages nearby. Right next to a Rewe.

Tourists staying at nearby hotels beware!! We ordered plain ice water for two adults and a child after a long flight at 10 pm. When the bill came for two adults noodle bowls (approx $19 euros each) and a child's chicken nuggets and fries (about 9.95 euros) we questioned the now male waiter why it came to $62 or so euros and where the paper copy was, as we were only shown things on a debit/credit machine. There were multiple charges for bottled water at 5.50 euros each. He blamed he language barrier. I complained and the waiter said oh you ordered tap water and we said yes. He said he would take it off the bill, however after it was run through the credit card it became apparent the wrongful charges were not removed. This whole experience appears fraudulent. I am certain we were provided with tap water with crushed ice cubes and that is what was ordered but they pretend it's bottled water to make more money. I've now read and found other reviews with the exact same complaint so it seems this is how this Frankfurt Asia Moon restaurant scams tourist customers. The food was average nothing exceptional and very overpriced for some barely warm noodles.

The dongnyang kung is a small rice bowl with poor soup and poor contents, the duck meat rice is two or three pieces of duck with no meat, disappointing, disappointing, the vegetable rice is so sweet that I can barely eat it, I absolutely do not recommend it.

Nice place and good food close to the airport

loved the decor and the staff there, the food was delicious, specially the coconut curry and the noodles. the coconut cocktail was amazing too if you're into coco liquor. the other drinks we ordered were a beer and a mango lassi. they were both fine. the place was very nearby from our hotel and one of the very few places that was open at late in the night. so it was very convenient. we saw many groups too.

Fast, friendly service and delicious food at fair prices for being close to the airport. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. We had Red Thai Curry twice, once with duck and once with chicken, highly recommended.

The portions are rather small and the taste was average. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. Since we had an allergy sufferer with us, the waitress took a lot of time to answer his questions. Great, keep it up. The portion size could be improved, I'm not a big eater, but it wasn't enough even for me. The prices are a bit high, but that's probably due to the location. The taste was more like a train station snack bar where everything has to happen quickly. 28€ for a beer and a meal is too much. Card payment is NOT possible with Amex here.

At the tail end of a 3 week vacation, I was surprised to have one of my favorite meals be this one! We'd been told at the hotel there were basically 2 restaurants within walking distance, and we ended up at this one. Seriously one of the best poké dishes I've had anywhere in the world! The staff was very friendly (and patient with our basic German).

We spontaneously went to this restaurant today and were very positively surprised. It's Saturday evening at 7 p.m., we found a place without any problems. The waitress was very friendly and everything went quickly. The drinks we ordered (Cuba Libre and an iced tea) were very tasty and our dishes (No. 94) arrived a few minutes later and also tasted excellent. We can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

I had Pho at Asia Moon; food was not bad . But It’s expensive. 18.9 Euro! So I can only give three stars. However, if you don’t want to go to the city but you want some flavours from Asia for lunch or for dinner, I think it still can be a good choice.

I had shrimp tempura no. 5 and salmon sushi M60. It came out quickly and was delicious. I deducted one star because the waiter came too late at the last checkout.

The food was ok, the soup was sweet, the service was -100. There was a fat lady who was a waiter with a very bad attitude. When I asked her to carry a bowl, she was indifferent and had nothing to do.
