Great food, really nice staff, despite a lot of customers and very reasonable prices, where else can you find something like that... we'll definitely come back to Essse on our next visit to the zoo...

Not so suitable for a small hunger on the go. You have to bring a little time. The basket menu is okay for the price, everything else is a bit overpriced.

I've walked past it so many times in the Ernst August Gallery and had a meal there today. 😁 The atmosphere is very nice. All decorated with merch from American baseball teams. Finally a restaurant where the music is at a pleasant volume.👍 Although almost all the tables were occupied, we only waited a few minutes for our order.😊 The burgers were good average, only the fries were unfortunately limp. :/

Very nice staff! As always, the food was very tasty and arrived at the table super quickly. Addendum: Two years ago the food was great. Nowadays the main courses are getting worse and worse.

What a great place. Super nice service, great food and the ambience, incredibly beautiful. Very lovingly and detailedly furnished. The menu in the form of a newspaper fits perfectly into the western-style restaurant. The food was very attractively prepared and extremely tasty. It couldn't be better. And perhaps also to remember that there is hardly a detour on the journey.

The food tastes good and is rich. Unfortunately, only some waiters are motivated and friendly. Depending on where you sit, it can be drafty, but there are also cozy corners. Relatively expensive at €7.30 for a milkshake.
