Fast, very friendly and the food is ok.

A nice sports bar with good ribs all you can eat.

Spent a day in the Ernst August Gallery with family and arrived at the Play Offs hungry. The Olympic broadcasts attracted large televisions with live broadcasts. Hungry for a burger and fries, I ordered with good expectations. We also ordered nachos with dip and mozzarella sticks. The latter were still OK. But my son's nachos were just bad. They were old and dry and couldn't be enjoyed and went back completely. My burger was the worst I've ever eaten in my life. Zero taste and for the price of 14.50 € just ridiculously small. Even adding more seasoning didn't help. You have to order the fries separately, but they were the best thing about everything. You can only dream of ice in a cold drink. We were able to save ourselves a conversation with the waitress, who seemed unsettled because we gave the food back. Conclusion... for that much money you would expect decent quality. But that was just bad and not recommended.

The food was reasonably priced. It tasted good too. The ambience is a bit too loud for me.

Top staff but the food is not price-performance ratio. Burger meat and burger buns as well as fries make a cheap impression. Cola is completely watered down. But the halloumi burger is recommended!

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food, because after calling and talking to them several times, you weren't even allowed to order. You are fundamentally ignored. That makes a very good impression on me as a tourist. You have to know

Was enough for a quick hunger. We easily spent €60 for 2 people, for that price you would expect at least a delicious meal. Were disappointed. 1 burger was forgotten but brought relatively quickly. Nevertheless, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.

The Hamburger Schnitzel is very borderline. It tastes old and you have the feeling that it was only warmed up in the microwave. The rest of our food was okay.

I would like to post something good but it's difficult. From the service to the food it has been quite disastrous. ❌The girl was quite unpleasant, and when it came time to pay she assumed that she kept the leftover as a tip without asking. ❌The food is pretty bad really. A schnitzel “hamburger” that the meat tasted strange, the batter bad, not at all crunchy and oily. And the other dish a very dry pork fillet A supposedly homemade lemonade that smells and tastes like syrup 💰The price would have been good if the food had been good, but it is not 👎🏼It really hasn't been a good choice to come eat here.

A “buffet breakfast” is offered there every day until 1 p.m. The “Breakfast Buffet Premium” is available for €18.90, including all hot drinks. That's what we ultimately decided on. Included are scrambled eggs, fried eggs, etc. The variants are requested in advance and brought to the table. My scrambled eggs with bacon, tomatoes and small sausages were fine. The sausages were added as a house service. The buffet is varied, sufficiently sized and of good quality. No “cheap sausage/cheese” from the discounter (I’ve experienced that elsewhere too). However, there was no fish, but there was freshly prepared and very tasty fruit salad. The hot drinks were good, my Cafe'Crema really had a bite. That's how I like him best. The ambience corresponds to the concept of the “American sports bar”. I like it! The service was very attentive, we were literally “taken care of”. There will definitely be another visit.

The service was friendly. The baked potato was cooked mushy and therefore only tasted like water. The chicken meat, which was gratinated, tasted completely uncut. Overall I was very disappointed for the 2nd time! And I won't eat there again. Also very expensive!!!!

Unfortunately, the spare ribs at the buffet taste almost all the same (despite different types). The service is good. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is quite "split" because you're sitting partly in the restaurant and partly in the middle of the shopping center. But you know that when you go there.

Always enjoy watching the Superbowl. Delicious spare ribs, delicious long drinks, great service. The only drawback is the sound quality during game broadcasts. That sounds like it's underwater.

The ribs were full and the potato wedges with it were very good. Legendary. You can also visit the Braunschweig Palace Arcades.

Very tasty, like every time. Of course the prices went up, like any other restaurant. But I really enjoy coming here. The homemade lemonades are particularly delicious!

If you ignore the fact that you are in a busy shopping center, then you can certainly describe the ambience as successful. Here again the advantage is that you can easily observe and gossip 😅 As for the food, the burgers taste very good. Spicy was also spicy. Fits. Eaten 3 times in the play off so far and will come again. Service always friendly.

I found the food to be rather average considering the prices. Then there was the bad luck that there was a grain of salt in it that was so big and hard that we thought it was a piece of plastic. You could have broken a tooth filling. What should be positively mentioned is the very good and friendly service and also the accommodating way in which the problem was dealt with.

In the atmosphere of 1950s American sports bars, I was completely immersed in the American dream. On the occasion of Spare Ribs Day, I enjoyed a variety of juicy ribs and mixed my favorite salad, feeling the perfect combination of taste and atmosphere.

We had the spare rips. They were great.

All the staff were nice and courteous and the service was served quickly about 10 times as each time was enthusiastic, especially I can't eat gluten and every staff member knows what is gluten-free and what isn't. The gluten-free burgers are really good and can be recommended every time

Was there for the first time. Currywurst/French fries and the Cheese&Berry Burger with sweet potato fries were ordered Both tasted great. Service was very friendly. You were quickly noticed. The location itself is designed in the Ami Diner style, which I like. Parking possible in the Ernst-August Galerie parking garage on site.

A nice place to just switch off. The service staff is friendly and courteous. The food is prepared quickly and without long waiting times. The burgers are juicy and more than enough for one person.

Were there because of the gluten-free burgers - they were great, they are all available gluten-free for a small extra charge and taste good. It didn't bother us that it was an open restaurant in a shopping center.

Went there for breakfast with a friend. She cannot tolerate gluten. The Playoff is prepared for this and offers fresh gluten-free rolls. The service staff were both very nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet has everything you need and scrambled eggs can also be made. Price-performance - selection is absolutely fine. I can highly recommend the location for breakfast and will definitely go there again.

Delicious American food like burgers. The menu contains information about which dishes are vegetarian. There is a special card for children. Service very nice.

Unfortunately, during our visit to the restaurant, we encountered some challenges that affected both the service and the quality of the food. Some of the staff appeared to be under stress, which may have reduced the quality of service. Communication was also difficult because some employees were difficult to understand acoustically due to the noisy environment. These factors contributed to a less than optimal service experience. Another point that marred our experience was the condition of the coffee served, which was partially spilled before reaching our table. Not only did this result in a smaller quantity of the drink, but it also left the impression of a lack of care in the service. Regarding the food, unfortunately the pancakes weren't what we expected. They appeared dry and not freshly prepared, which significantly reduced the enjoyment. Additionally, the waiting time between ordering and serving the food was unusually long, which further detracted from our overall experience.

The all you can eat ribs weren't tasty, but they were good value. The service was attentive.

I ordered a gluten-free burger and it was delicious. You couldn't even taste the difference. The meat was very well fried medium and the fries were crispy. Very friendly and well trained service :)

If you want a bad run-of-the-mill burger for a lot of money, this is the place for you. This was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten, more reminiscent of a bad homemade burger from home. It was my first and last visit, no recommendation from me. However, the service was really good, but unfortunately that didn't make the food tasty.

A highlight is always the ribs all you can eat days. Ribs and burgers taste good. The breakfast is also good. The only thing that bothers me a little is the service. We wanted to order burgers 15 minutes before the lunch menu was available. Unfortunately that didn't work because the breakfast menu is still running. So we had to "force" Order something from the breakfast menu. But otherwise highly recommended.

Unfortunately for 60 euros 2 burgers, fries and coke... paid too much... and I was still sick... it was probably the patty that wasn't cooked properly... too expensive and fast food greetings... Jack in the box. .. a big scandal in America... finished patties have to be through... danger of germs... try again...

I had lunch there yesterday and was very disappointed! The service and the ambience were average. I was very disappointed with the food! I had the BBQ burger with fries. The fries were already cold, totally limp and unseasoned. When it came to the burger, the bun was very cold (well below room temperature), and the consistency seemed undercooked to me. Unfortunately I didn't have any cheese on it! The meat itself tasted very good and was warm. My criticism was sent to the kitchen, unfortunately without a response! My conclusion: next time I'll look for another restaurant!

Friendly and competent staff, the food was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly, one medium and one medium rare. However, the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, the music is too loud and there is babbling from the other tables and the noise from the mall is disturbing.

This food is a joke, 12€ for a currywurst that not even a small child can get enough of, lukewarm without any decoration. Chicken burger 12€, a joke without, dry and lukewarm, impudence without equal! Service was nice but the rest is a joke in terms of price-performance ratio!!

The food is always good. I can especially recommend the burgers and the currywurst. However, prices have risen sharply in recent years and you should inquire about the waiting time for food in advance. Sometimes I waited 15 minutes for food, other times almost 2 hours. If you ask about this beforehand, you can prepare for it well. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff varies greatly. The atmosphere is like in every play off. Sitting between the aisles of the gallery can be a bit uncomfortable.

Good food, friendly service, crisply fried French fries (or as the German Michel calls them: French fries). A delicious sandwich and, as a traveler between worlds, I drank a first-class cappuccino. The real hit in the PLAY OFF menu are the local specialties.

Sehr nette Sportler Punkt wir könnten bei unserem Besuch Hannover 96 live sehen Punkt dazu untypisch für ein Restaurant dieser Klasse: wir hatten jeweils einen großen Salat, der der absolute Hammer war. Es gibt aber auch viele Burger, Currywürste und andere Dinge. Sehr nette Atmosphäre einer Sportsbar.

For a mall restaurant it's pretty okay, since the raise of the Mehrwertsteuer everything's a lil pricey but in general the food's reaaaallly great. Tastes even better with the nice service they give :3

Wir waren heute zum Rippchen-Satt essen !!! Und was soll ich sagen...es war super lecker!!! Die Rippchen waren full of the Bone!!! Sind direkt vom Knochen abgefallen und einfach nur lecker. Der Service war hervorragend! Kommen gerne wieder! Es gab sogar ein Geburtstagsgoody... vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Hier kann man schnell und gut essen. Sehr gut finde ich das die Soßen extra zum Essen in einer kleinen Schüssel/Karaffe gereicht werden. Unser Kind mag keine Soßen und ich habe sie gerne genommen.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr negativ. Vermutlich keine Fachkrafte Beherrschung nicht die Basis der Gastronomie

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier. Wir hatten das Frühstücksbuffet inklusive Warmgetränke. Am Buffet gibt es alles was man braucht und Eierspeisen, Speck usw werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Es war alles sehr lecker und Service sehr nett. Preis/Leistung passt.

Das Servicepersonal ist aufmerksam und freundlich, das Essen lecker und das Ambiente auch schön :) perfekt um während oder nach dem Shopping zu pausieren :)

Wir waren zum Frühstück bei Playoff. Es gibt ein kleines Buffet mit verschiedenen Vollkornbrötchen (leider nur ein helles Brötchen und kein Toast), Käse- und Wurstaufschnitt, einige Marmeladen, Ahornsirup, Honig und Nutella. Außerdem gab es Fleischsalat, Gurken und frische Früchte (Melone etc). Zwei Müslis sowie Milch standen ebenfalls bereit und Orangensaft konnte man sich abfüllen. Auf einem Flyer konnte man die warmen Gerichte ankreuzen, die dann frisch zubereitet werden. Die Auswahl bestand aus 2 Pancakes, Nürnberger Würstchen oder Spiegelei/Rührei mit Pilzen, Bacon, Schinken und/oder Tomaten. Insgesamt also zufriedenstellend, aber im Hotel wäre es genauso gewesen. Ich hätte mir mehr amerikanische Speisen gewünscht. Nachtrag: Letztens waren wir für Burger und Sandwich bei Play Off und wurden nett und schnell bedient. Der Burger war gut und die Pommes ebenfalls. Beim Duroc Burger war das Patty mir leider etwas zu trocken und fest. Die normalen Pattis sahen besser gebraten aus. Das Toast mit Zwiebeln war zwar lecker, aber etwas trocken. Die Hühnerbrust war schön groß, mehr Pilze oder Soße hätten jedoch gut getan. Die Twister sind sehr sehr gut.

Die Burger sind mega lecker. Auch der warme Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce war gut. Leider sind die Dips zu den Pommes und Nachos sehr geschmacklos gewesen. Nachwürzen geht aber immer. Am Ende lohnt sich ein Besuch alleine für die Burger auf jeden Fall
