36 cm pizza 9 euros. The employees are friendly Italian. Pizza super, thin crust, crispy...

Unfortunately far too expensive for this quality of food. The taste of the castles was okay but nothing special, I've had better burgers. The side dishes were cold and not crispy (more like soggy fries), and we also ordered 2 rice puddings, only one of which was warm. The employee handled the situation in a very friendly manner and did his best to ensure that we weren't completely disappointed. Nevertheless, we wouldn't visit the restaurant a second time.

The food is delicious and the service staff are super nice and attentive. We would love to come to you! And honestly, if you don't appreciate price/performance, you just have to go eat or drink somewhere else. You're doing a great job! No human being is without mistakes and we are allowed to make them. Nevertheless, you have our complete respect.

Restaurant in the style of an American diner. Typical American dishes, e.g. Burgers & Co. The breakfast buffet is particularly noteworthy. Great selection for just under €15. Eggs, bacon and sausages can be freshly prepared. That's also the main reason why we like to go there for breakfast. Absolutely recommended. And afterwards you can go straight to shopping.

Unfortunately I only have to give it 2 stars this time. We went here for all you can eat a few years ago and it was really tasty. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed this time. We ordered 2 citizens and 2 milkshakes. When we were served, one of the milkshakes was spilled onto our table. I felt very sorry for the waitress because she was very embarrassed. Of course there was a replacement for it. In retrospect it would be better not to get a replacement. We've eaten at many diners and restaurants and I've never had such a bad shake. My partner feels the same way. The shake looks pretty but it really has nothing to do with a shake. Very tasteless. Strawberry tasted like a cheap substitute product with not really sweet cream and very watery. Unfortunately the burgers weren't good either. I couldn't eat the meat and unfortunately had to leave it behind. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to let it go back either. After the waitress asked how it was and we gave our honest opinion, everything was discussed well. Tastes are different etc. But I don't pay 20/25 euros per person and have meat that really doesn't taste fresh and tastes stale and is completely fried to death. And for a shake that tastes mostly like water... I'm really sorry but it really wasn't a good experience. Of course there are people who like to eat here and who enjoy one thing or another, but unfortunately that's absolutely not possible for us. For the price there is definitely much better service and performance. It's really possible to conjure up something great with simple and fresh ingredients. I think that's really a shame. Nothing special.. I had a currywurst with fries 🍟 The sauce from the currywurst was quite sour, and the fries were not worth mentioning and not enough... it's a shame...🤔

Once and never again. Were there for breakfast today. The Classic for €16.90 included everything including coffee and tea. When it came to coffee, people didn't ask, they just asked. The choice of everything was very limited. Fresh fruit was available in the form of a fruit salad. Scrambled eggs were prepared upon request. Unfortunately you can't take less. There were also two mini rosters. All in all we really didn't like or taste it. At this price there simply has to be more.

We were at the breakfast buffet. There was enough choice, everything was tasty. The pub is located in a shopping center, but the decor is very nice.

Price performance is not right at all for the pizzas

We went to Playoff for breakfast. There is a small buffet with various wholemeal rolls (unfortunately only a light roll and no toast), cheese and cold cuts, some jams, maple syrup, honey and Nutella. There was also meat salad, cucumbers and fresh fruit (melon etc). Two cereals and milk were also available and you could bottle orange juice. On a flyer you could tick the hot dishes that would then be freshly prepared. The choice consisted of 2 pancakes, Nuremberg sausages or fried eggs/scrambled eggs with mushrooms, bacon, ham and/or tomatoes. Overall it was satisfactory, but it would have been the same in the hotel. I would have liked more American food. Addendum: We recently went to Play Off for a burger and sandwich and were served nicely and quickly. The burger was good and so were the fries. Unfortunately, the patty of the Duroc Burger was a bit too dry and firm for me. The regular pattis looked better fried. The toast with onions was tasty, but a bit dry. The chicken breast was a nice size, but more mushrooms or sauce would have been nice. The twisters are very, very good. Addendum: Today the two beef burgers (BBQ and New Yorker) were really very dry and hard fried. The rest of the burger was okay, but I would never order a burger with a beef patty again.

So the bacon French burger with salad was a complete disaster. You had to look for Salt Blatt. Onion rings should have been fried and were raw. You had to look for cream cheese. It's nice that I don't laugh straight away. So a burger for 14.90 is already steep and outrageous. Then McDonalds really is better.

We were in the play-offs for the first time. The food came to the table quite quickly and it was tasty too, but there is a star deduction for the high prices, in my opinion, as the price for 13 euros is relatively small. We were full because me and my friend also had fries 🍟. We really liked the location and the service was friendly and accommodating. All in all everything was ok.

Spent a day in the Ernst August Gallery with family and arrived at the Play Offs hungry. The Olympic broadcasts attracted large televisions with live broadcasts. Hungry for a burger and fries, I ordered with good expectations. We also ordered nachos with dip and mozzarella sticks. The latter were still OK. But my son's nachos were just bad. They were old and dry and couldn't be enjoyed and went back completely. My burger was the worst I've ever eaten in my life. Zero taste and for the price of 14.50 € just ridiculously small. Even adding more seasoning didn't help. You have to order the fries separately, but they were the best thing about everything. You can only dream of ice in a cold drink. We were able to save ourselves a conversation with the waitress, who seemed unsettled because we gave the food back. Conclusion... for that much money you would expect decent quality. But that was just bad and not recommended.

Was enough for a quick hunger. We easily spent €60 for 2 people, for that price you would expect at least a delicious meal. Were disappointed. 1 burger was forgotten but brought relatively quickly. Nevertheless, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.

The Hamburger Schnitzel is very borderline. It tastes old and you have the feeling that it was only warmed up in the microwave. The rest of our food was okay.

I would like to post something good but it's difficult. From the service to the food it has been quite disastrous. ❌The girl was quite unpleasant, and when it came time to pay she assumed that she kept the leftover as a tip without asking. ❌The food is pretty bad really. A schnitzel “hamburger” that the meat tasted strange, the batter bad, not at all crunchy and oily. And the other dish a very dry pork fillet A supposedly homemade lemonade that smells and tastes like syrup 💰The price would have been good if the food had been good, but it is not 👎🏼It really hasn't been a good choice to come eat here.

"PLAY OFF Franchise - American Sports Bar & Restaurant" in the "Galerie Luise" in Hanover. A “buffet breakfast” is offered there every day until 1 p.m. The “Breakfast Buffet Premium” is available for €18.90, including all hot drinks. That's what we ultimately decided on. Included are scrambled eggs, fried eggs, etc. The variants are requested in advance and brought to the table. My scrambled eggs with bacon, tomatoes and small sausages were fine. The sausages were added as a house service. The buffet is varied, sufficiently sized and of good quality. No “cheap sausage/cheese” from the discounter (I’ve experienced that elsewhere too). However, there was no fish, but there was freshly prepared and very tasty fruit salad. The hot drinks were good, my Cafe'Crema really had a bite. That's how I like him best. The ambience corresponds to the concept of the “American sports bar”. I like it! The service was very attentive, we were literally “taken care of”. There will definitely be another visit.

The service was friendly. The baked potato was cooked mushy and therefore only tasted like water. The chicken meat, which was gratinated, tasted completely uncut. Overall I was very disappointed for the 2nd time! And I won't eat there again. Also very expensive!!!!

Unfortunately, the spare ribs at the buffet taste almost all the same (despite different types). The service is good. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is quite "split" because you're sitting partly in the restaurant and partly in the middle of the shopping center. But you know that when you go there.

Always enjoy watching the Superbowl. Delicious spare ribs, delicious long drinks, great service. The only drawback is the sound quality during game broadcasts. That sounds like it's underwater.

The ribs were full and the potato wedges with it were very good. Legendary. You can also visit the Braunschweig Palace Arcades.

I found the food to be rather average considering the prices. Then there was the bad luck that there was a grain of salt in it that was so big and hard that we thought it was a piece of plastic. You could have broken a tooth filling. What should be positively mentioned is the very good and friendly service and also the accommodating way in which the problem was dealt with.

In the atmosphere of 1950s American sports bars, I was completely immersed in the American dream. On the occasion of Spare Ribs Day, I enjoyed a variety of juicy ribs and mixed my favorite salad, feeling the perfect combination of taste and atmosphere.

We had the spare rips. They were great.

All the staff were nice and courteous and the service was served quickly about 10 times as each time was enthusiastic, especially I can't eat gluten and every staff member knows what is gluten-free and what isn't. The gluten-free burgers are really good and can be recommended every time

The location itself is designed in the Ami Diner style, which I like. Parking possible in the Ernst-August Galerie parking garage on site.

Went there for breakfast with a friend. She cannot tolerate gluten. The Playoff is prepared for this and offers fresh gluten-free rolls. The service staff were both very nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet has everything you need and scrambled eggs can also be made. Price-performance - selection is absolutely fine. I can highly recommend the location for breakfast and will definitely go there again.

Unfortunately, during our visit to the restaurant, we encountered some challenges that affected both the service and the quality of the food. Some of the staff appeared to be under stress, which may have reduced the quality of service. Communication was also difficult because some employees were difficult to understand acoustically due to the noisy environment. These factors contributed to a less than optimal service experience. Another point that marred our experience was the condition of the coffee served, which was partially spilled before reaching our table. Not only did this result in a smaller quantity of the drink, but it also left the impression of a lack of care in the service. Regarding the food, unfortunately the pancakes weren't what we expected. They appeared dry and not freshly prepared, which significantly reduced the enjoyment. Additionally, the waiting time between ordering and serving the food was unusually long, which further detracted from our overall experience.

The all you can eat ribs weren't tasty, but they were good value. The service was attentive.

If you want a bad run-of-the-mill burger for a lot of money, this is the place for you. This was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten, more reminiscent of a bad homemade burger from home. It was my first and last visit, no recommendation from me. However, the service was really good, but unfortunately that didn't make the food tasty.

I ordered a gluten-free burger and it was delicious. You couldn't even taste the difference. The meat was very well fried medium and the fries were crispy. Very friendly and well trained service :)

A highlight is always the ribs all you can eat days. Ribs and burgers taste good. The breakfast is also good. The only thing that bothers me a little is the service. We wanted to order burgers 15 minutes before the lunch menu was available. Unfortunately that didn't work because the breakfast menu is still running. So we had to "force" Order something from the breakfast menu. But otherwise highly recommended.

I had lunch there yesterday and was very disappointed! The service and the ambience were average. I was very disappointed with the food! I had the BBQ burger with fries. The fries were already cold, totally limp and unseasoned. When it came to the burger, the bun was very cold (well below room temperature), and the consistency seemed undercooked to me. Unfortunately I didn't have any cheese on it! The meat itself tasted very good and was warm. My criticism was sent to the kitchen, unfortunately without a response! My conclusion: next time I'll look for another restaurant!

Friendly and competent staff, the food was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly, one medium and one medium rare. However, the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, the music is too loud and there is babbling from the other tables and the noise from the mall is disturbing.
