Edit 1 year after the last visit it was really perfect. The very nice service kept asking if we would like anything else and if everything was ok. Food was very tasty, you didn't have to wait long and prices were reasonable. Now we will come back soon. The manager of the shop was very nice and personally welcomed all guests. The waitress probably understood very little German. Smiling is also a foreign word for her. Something was missing from our order, it was brought later, but then it was shown twice on the bill. The food was very tasty. We were missing a few sauces or at least mayo and ketchup at the table.

Everything was great. We ate in the restaurant. The food was great. The milkshakes were also very tasty. Service was also excellent. So TOP!

There are delicious burgers here. After a visit to the open-air museum, it's the right place to strengthen yourself for the way home. The friendly staff are always good for a tip if you can't decide what you would like to eat. and the fact that the food isn't on the table within five minutes of ordering is a sign that everything is freshly prepared.

Had dinner there with work colleagues. The food came very quickly, portions were generous and hot. My colleague only ordered a small beer twice and was allowed to pay for two large ones in the end. It was probably due to the language blocking of the waitress. The fact that the plates were already cleared without asking, even though one person was eating, is also rather inappropriate. The food was still tasty!!

We have already tested delivery, in-restaurant dining and takeaway. First to the positive: The atmosphere is nice and the menu offers a lot of choice. Now for the negative: I think it's a shame that there are no fries for the citizens. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order, every time (we have ordered many times) something is missing. Last time, 2x fries, 2x salad and 2x BBQ sauce were missing, the schnitzel was chicken instead of the pork we ordered. After the delivery, we sent the driver out twice to deliver the missing items, unfortunately even after these 3 deliveries, not everything was still there. The same applies to take-away food. The food itself isn't bad, but the spare ribs in particular are often burnt. Every now and then you get forgotten in the restaurant. It's a real shame, as we find the map and the surroundings very beautiful.

We would have liked to eat something here, but unfortunately we weren't served. Guests who came after us received the card before us. Nobody even looked in our direction, even though there were guests sitting at the next table. After 15 minutes of waiting in vain, we left the diner. It's a shame, but the service needs to be retrained here.

Was a very good experience and food was lovely

We ate here today after the wildlife park. Burgers were really very good 👍 I also ordered a wrap and currywurst fries, which also tasted very good. We will definitely stop by again :)

Very nice place cooking American food. The staff were very friendly, English speaking without any issues. We had a great beer (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and vege burger and chicken schnitzel.

Very pleasant atmosphere! It's worth mentioning that we've rarely experienced very, very nice service!!! An asset to the store! After our visit to the zoo, we had dinner with our little son, who was really well received!! Thank you very much, we will be back!!!

Great place! Owner tries very hard to fulfill customer requests, special requests are no problem. Delicious and fresh food, very fond of children (high chairs, art supplies), great terrace, attentive and friendly service. The only point of criticism: vanilla milkshake - it didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste, but it was also great to go with.

Delicious food (burgers and ribs), reasonable prices, child-friendly and good service. We have been here several times and are satisfied.

If you're in Harburg and looking for a great place to relax in the summer, this American-inspired restaurant is a must. The garden is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy a beer and try delicious burgers. We chose the 100g Baltimore and Omaha burgers which were perfect for our appetites. Our friends chose the 180g New York and Manhattan Beef Burgers. Overall, we were all very happy with our meals. My personal favorite was the burger with caramelized bacon and onions, topped with a cheese sauce – simply delicious. We also tried the spicy chicken wings, which were well marinated and served with a tasty sauce. The sides, including coleslaw salad and fries, complemented the main courses perfectly. The only small downside was that the beef had a slightly unusual smell. Other than that, everything else was outstanding, making it a great place for a relaxed meal. Overall, this place offers a great American dining experience in the heart of Harburg.

Unfortunately, the extras were overlooked in our orders. When we asked, we got everything new and extra fries. Even though it was delivered. thanks for that

The food is very tasty but you shouldn't have it delivered. So far we have always had problems with every order. And you won't even be informed if everything takes much longer. That's too bad.

Yesterday I picked up a club sandwich from the Roadrunner. I was also very happy; I went there more often last year. The club sandwich was always delicious. But not so yesterday. The sandwich was more of a burger, too much lettuce and slightly burnt bread. It didn't taste good at all. Where did last year's delicious sandwich go????????

A great place to relax and enjoy a snack. The waitress Jenny is always super friendly and knows how to deal with guests! We will be back!!! 😊

The burgers are ok but not a reason for another visit. Unfortunately, the schnitzel didn't score either. An extra star for the really nice waiter.

Always friendly... Good portions... absolutely delicious! I like to wait longer to have it delivered. The burgers are absolutely top class! My highlight are the onion rings! Crispy and really with real onions inside. Haven't found anything this good anywhere!

We went hiking with 6 people and stopped in the Roadrunner at the end of our tour. The ambience is very mediocre, the burgers were all very ok, the service was very nice. In the end, because it was pouring rain, an employee drove us to our car (which was about a 10-minute walk away). Respect, we didn't expect that. Thanks for that.

For a "schnitzel" that wants to become one at some point and fried potatoes that have seen a pan at least once and only taste old and the small ones don't even have a hint of sauce, it's more than a disgrace to charge such prices... so 5 Star ratings have to be bought!!!! Well at least my trash can is full... NEVER AGAIN

Very tasty food and nice cold beers. I had the Beverly Hulls Burger. He was very good. I can only recommend the restaurant!

Delivery was prompt, food was lukewarm. My husband's burger tasted good, my burger patty was very dry on the edges - everything was thrown together quite carelessly. The sweet potato fries were quite dark and tasted burnt. It's a shame, maybe we'll try again to see if it tastes better there.

Was there at 12:20 p.m. The restaurant was closed even though the sign said it was supposed to open at 11:30 a.m. Suddenly an employee came driving up. He tells me that his car broke down and that he couldn't let me in (I was there on my bike) because he had to prepare something first. I don't find it very service-oriented. Why can't I wait in the warm? How long does a car breakdown take? Was there no taxi or something that could still arrive on time? The employee was very upset when I said that I would write a negative review, only when I said that I found it threatening that he was getting closer and closer to me did he disappear without a word.

After many years, finally a nice snack bar here on Ehestorfer Heuweg. Nice, rustic interior. Depending on the time, it can take 15 minutes to be served. However, it is usually quicker and very nice. I love the currywurst with fries there, but the burgers are also good.

We had dinner there today after the wildlife park. First we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. In general the food was very bad: Roadrunner salad didn't taste good at all: finished sauce, tomatoes that weren't ripe, the turkey strips were totally hard. We knew we would order extra fries with the burger and extra ketchup with the fries. The waitress was completely overwhelmed and ended up overcharging for a salad. We're never going there again...

Very long waiting time, a very overwhelmed team with a crowd where there are only 8 tables and can accommodate 40 people. No organization (Where are the seat numbers?) Then at the end when you pay you just cheekily say that you should reserve for next time. We can't help it that the rush is so high. The competition was great and the wildlife park was full, so you have to take that into account. Sorry, if you can't plan then I wonder how this store was able to survive so well and for a long time. About the food: I had a burger that was unfortunately no longer warm but rather cold...the taste was okay, the fries were also okay. So in short, the way the store presents itself here, it's not that crazy.

Hat Potential, ist aber noch nicht annähernd ausgeschöpft. Der Laden war etwa 1/2 voll, dennoch mussten wir sehr lange im Eingangsbereich warten, bis uns jemand eine Sitzgelegenheit für 7 Personen einrichten/zuteilen konnte. Die Bedienung war nett, das Kleinkind (3 Jahre) wurde hervorragend versorgt (Kindersitz, Malstifte/Zettel, Kinderbücher). Das waren dann aber auch schon die positiven Punkte. Die Bedienung als auch die Küche waren ganz offensichtlich überfordert. Es kamen die falschen Getränke und die Zubereitung des Essens dauerte deutlich zu lange. Ein Essen (Burger) wurde "vergessen", aber zügig nachgeliefert. Das Schnitzel war winzig - machte den Eindruck, als käme es aus einer TK-Tüte vom Discounter. Die Bratkartoffeln dazu waren jedoch klasse. Bei allen Burgern (wir hatten 5 davon) war zu wenig bis kaum Dressing dabei. Die Rinder-Patties waren auf allen Burgern viel zu durch gebraten, und dadurch sehr trocken. Optisch waren die Burger aber gut auf-/zubereitet. Den Vogel hat dann auch noch ein Lieferdienst-Fahrer abgeschossen, der mit seinem Pkw gleich 2-3 Kundenparkplätze (durch schlicht dämliches Einparken) blockiert hatte. (Für den Chef: das war der große schwarze Mercedes). Fazit: Tolles Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienung, aber leider kein tolles Essen 😥

Hatten verschiedene Burger. Alle super geschmeckt. Top Qualität. Super nette und freundliche Bedienung.

Einfach nur köstlich. Das beste Schnitzel und die besten Spearribs, die ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. Ich war untröstlich als mein Teller mit Rippchen leer war. Einfach nur lecker. 10/10

This was the best german restaurant that I've ever eaten!! Started from the very welcoming reception, the atmosphere, all the pictures on the walls, not so many lights, a very pleasant place. And I was very impressed with the stuff that they spoke in English, that you don't expect in a small local restaurant from a small village. And last but not least, the food was extremely deliciousssss, presentation won me over!!!!! I hope that I'll have the occasion to visit this beautiful place again!!!

Viel Auswahl und trotzdem ist alles super lecker. Vorallem die Bürger sind sehr gut. Und die Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich dass man sehr gerne wiederkommt. Liebe Grüße Tom

Wir fanden es, in Ordnung???...der Service war gut!

Wir waren an einem Freitagabend hier essen. Leider haben wir nicht reservieren können, da den gesamten Tag niemand an das Telefon gegangen ist. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Glücklicherweise haben wir dennoch einen Platz erhalten. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, jedoch total im Stress und mit einem vollen Gastraum sehr ausgelastet. Dementsprechend mussten wir warten, bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Anschließend mussten wir leider fast eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten, daher einen weiteren Stern Abzug. Das Essen war ansonsten gut, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Viel Auswahl auf der Karte und auch ausreichende Portionen.

Das Essen ist lecker. Man wartet allerdings recht lang auf die Speisen. Die Preise empfinde ich eher als hoch gemessen an dem Gebotenen. So zahlt man hier für einen Burger einen Preis, wo anderswo Pommes inklusive sind... Dreist finden wir allerdings, dass Ketchup und Mayo, extra kosten. Daher nur 2/5 Punkte. Und man bekommt nur kleine Tütchen. Beides gehört zu Burgern und Pommes dazu und sollte nicht extra kosten... Schade.

Nur durch Zufall sind wir hier gelandet… Aber seit langen nicht mehr so gut gegessen 😊 Die Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam… Preise und Portionen mehr als fair. Wie kommen aufjedenfall wieder

Ich hatte den Phönix Burger in der 100g Version mit Pommes . Der tolle Geschmack zeichnet sich vor Ort als auch Daheim aus. Bester Laden in Harburg und Umgebung. PS: der Service der nur am Rande dazukommt ist ausgezeichnet und zuvorkommend!

Essen ist wie immer sehr lecker. Und selbst die wünsche werden gemacht (wie andere soße) und es sind immer sehr nette Fahrer wir bestellen lieber bei euch als wo anders

Sehr freundlich Mitarbeiter und allgemein tolles Lokal. Leider ist das Essen nicht gut, 4x Burger + Pommes haben knapp 40-60 Minuten gebraucht. Obwohl sonst niemand im Lokal war. Diese haben dann auch nicht wirklich geschmeckt, Pommes viel zu lange frittiert und Burger war sehr unspannend. Vielleicht hatte der Koch einen schlechten Tag , mein Tipp: Burger Anzahl auf der Karte um 2/3 reduzieren, dafür dann aber gute frische Zutaten. Wünsche euch trotzdem alles gut 👏

Ich habe eben das zweite mal bestellt & das Essen kommt immer warm an und schmeckt auch sehr sehr gut! Burger werden wirklich ordentlich und köstlich zubereitet! Der Fahrer war auch sehr höflich und gut gelaunt 😂. Ich habe keine Kritik Punkte! Man muss zwar etwas warten (kommt drauf natürlich an wo man wohnt) aber das ein bisschen warten lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Mega leckerer Burger, frisch zubereitet.

Moin, also ich war mit einem Kollegen zum Mittagessen. Wir haben natürlich wie es sich für einen amerikanisches Restaurant gehört einen Burger gegessen. Der Burger war voll lecker und reichhaltig. Zudem wurde alles frisch zubereitet, deswegen auch eine längere Wartezeit. Was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Wir beide waren vollstens mit der Qualität und dem super netten Service zufrieden. Der Preis ist zwar etwas hoch aber how ever besser wie Mecces und Co. Ich kann allerdings die eine Rezension nicht nach vollziehen: Ein amerikanisches Restaurant an Schnitzel, Mozzarella Sticks und Chicken Wings und das noch mit Lieferando bestellt schlecht zu bewerten. Sorry Daumen hoch und schmeißt lieber die Schnitzel raus die bekommt man an jeder Ecke.

Actually not a Bad Burger at all, the burger is well made with good quality beef, topping are good too. The selection is big and a bit confusing, on the upside you can take a menu burger and actually change the toppings a bit to your own taste. Fries are very good, in house made curly fries and cheese&bacon fries with jalapeños … very tasty. Service is very friendly and accommodating as well as kid friendly, they actually have coloring books and games for your kids while you’re waiting on your order. Very family friendly. I did only 4 stars in atmosphere because the lightning could be a bit brighter since it is a family restaurant…. Other than that I can actually recommend it.

Wir haben jetzt schon mehrfach nach Hause bestellt. Das Essen war immer super, gleichbleibende gute Qualität und frische der verwendeten Lebensmittel. Und trotz der relativ weiten Anfahrt haben wir unser Essen immer heiß bekommen.Zum Ambiente kann ich bis jetzt nichts sagen. Doch wir werden definitiv in Zukunft auch mal vor Ort essen.

Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber das wurde durch den überaus freundlichen Service und das leckere Essen komplett ausgeglichen. Das waren mit die besten Burger die wir je gegessen haben !

Sind heute zufällig daran vorbei gefahren, waren dann am überlegen umzudrehen. Dieses hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt !!! Das Essen war super, große Portion, hier stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienung super freundlich und sehr schnell. Können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder vorbei .

Die Kellnerin war wirklich sehr bemüht aber extra nicht scharf bestellt und trotzdem scharf bekommen. Wurde dann zwar ohne Beanstandung korrigiert aber natürlich lange Wartezeit. Ist eher ein Imbiss als ein Restaurant. Patty war sehr "well done"

Nettes kleines Gebäude essen ist echt der Hammer .preisleistung ist voll akzeptabel und die Speisen sind voll lecker heute heute mal Schnitzel mit Champignon Rahmsoße echt der Burner mega lecker auch die anrichten war sehr schön auf dem schwarzen Schiefer stylisch
