Conclusion short version: it is definitely worth a visit! Now in a little more detail. There is a lot to admire just on the way to the restaurant. A really great atmosphere awaits you inside. The very large restaurant is very lovingly furnished with many details. E.g. chairs with horse bottoms or guillotines in the urinal. Just look at my pictures. A starter pack consisting of peanuts, onion rolls and herb butter awaits you at the table. In fact, you should throw the peanut shells on the floor, the kids loved it, but I didn't have the heart to do it. The menu offers a lot of choice, making it really difficult to decide. We initially ordered an appetizer platter with all the trimmings. This was very tasty. As it turned out later, maybe it didn't make that much sense, as you then have to fight with the main courses. Before I get to the main course, a note about the service. This was outstanding at all times. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff was always friendly and quick. As a guest you didn't notice the stress. Here the customer is still king. Many restaurants could learn a lesson from this service. Now to the main course: On the one hand we had a steak with a baked potato. Both the potato and the steak were outstanding. The steak warning signal is medium rare, juicy and tender. Now to the burgers and the reason why I only give 4 stars instead of 5. The burgers were generally good, but unfortunately not or no longer warm. The meat was perhaps a bit too dry because of this. Maybe the fat content is a little too low.. Next time I would like the burgers to be as perfect as the steak. Overall it was a nice evening.

Ambiance: Somewhat too “tight” inside, but thematically appropriate. Eat: Definitely 5/5. Be it spare ribs, burgers or even milkshakes, I got really full. Here too, a very clear recommendation!

20.08.2024 for dinner. Neat store, upon entering we were immediately asked if we had made a reservation and we had not. But there was still a bench available outside, the weather permitted and it was accepted. It was quite busy and that for a Tuesday evening. A paradise for meat lovers.

Many dishes are delicious, but some are not my cup of tea. Large store, often associated with waiting times. Rustic style, but that's what sets the store apart.

We had a small group of people here for a birthday dinner and it was very good, the portions were definitely generous. Should I add that too? Am I getting tired of this? Yes you will. At least that's how it felt for me. Otherwise, if you're in the mood for spare ribs or chicken wings or American style food, this is the best place in the area.

No longer recommended at all Service was a disaster, 10 minutes after the food was on the table you got the cutlery, food was forgotten and after repeated requests it didn't come, some of the food was cold and everyone had a stomach ache in the evening. At the end, when we checked the bill because the food hadn't been received, the service became rude and unfriendly. So we won't be entering the store again! The visit was on Saturday, August 10, 24

We thought we would go back after a long time to eat some delicious spare ribs. And unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. Reservation online went smoothly. The service was also very friendly, courteous and attentive. But the spare ribs, sorry that was a disappointment. The quality of the meat somehow didn't taste the same as it did several months ago. Was quite dry. The mayonnaise with the fries was sour and tasted like vinegar. It wasn't digestible either... I already had digestive problems. especially since I'm otherwise downright insensitive. The garlic dip was also way (!) better. looked like finished stuff. The mayo from the tube from Kaufland really tastes better. Unfortunately it's no longer worth a tip for me. Too bad.

Spare ribs were cold and very tough...no question as to whether everything was okay, so you could have complained! When paying they literally said that Sunday was a bad time for ribs! So we won't come back! Too bad

Absolutely not recommended!! Appetizers came along with the meal! Food was cold! Salad was forgotten. The waitress was asked about the salad twice but didn't bring anything - there was no salad! There was also no starter as we knew it with nuts and bread We informed the waitress about the complaint but she took little interest in it It was the last time for us!

The Texas Riverranch restaurant is located near the Ems - Marina - Camping campsite entrance in Leer Bingum. A somewhat unusual restaurant by German standards. The decoration and ambience is western style. The food was very tasty and plentiful. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the service was friendly and helpful. Can only recommend this restaurant.

My girlfriend had a spare ribs burger Way too much BBQ sauce…..We asked a winery if they could get a new burger!! The answer was just that the burgers were always like that and there was nothing they could do. Simply outrageous!!

For the first time we had to wait 3/4 hours for the food. Food was good (except for the guacamole, which tasted and smelled rotten.) I mentioned it twice because we were asked twice if everything was okay. Comment from the kitchen: the bag was opened today. Well, you don't want to have food out of a bag when you go out to eat;... and I would have agreed with the customer. It wasn't edible! Definitely foul-smelling and tasting guacamole. It was ignored and of course paid for. I like to eat it often, but today it didn't work at all...I don't feel well in my stomach either... After eating you feel like a sack, which indicates fatty, not high-quality food. The rest was okay. That's not why I go out to eat and I don't have to go there again...

Highly recommended, we go there for the fourth time now, every year for Father's Day. And we are always very satisfied. Only this time the service was a little inattentive. She came to us once and asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else, at a time when everyone didn't have anything. But later when the drinks were empty we had to point it out. But otherwise great service, even changing tables when there wasn't much going on, like going from inside to outside to have a coffee, went great. And the service is always very genuinely friendly, not the false friendliness you see in some other restaurants. The food, whether meat dishes or vegetarian, always tastes really good and is always very fresh, and the salads are also extremely fresh, which is really good. I can't complain and can only recommend the restaurant. You can see the Mac 'n Cheese Burger with French Fries and a small salad.

We went there for my girlfriend's birthday. We all ordered the steak after which she found a long dirty hair on her steak. Because she did not want to make a scene and the table next to us would get something, she got up out of politeness and walked to the waiter, who took the plate from her hands and said: I will come back to you later without any further explanation. /excuse. We waited half an hour for a new steak and finally approached the waitress ourselves as everyone had already finished eating and we were told: Oh yes, sorry, forgot! Excuse me! You take something like that as a priority, right?! When we finally ordered dessert and her husband had indicated during the reservation that it was her birthday, she was casually told while serving the dessert: Oh yes, we forgot her birthday candle, sorry! While that same evening, 2 people were treated to a birthday dessert with fireworks, candles, etc. And she was gone! We were speechless. The fact that she said that in such an incredibly lackadaisical and indifferent way made us speechless and disappointed and angry at the same time. Apart from the fact that now the surprise was also ruined. Better not have said anything. Bad! Very bad! And then also ask for 1 scoop of ice cream instead of whipped cream with the blondie/brownie and charge accordingly (€1.80). What a terrible tent. The food is nothing special and the service lives in their own world, never heard of customer service. We will never come here again!!!

Prices have been increased, I totally understand, but you still want it to taste good. Cocktail Texitos for 11 euros, no ice cubes to be seen, glass only half full. 20 euros for a small piece of meat, baked potato and kidney bean salad. The staff who served us were completely stressed, were totally rude to us, really sad. There is no longer any espresso at the end either. In the future, birthday dinners will be eaten where you are happy to be a guest and where the price/performance is right.

We were there for dinner and noticed the ranch from outside. Even the entrance area is beautifully designed. You could tell that it was very popular because there was a small line in front of the entrance. It is recommended to reserve a table in advance. We were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside, we chose outside. The restaurant is nicely decorated. After ordering we received a greeting from the house. Peanuts with bread and a dip. We had to wait a long time for the main course, about 50 minutes, but we weren't disappointed. I had Ringo's Big Pig Tip with potato gratin and as a dip: circulation sauce (very hot). The food was delicious

Texas on the Ems....simply great. That immediately gives you a holiday feeling. Furnishings? *******Stars. Ok, maybe some of the exhibits could use a makeover. Eating takes a bit of time, but you sit comfortably, have something to nibble on and enjoy the ambience. But it was very tasty, especially my burger, portions were large (I couldn't manage it). I can only recommend a “trip” to Texas. Clean, parking, beautifully located on the Ems...great

The 2 stars are for the beautiful ambience and the nice service. The spare ribs were ok, but nothing special and not hot. The chicken wings, fries and wedges were not homemade but fried frozen food. There was a lot of little fluff/hair on my companion's burger and you had to look for the carrot in the coleslaw. The taste was ok and I would have been happy for snack bar prices, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio here is not right at all. We probably won't come back.

Top food in a very nice western atmosphere! Price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. The staff is very friendly and always with a smile. The kitchen crew knows their craft. All the dishes ordered so far have been absolutely excellent, generous and attractively prepared. I visit the restaurant regularly and have always been very satisfied.

Great location. Food perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the green area is quite neglected. Cobwebs inside and not very clean. The waitress obviously didn't enjoy her job very much. Looked annoyed, was short and anything but friendly. There wasn't even much going on. Especially with the great location and loving furnishings with lots of details and also perfectly okay food, it could be better. Unfortunately it spoils the impression a bit.

Die Bedienung war dieses Mal so zuvorkommend, daß ich das hier extra erwähnen möchte 👌Es handelt sich um Maria Heinemann, die trotz extrem vieler Gästen gut gelaunt blieb und stets den Überblick hatte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Auf jeden Fall gibt das 5 Sterne 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
