System food but delicious 😋. Service friendly but still a bit of room for improvement, but maybe it's "just" the general lack of staff, that's what it's good for. Ambience one star deducted because it is complicated or expensive to use the toilet.

Definitely an alternative to the McDonald's opposite, which for me is one of the worst in the Heidekreis. However, it is also an expensive alternative. To get really full, you can easily get 40€ with drinks for 2 people. Of course the burgers cannot be compared with those from McDonald's. Nevertheless, the totally overpriced price is disproportionate

We had dinner here yesterday for my grandson's birthday. It was his wish and he was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and surprisingly attentive. The food was very good and tasty. For dessert the "cat" came and sang "Happy Birthday", the waitress brought the ice cream for the birthday child with a candle - an absolute surprise, brought a lot of joy Many thanks to the staff

The visit itself was very good, nice atmosphere, service staff was very nice and accommodating. My children and my wife had a burger that was very good. I ate the Trucker Schnitzel and to be honest I was a bit disappointed. The taste was okay, but it was quite a small portion for just under €20. I think if you're really hungry, you won't get full. But still it was a very nice visit.😊

Typically bad American cuisine that is overpriced and simply doesn't taste good. Service could make more of an effort. The predecessor, the BP Restaurant, was much better and had more selection of fresh cuisine.

We have been to Miss PeppeR several times, both in Schwarmstedt and in other branches. We have generally had good experiences. What I would like to point out here is that you can also eat there quite cheaply. Yesterday we spent 45 euros for our dinner there as a family of four. Everyone had a fresh burger, delicious fries and we all had a pitcher of water with ice cubes and lemon slices. Next door at the Golden M, the food and service are not that good. Of course, if everyone chooses their favorite dish, we can quickly get double the price, but sometimes it's cheaper.

We had spareribs, they were really good, and the barbecue sauce was also perfect. Super nice staff and very cool atmosphere. The only small point of criticism is that there is a charge for using the toilet but this will be charged later.

Absolutely great diner with typical 50s/60s design. Even the female waitress walks around in a petticoat. Absolutely great atmosphere that takes you back in time, you can't get enough of what it's like there. The service is absolutely great, super friendly and thoughtful, even dogs are allowed to visit. He was served water without asking. The food was nicely prepared and really tasty. All around only recommended.

The restaurant is set up like a typical American diner, and the menu offers all kinds of burgers, spare ribs, etc. The French fries were excellent, the cheeseburger was rather mediocre, the turkey burger was quite tough. The portions are very sufficient and the service is extremely friendly. A robot brings the food to the table.

Service is very important here! You simply won't be served on the terrace, cutlery was forgotten and you can only pay after waiting 5 minutes at the counter... While the restaurant only has three tables occupied! The food is good, but the service is an absolute disgrace.

Super great American restaurant. I think the atmosphere is great. Normal volume level. Citizens are not cheap but the quality is very good. There are also often burgers on offer that are very inexpensive.

Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. THE meat of the burgers and the neck steak were very dry. Unfortunately, the burger buns and paddies were only from the supermarket. It's a shame that the price/performance ratio isn't right here.

I took a break here today at lunchtime. The ambience is very nice with lots of American decoration. The food was very tasty. I had the cheeseburger and a milkshake. The service was super friendly and quick. If I come here again I will definitely take a break again.

The pancakes and fries were very good and the burger was good. The cellars were actually very friendly. However, most of the ordering and paying had to be done in English. The order didn't take long to arrive so we received our food relatively quickly.

It took a long time for someone who didn't fully speak the language to serve us. Everything neatly ordered. Until then everything seemed fine. Then we were served the starters and main courses at the same time by a robot. As a result, our main course was already cold. The chicken wings had a piece of completely burnt food in it that you couldn't tell what it was. Then, after very poor service and all kinds of mistakes at the cash register, you have to add at least 5 percent to the receipt in order to be allowed to pay as a tip without it being earned. I see this among other reviews, apparently it is very common here. Never again!!!

Very nice and attentive service (for example, we dropped a fork that was immediately replaced with a new set of cutlery). Food was good too! The only defect was the toilet, which belongs to the neighboring gas station and is chargeable. You can get your money refunded by the restaurant, but the automatic ticket issue at the toilet didn't work. More of a problem with the gas station, but still a shame.

We have been here several times. Since we happened to be there once, we stop to eat whenever we drive past it. In our opinion one of the best American diner ever. The burgers are simply great. And the homemade lemonades are amazing. The ambience is also really cool, just like you see American diners on TV. There's also a really cool one now Robot that serves you food. The service has always been friendly and the waiting times short, even when it was full. The toilet situation here is a bit inconvenient. You have to go to the gas station and first pay 50 cents. But you can then use the vouchers when paying. Unfortunately, the voucher machine didn't work again and then you have to go to the checkout at the gas station and wait until the problem is solved. Apart from the toilet situation, we can really recommend Miss Pepper and will definitely come back.

The burgers were very tasty, the fries were crispy but too salty for my taste. The service was good! One young woman is currently learning German and apologized that her German wasn't that good yet, I thought her German was just as good as our English 🤣 overall everything was nice, the atmosphere was just like you would find in a parking lot expected 🤷‍♀️ Were there again after a long time. We still got good food after 9 p.m. and the service is still nice and mostly "American". We found the robot that brought the food to the next table exciting!!! Unfortunately the seating has suffered a lot and with shorts or a skirt it's only so cool, the company should think of something better. Even when paying by card, the tip is displayed directly as a percentage and you can only tap between 5/10/or 15%... don't think about it yourself... I don't think it's really good!

What a beautifully decorated location! We were very impressed and the food was very good. The waitresses were very accommodating and the highlight was the robot that brought you food and wished you a good appetite. We definitely won't be there for the last time. 👍

What can you say... The food is definitely not worth the price. The buns like rubber paddy were fried dry, the burger sauce was good but it somehow ran past my burger and tried to make up for it with salad on the burger etc. My daughter had a wrap...well filled but totally soggy and like cardboard. In both cases the fries didn't see any salt... Price/performance rating 5. The service was very friendly and also concerned about the well-being of the guests... But I would worry about the chef or chefs.

Well-made system catering in American style. The products are made from self-refined standard finished products and not, as one might hope, from fresh and genuine raw materials. It's a shame actually.

The burger I ate was very dry it was sad as the place has a very nice abeyance. I wasn’t even asked how well I want my burger. Staff were very helpful and kind. That’s the reason to my three stars.

Food was still okay so far. The female waiter, however, was visibly overwhelmed. She didn't really speak German well and wasn't really friendly either. In return she gossiped about guests with the rest of the staff. Unprofessional! Overall the visit was therefore unsatisfactory. No recommendation.

What really enhanced the experience, though, was the lovely decor—thoughtfully designed with bright colors and inviting accents that created a cozy atmosphere perfect for a leisurely meal. Overall, it was a pleasant outing, and I’ll gladly return for the delightful service and inviting ambiance.

American diner style with staff approaching guests.

We were there for lunch with our eight-year-old grandson. At an Authof restaurant, you'd actually think that a 30-minute break would get you there, especially since the food is brought by a cool robot. After 45 minutes, three guests around us who had come after us had already had their food. But we didn't, and there was no telling when the food would arrive. When I complained, the waiter got mushy and said I should complain directly to the kitchen. We then paid for our drinks and left. In any case, Miss Pepper won't see us again...

As a committed vegan, it is better but still difficult to find good and interesting restaurants where I can eat something that I don't cook myself at home. My wife and I ordered the Juciy Burger with fries and sweet potatoes. According to the waitress it should take 40 minutes, after 8 minutes everything was there - like on a plane, if you order vegan, the food is brought to you first. With the first and last bite, just wow with BBQ and a memory of how the burgers used to taste. very, very tasty and would be happy again. The slice was also as thick as a normal burger, so you can really enjoy the food without thinking. THANK YOU for memories and taste.

It's not easy for me to rate this restaurant. First of all, I think the taste and location here are very good. The staff were very friendly, but had difficulty communicating in German or English and had almost forgotten two of our dishes. The waiting time was very long and the website or app didn't work. Prices are also very high here and despite the beautiful furnishings, the sometimes dirty floors and tables brought down the aesthetics. I would like to give a better rating based on the taste and hope I have a better experience next time. Unfortunately, I can't necessarily recommend this restaurant.

The only drawback is that you have to go to the neighboring gas station to use the toilet and the toilets there are not very nice (there was no paper for your hands and the sinks were yucky). But nachos con carne ordered chili con carne actually not on it. The waiter told me the red spots are the chili con carne. The food didn't work at all. After the first layer there was no more cheese. In total, bone-dry nachos for just under 9 euros. The waiter just tells you that their nachos are like that

We had the Ms. Pepper Favorite starter and 2x Angus burgers, 1x with fries and 1x with sweet potato fries. The starter and the burgers were great, the sweet potato fries worked. The homemade lemonade is great! We had watermelon. Service was friendly and attentive. We already know the branches in Wittenburg and Soltau, the ambience is comparable to Wittenburg.

We ordered two steakhouse burgers, one normal and one gluten-free. The gluten-free bread was good but that's the only positive thing about the burger. The meat in the burger was just a lot of small pieces of meat and almost all the pieces were so chewy that it was impossible to eat. It was just a mess and couldn't be eaten like a burger. We therefore ended up not eating the food. Their Strawberry Milkshake, on the other hand, was very good and it is highly recommended. After we told them that the meat was too tough to eat, we had the drink taken off the bill.
