Everything is just okay and absolutely nothing special. We had to go to the checkout to pay. Toilets are only in the gas station next door and have to be paid for (there is a €0.50 voucher for this)

Located directly on the highway at a truck stop. Fast service even outside with a digital card including the function to call the waiter. Food standard but good.

Unfortunately after Corona it got progressively worse... The staff is listless, with a few exceptions. The beef in the burger patties often dies twice even when there isn't much going on in the store, bacon is also fried to death. Even though everything has become more expensive, the price-performance ratio is no longer right. I actually enjoyed being there.

Just like you're used to at Mrs Peppers... good and tasty... was that intentional or should the staff only speak to us or serve us in English? It's a shame that the toilets weren't at all inviting or really clean.. the voucher is a good solution in itself, but I would either add my own clean toilets or pay more attention to cleanliness..

The food was mega mega mega delicious. I haven't eaten out like this in a long time. The portions were almost too heavy but really great for the price.

The vegan offering is large. 🌿 The quality of the food is okay. Nothing earth-shatteringly good - very little seasoning. I was annoyed that access to the toilets was only possible through the gas station, but the voucher given was only valid for the restaurant. I would have liked some notice here beforehand. Because our meal had already been paid for and the voucher was useless. Of the three service staff, two did not speak German. It was nice that the third service person reimbursed me for the “toilet money”. 🙏🏼

Yes, recommended But.....neck steak with fried potatoes....steak was absolutely past the point....but the very nice, courteous older service lady changed it into a fresh steak in the kitchen without any problem..top service...everything was good, that's how it should be... Come again

Basically good. Rips were delicious. But the price... for a portion of ribs with fries and a large cola €41. The portion of ketchup and mayo alone €1.60 EACH!! Sorry, that's rude! The food is then delivered by robot to be unloaded yourself and if you want to wash your hands after eating... it costs €1 at the attached gas station.

You can eat better here than in any other fast food chain. The notice Ambiance puts you in a real diner. Everything is nice and clean and the service is diligent and polite.

It was pretty good so far. The service took too long for the catering. Waited ½ hour until she came over, gave me a card and another ¼ hour passed until the order was taken. There were only 8 guests in the restaurant, the times were too long and the catering was different. Should be improved!!!!

A dream for anyone who eats gluten-free! All burgers are available at no extra charge with a really delicious gluten-free burger patty. The “normal” burgers and sodas are also very tasty at a fair price. An additional highlight was the operating robot that sang a birthday serenade to a girl. Good place for a break and delicious American food! We were thrilled.

I am very grateful to all the people who flocked to McDonald's 🙏 so I ate very tasty fries and a very tasty burger for a very affordable price. It's just an American diner. The burger 🍔 itself disappeared under the salad and everything that was on it. Serve food in plastic baskets, I don't really know. The operating robot is funny. Price/performance is okay, but opposite is the Mc D......, there is also 🍔.

The restaurant is good. The toilets in the shop attached to the restaurant don't work at all. Use costs 50ct (coins only). A very unpleasant smell hits you. One of two sinks is blocked and in the other the water splashes heavily on the pants and stops immediately when the button on the crooked faucet is released.

System food but delicious 😋. Service friendly but still a bit of room for improvement, but maybe it's "just" the general lack of staff, that's what it's good for. Ambience one star deducted because it is complicated or expensive to use the toilet.

Definitely an alternative to the McDonald's opposite, which for me is one of the worst in the Heidekreis. However, it is also an expensive alternative. To get really full, you can easily get 40€ with drinks for 2 people. Of course the burgers cannot be compared with those from McDonald's. Nevertheless, the totally overpriced price is disproportionate

Great selection of regular and vegetarian burgers. Unfortunately, the curly fries were gone, the alternative fries were ok, but couldn't keep up with the rest of the dishes. The homemade lemonades are highly recommended.

We had dinner here yesterday for my grandson's birthday. It was his wish and he was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and surprisingly attentive. The food was very good and tasty. For dessert the "cat" came and sang "Happy Birthday", the waitress brought the ice cream for the birthday child with a candle - an absolute surprise, brought a lot of joy Many thanks to the staff

The visit itself was very good, nice atmosphere, service staff was very nice and accommodating. My children and my wife had a burger that was very good. I ate the Trucker Schnitzel and to be honest I was a bit disappointed. The taste was okay, but it was quite a small portion for just under €20. I think if you're really hungry, you won't get full. But still it was a very nice visit.😊

Typically bad American cuisine that is overpriced and simply doesn't taste good. Service could make more of an effort. The predecessor, the BP Restaurant, was much better and had more selection of fresh cuisine.

We have been to Miss PeppeR several times, both in Schwarmstedt and in other branches. We have generally had good experiences. What I would like to point out here is that you can also eat there quite cheaply. Yesterday we spent 45 euros for our dinner there as a family of four. Everyone had a fresh burger, delicious fries and we all had a pitcher of water with ice cubes and lemon slices. Next door at the Golden M, the food and service are not that good. Of course, if everyone chooses their favorite dish, we can quickly get double the price, but sometimes it's cheaper.

Absolutely great diner with typical 50s/60s design. Even the female waitress walks around in a petticoat. Absolutely great atmosphere that takes you back in time, you can't get enough of what it's like there. The service is absolutely great, super friendly and thoughtful, even dogs are allowed to visit. He was served water without asking. The food was nicely prepared and really tasty. All around only recommended.
