I really don't like to give negative reviews, let's start with that! The driver couldn't even look me in the eye, despite a €7 tip for a €28 service. Two “magnificent pizzas” that were actually not even lukewarm were ordered, one without and one with onions, no other extras. We both got them without onions, it can happen, not wild. But a cold pizza and then the unfriendliness of the driver, and the lack of eye contact and the unfriendliness, despite a tip, don't make anything better here. Two stars because the lady at the head office was super nice and took care of my request not to ring the doorbell because our daughter was sleeping! Thanks for that, that worked very well. The pizza wasn't like usual, sliced... ...then the topping was rather lean compared to the other orders. All in all, very sobering, even though the talk is always so good. Maybe I had an unlucky day. A comparison from this week... the first picture is from today's order. The second picture is from the middle of the week, the pizza was hot, cut and topped!!!!! Worst kebab I've ever eaten! Everyone got a stomach ache and it was just disgusting. Please don't buy kebab there, you'll regret it! The shop should be closed!

Very dingy especially the toilets

Pizza and the like were once much better. Today we also received an expired American Dip (it tasted strongly fermented and had a slight tingle). That was the last order. Too bad.

Very different depending on the staff present. From ok to total chaos. Some employees are quite snippy. Fries often limp. There's always something missing from the drive bags. If I have time, I prefer to go to Reinbeker McDo.

Ich war heute Abend mit meinem Mann hier ! Der Service war durchaus freundlich. Das Essen des Buffets war durchweg lauwarm. Das "selbst" gebratene war heiß und geschmacklich akzeptabel, leider nicht mehr! Was wirklich negativ zu bewerten ist, ist die unsagbare Lautstärke in diesem Restaurant! Wer schnell etwas essen möchte und sich nicht unterhalten mag, der ist hier genau richtig....zum verweilen läd dieser Laden absolut nicht ein! Wir kommen nicht wieder !!

Often enjoyed with coffee and cake in the canteen. And a lunch (Holzfeller), I would have hoped for more... I will still come again when the opportunity arises, but the price-performance ratio was balanced.
