MOUTH FINE Pizza Workshop Wentorf in Wentorf bei Hamburg

I really don't like to give negative reviews, let's start with that! The driver couldn't even look me in the eye, despite a €7 tip for a €28 service. Two “magnificent pizzas” that were actually not even lukewarm were ordered, one without and one with onions, no other extras. We both got them without onions, it can happen, not wild. But a cold pizza and then the unfriendliness of the driver, and the lack of eye contact and the unfriendliness, despite a tip, don't make anything better here. Two stars because the lady at the head office was super nice and took care of my request not to ring the doorbell because our daughter was sleeping! Thanks for that, that worked very well. The pizza wasn't like usual, sliced... ...then the topping was rather lean compared to the other orders. All in all, very sobering, even though the talk is always so good. Maybe I had an unlucky day. A comparison from this week... the first picture is from today's order. The second picture is from the middle of the week, the pizza was hot, cut and topped!!!!! All of that was nothing tonight, 35 € for the work...!!! I'm so disappointed and so is my wife. Greetings Dan Rudolph

We've known Mundfein for a long time from driving past. But never ordered there. It was always a bit too expensive for us. We are Smiley customers. Had a flyer in the mailbox today. Mundfein should get a chance today! :) Mundfein convinced us!! I also called the order hotline and gave positive feedback. From today on we were Smiley customers. :) We're getting our pizza from Mundfein now!

Unfortunately I won't order here again. It's a shame, the pizza tastes good. But waiting for an hour and a half and then getting a cold, uncut pizza is really not nice

I ordered on Saturday for my family and myself. 2x pizza rolls and 1x pizza parma. The food was ready to order in time, but my pizza was missing the rocket and the base wasn't particularly good either.

I've been ordering from Mundfein in Wentorf for 9 years now and I'm always very impressed. The orders usually arrive earlier than announced and the food is always 98% tasty. If the drivers no longer forget to cut the pizza, everything will be great.

We have often gotten pizza from Mundfein. So far we have never been disappointed, the pizzas are always very tasty and ready on time for the requested pickup date👍

We waited 3.5 hours (!!!) for our food today! This is an absolute disgrace! We called the hotline twice and were told that there was nothing we could do except write a "ticket" to the branch. There wasn't even an apology! If there's a lot to do, that's all well and good. But you could let us know from time to time how long it will take. Or you just have to admit that at some point you won't be able to accept orders anymore!!! Bad service!!!

This store doesn't earn a cent more from me - pre-ordered at 4 p.m. for 7 p.m., delivered cold and like cardboard at 8:15 p.m. The 5th bad experience at Mundfein in Wentorf, never again! Better choose all the other pizza suppliers in the area!

This store is an absolute disgrace! We ordered food at 6:30 p.m. and called for the first time at 8:30 p.m. to find out where our food was. The lady on the phone told us that the food would be there in 15 minutes. If the food doesn't come, we should call again. Food didn't come, so we called again and were offered the chance to cancel the order. We were then put through to the boss, who told us that the food would arrive in 30 minutes and that we would receive a €30 discount. At 9:30 p.m. the food still wasn't there, so we called again to ask where our food was. Nobody on the phone could give us any information about where the food was and how long it would last. We then wanted to cancel the order, but it was not possible. Cancellation not possible, no one has a plan where the food is and the employee's absolute ignorance and cluelessness. 1 star is already too much for this inability to deliver a few pizza rolls from Wentorf to Glinde.

We ordered food at 6:30pm and received the food at 10:05pm. According to the website, the planned delivery time was 70 minutes. Despite calling the switchboard, the branch in Wentorf could not be reached. There was no call that it would be delivered later. When the driver brought the food after over 3.5 hours, there was no apology, only a comment “other customers would have had to wait 3 hours”. An absolute disgrace!! Mundfein is not recommended!!

The food is good. The waiting area doesn't look very nice. Seating would also be nice.

After several successful deliveries - with more or less searching on the part of the drivers because there is a bank branch (downstairs) in the building - the current pizza delivery man found neither an entrance nor a nameplate. More than an hour after the delivery time there was still nothing - the driver only wanted to bring the pizza when we asked at the branch... Unbelievable!

The food was pre-ordered and the information was given on the phone that I would pay on site with a voucher. Unfortunately the payment didn't work out and I left the shop hungry and angry. The reason: You can't see how much money is on the voucher. Only the boss could do that and he wasn't there. A pity!

A completely normal pizza delivery service

Ordered 3 dishes to pick up. All three were either missing something or had something that I hadn't ordered. You have to do that first... This meant I paid 5 euros more than the actual ingredients would have cost. Since everything was packed, I only noticed it when I got home. The coordination of the preparation also left something to be desired. Why do you start with the dish that is quickest and which was therefore almost cold when the rest was finished? Regardless, it took 10 minutes longer than advertised. A pity. This should clearly be improved.

Great, pizza rolls are great🤟 I can only recommend them, they are always super friendly, inexpensive and great service.

The food is always great, everyone is very friendly… The atmosphere for eating on site is not that nice, the space is used to prepare the delicious food. But it's worth picking up anyway, because of the self-collection discount. Clear recommendation!

Super Service. Ordered something yesterday (the weather was real...). Still received 8 pizza rolls as a credit because that's what I eat. (Understandably arrived cold). Very friendly staff on the phone. Very accommodating boss. I really enjoy ordering from you and therefore order from you more and more often. Stay healthy and keep it up. 👍

The waitresses are really nice when you pick up the food and the food is delicious. We have been ordering from there for several years now. Never been disappointed!

If you order in advance, the food is simply never ready. They start when you arrive. They just look at you funny.

At Mundfein in Wentorf I was not only able to enjoy the best pizzas, but was also looked after by a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The pizzas were a true taste experience - freshly prepared with excellent ingredients that were evident in every bite. The kitchen team here has definitely made an art of preparing pizzas. The staff deserve special praise for their warm and attentive manner. Every question was answered in a friendly manner and they helped to make my visit a thoroughly pleasant experience. The combination of delicious pizza and exemplary service makes Mundfein a clear recommendation for me.

Basically it can be said that the food is quite good. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. If a normal order is placed at 12 p.m., the food should arrive at lunchtime around 1 p.m. with a journey of 20 minutes. If, when asked at 2 p.m., you are told that the driver will be there in 5 minutes and then you get a call from the driver at 2:05 p.m. that he is leaving now, you absolutely lack understanding. I would have liked to give the service 0 stars, as the long wait is made to look like a fool by saying that the driver is supposed to be on the way and will be there in 5 minutes, which is simply wrong! I would like to see a different way of dealing with customers here!

Unsere Bestellung: 1 vegetarische Calzone, 1 Pizza mit Pilzen und Artischocken, 1 Salat. Das Beste vorweg. Der Salat mit u.a. roter Beete und guten Walnüssen und einem leckeren Dressing war toll. Statt einer vegetarischen Calzone mit verschiedenen Gemüsen bekamen wir eine vegan Calzone (veganer Käseersatz schmeckt wie Kleister, Gemüse gäbe es keine) - vegetarisch-vegan, diesen Unterschied sollten die Mitarbeiterinnen schon kennen. Die zweite Pizza enthielt Mikrospuren von Artischocken, enttäuschend. Wir werden dort nicht wieder bestellen. Die telefonische Beschwerde wurde "sachlich" entgegengenommen.

Hatten uns zwei Pizzen zusammen gestellt und in unser Nahe gelegenes Hotel liefern lassen. War innerhalb von 30 Minuten da. Bis aufs Zimmer gebracht und noch heiss. 👍 Geschmacklich klasse und bei meiner Pizza bei weitem mehr Bacon, als ich erwartet habe. Weiter so. Preislich im Rahmen, hatten rund 14€ je 26cm Pizza mit drei Belägen + Knoblauch bezahlt.

Ich musste 1 Stunde, 50 Minuten warten ( angegeben waren 35 Min.) Und dann war die Pizza kalt.

Lieferung dauert in letzter Zeit sehr lange, dementsprechend auch lauwarm bis kalt. Mit dem Essen grundsätzlich zufrieden, aber heute war der Pizzateig (Pizza Serano) merkwürdig (würde meinen nicht ganz durch), irgendwie anders und nicht so lecker wie sonst.

Die Thunfisch-Pizza mit Sauce Hollondaise war hervorragend, die Margherita dagegen eher trocken, als würde sie schon ne Weile gestanden haben oder als wäre sie zu lange im Ofen gewesen. Trotzdem waren wir grundsätzlich zufrieden auch mit der Lieferung nach ca 40-45 min.

Ich hatte online beim Mundfein Wentorf bestellt, und erst kam eine komplett falsche Bestellung für einen anderen Kunden, der Fahrer hatte überhaupt nicht den Bon und das Essen abgeglichen, und als sie dann das 2. Mal kamen, kamen das richtige Essen, aber angeblich sei das Kartengerät kaputt, ob ich doch bar bezahlen könne. Was hätten sie gemacht, wenn ich es nicht in bar gehabt hätte? Anstatt mal vorher anzurufen und nachzufragen. Die bestellte Bowl war okay, die Pizzabrötchen auch, das Ben & Jerrys Eis war schon mal aufgetaut und hatte dann Eiskristalle und wer das kennt, das Eis schmeckt dann überhaupt nicht mehr. Also 8,xx Euro für die Tonne, unmöglich. Ich bestelle dort nie wieder.

Man stelle sich vor man bestellt eine Peperoni Salami Pizza und garniert diese mit ein paar Extras. Bei der Bestellung steht an diversen Stellen, unter anderem bei „Name auf der Klingel“, mein Nachname. Mensch … da kann ja nichts mehr schief gehen. Am Ende wurde dann zwei mal beim Nachbarn, anderer Nachmame, geklingelt und die Peperoni Salami Pizza mit Extras kam einfach mal ohne Peperoni Salami. Also … ja… wie sage ich das. Schön das ihr pünktlich wart zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt, aber schöner wäre es ohne geweckten Nachbarn und mit Peperoni Salami auf eben solch einer Pizza.

Mein Essen kam 40 min zu spät und es war kalt

Leider ist Mundfein nicht mehr das was es früher mal war. Ich habe dort zum letzten Mal bestellt. Die Salami Pizza war so dünn belegt, die Salate sahen aus wie die Mixtüten aus dem Supermarkt + sehr wenig Inhalt (Tomaten und co). Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Dafür eindeutig zu teuer.

Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Peperoni bestellt, die ich extra bezahlt hatte, bekam aber die Pizza ohne Peperoni. Die Pizza schmeckt gut, aber wenn man für zusätzliche Beläge bezahlt, sollte es auch drauf sein.

War etwas abgeschreckt von den bisherigen Bewertungen, habs dennoch versucht und bin total positiv überrascht. Pizza im Mittagsangebot sehr günstig und wirklich lecker! Fahrer war bei mir zumindest auf einem Montag Mittag mehr als pünktlich.
