Service, food and ambience were very good. Very cozy, pleasant and clean. The prices are just ok, it shouldn't be much more expensive. Definitely a recommendation for Rendsburg.

My partner and I have booked ourselves into the Convent Garden, Rendsburg. A room with a wonderful canal view, we can hear and see the ships passing by from our bed. It is a four star deluxe room, very well maintained, great facilities. We feel right at home here. The breakfast and dinner (half board) are exceptional, the service is first class! We'll definitely be back!

I was in the restaurant a total of 2 times. On the positive side, the food was delicious, although the quality decreased somewhat on the second visit. I noticed negatively that half of the drinks were not available on the menu offered, so I had to fall back on Fanta, otherwise there was only water, cola, tea or completely overpriced juices. I would have preferred one of the other advertised (not available) drinks. Many dishes were no longer available on the menu, which was probably a bit old. The cucumbers and carrots in the main course were dry, so not freshly cut. The chairs were wobbly, the glass top on the table was not attached and was sliding back and forth (a no go with small children). The restaurant is very large and the room was hardly heated, so we sat in scarves and jackets (in November) until, when we asked, we were shown to a table with a working heater. The waiters/employees didn't speak German/English on both visits, which made ordering and paying really difficult. An interpreter is therefore required for the restaurant visit. Apart from that, the waiters on both visits tried hard to ensure a pleasant visit despite the language barriers. Nevertheless, next time I would rather go to a Turkish restaurant, everything works a little better with communication 🙈

The food was very tasty (I had moussaka). It's annoying for non-smokers like me that the best tables with a view of the canal are in the smoking area. - Reservation recommended.

We Lower Saxony bowlers had dinner with 45 people. We placed our order by email the day before. We got everything at the same time, correctly and hot. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice that we felt very comfortable. Thanks

Hat geschlossen, ein Hinweis wäre nett

We were there on Saturday. Extremely disappointed! Waited ages for food even though the shop was still empty at the time. When I asked when the food would come, there was only a mushy answer - I've never experienced such unfriendly staff. And as if that wasn't enough, our son's chicken nuggets came out with two crawling creatures about 1.5 cm in size. Despite telling us at the counter, no one came to the table and we were simply left behind. The nuggets were taken off the bill but there was a lot of discussion when we wanted to pay. Because it's supposedly about their tips. Everyone at the table has lost their appetite. Unfortunately, 1 star is still one too many
