Harput Grillhaus in Rendsburg

I just got a doner kebab and a dürüm from there. I was surprised that I was only in the shop for five minutes and had to leave again. In short: The doner kebab had completely the wrong ingredients and the bread was cold. The bread was completely torn. The dürüm was also different from what I ordered and cold. Absolutely not recommended.

The doner kebab was tasty 😋 but it was oily inside! And the tzatziki tasted like dp, and it was only €8!

I used to come here often - fair prices and delicious food. Now the food doesn't taste good, the portions are small and I'm charged more than what's stated on the board. There's a kebab shop a few meters away where you won't be disappointed.

I'm shocked by the poor taste of the meat. I bought two doner boxes, and they cost €15. We couldn't eat any more of the doner, so we threw it away. It was the worst doner I've ever tasted in my life. And it was really expensive for such poor quality food.

The new one unfortunately doesn't understand my language which isn't such a problem but he made the order wrong and didn't want to change it or make it again and refused and since several people were waiting for the food I was forced to pay

I am truly shocked by the experience I had at this store. Because there were some confusions about the menu—some dishes were displayed on Facebook but not on the regular menu—I called to politely inquire. The man simply hung up on me on the first attempt, which I dismissed as an oversight. On the second attempt, I politely asked if I could continue with my order, noting that the hanging up was certainly an oversight. To my horror, however, I was insulted before the man hung up again. The insults were in Turkish and were way below the belt—I understood them perfectly, as I have many Turkish friends and am familiar with the language. This kind of behavior toward a customer is absolutely unacceptable! Not only did they lack patience and customer service, but they also lacked the most basic aspects of courtesy and respect. This kind of behavior is the opposite of service-oriented and leaves an extremely bad impression. I will definitely avoid this store and cannot recommend it to anyone.

After such cheeky behavior from the older employee, you actually don't even deserve one star. 0 stars would be more for inappropriate behavior. I ordered my kebab plate clearly and what I said was repeated. But I didn't receive the food as it was ordered and then I didn't accept it; or asked to deliver my order as requested. The employee became very abusive and said I had ordered it like that. So is that still possible? If you are not able to take a simple order and remember it, then write it down. But then behaving in an uncontrolled manner...slamming the doors and spreading a bad mood is not acceptable as a restaurateur not. To top it all off, an increased price was also charged. A really unprofessional restaurant that I cannot recommend to anyone.

Good portion size for reasonable money. It always tastes fresh and delicious. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We enjoy being there regularly. If you would like to eat a good kebab, you should go here!

Einer der besten Döner in der Gegend! Leckeres Fleisch, gute Soßen und frischer Salat. Man wird immer freundlich begrüßt und bekommt eine gute Portion fürs Geld.

leute ich schreibe kaum eine bewertung, jedoch muss ich das jetzt machen und zwar das war der beste dürüm den ich im umpfeld von 50km gegessen habe und in umkreis rendsburg war es der beste das fleisch schmeckt sehr nach fleisch und das war extrem voll sogar nachdem kampfsport und kraftsport wurd ich mehr als satt ich habe jeden döner laden in rendsburg getestet und das war mit abstand der beste, 29.5.23 mich haben sie als kunde jetzt gewonnen

Batman war einer meiner Lieblings Döner doch nun ist weder das Fleisch besonders noch die Soßen...schade eigentlich aber Frau sagt Holländer Teller Grad so essbar aber mehr auch nicht! Dürum konnte man eigentlich nichts falsch machen mit nur Fleisch Zwiebeln und Soße aber wenn da gefühlt ganze Zwiebeln drin sind schmeckt es halt eher weniger toll...das Brot vom dürum war das einzige was zum nochmal kommen einladen würde aber gehe in Zukunft wieder wo anders hin .... Keine Drachen Sauce müsste eigentlich 1 Stern sein aber das wäre zu hart

Netter Laden aber der Döner war nix das Fleisch Trocken die Soßen hatten gar keinen Geschmack wir werden nicht nochmal hier Essen da sind mir 6.50€ zu Schade für

Ich kann nur eins sagen🙏 man wird nicht nur hammer mäßig begrüßt sondern man schmeckt sofort das der Döner mit Liebe gemacht ist wer sagt das die Qualität nachgelassen hat lügt vorher war der Döner gut jetzt noch viel besser weiter so ❤️❤️❤️
