Absolute no go!!! Actually 0 stars! We reserved a table for 6 p.m. It was my first time there and I was curious about a new, unknown treat. Shortly after 6 p.m. I ordered the meal with rice, which was also expressly recommended to me by the waitress. After waiting for over an hour we asked where our food was. No apology from the waitress. Then finally after another 15 minutes the food came with fries instead of rice. We objected to this. Again, no excuse. After 5 minutes, a plate of rice was placed on the table without a word. The two dishes (everything except the rice, which came later) were cold. Called the waitress over and complained about the food. We were simply ignored. Didn't touch the food and left the unfriendly, ignorant shop hungry after about an hour and a half. Really the very last thing. By the way, on Sunday I'm going out for Turkish food again, so I know what hospitality and good cuisine are.

We then "let the food go back", signaled our willingness to pay for the drinks and then left the store hungry after almost 2 hours. I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant in my life. Rude, disrespectful and also discriminatory! Because the “presumed” compatriots were “served” through the buffet meal. If THAT is what Syrian hospitality is supposed to be, then you shouldn't be surprised if you encounter xenophobia.
