Fräulein Möhls in Rendsburg

A rustic restaurant/café/pub in Rendsburg, relatively centrally located once you have found your way through Rendsburg, which is problematic even with a navigation system due to missing or not easily visible street signs. So, the interior runs around a corner and is dominated by a large counter, behind which, after many alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the wall, the kitchen is probably in another room. The service is friendly, attentive and competent (is that Miss Möhls herself behind the counter?). I was there at lunchtime, there were four or five daily specials to choose from at cheap or reasonable prices. And it was delicious! You could see that other guests also enjoyed it. The furniture still needs to be mentioned. The chairs seemed to have been imported directly from my old elementary school, the tables were sturdy. Everything was clean and tidy, I didn't use the sanitary facilities, so no judgment. Overall recommended.

Hello, I was there for lunch again today. No matter what you order, it is always delicious 😋. And you’ll get full too 😀. I like the facility because it has a lot of induality. Can be recommended without reservation 😇

We love the unique ambience and the food is always delicious. However, once at lunchtime it was super crowded. Tomato rice and fish fillet were brought to the neighboring tables, which is why my husband also ordered this dish - apparently the ingredients in the kitchen were running low, so there was only half a fish fillet on the plate, but a little more rice. The relationship to the price was no longer correct at all. We would have wished if they had been transparent and pointed this out and, if necessary, referred to the other dishes on the lunch menu, whether we could change our mind instead (if necessary, Möhl's currywurst and sesame fries are always the best 😍) And for me that happens often Forgot the dressing for the salad - despite everything, always clean, always polite, child-friendly.

Had currywurst for €10.70. It was a tasty and good portion. The Weihenstephan beer was delicious.

Let's make it short: those in the kitchen know what they are doing. Food is ordered quickly, served and everything is on point. Clear recommendation.

Very nice and small, had breakfast there. We each had two half sandwiches and coffee and then we shared a pancake (huge portion). The employees were super nice and friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Highly recommended.

Personally, the store is too dark for me. The food was good and plentiful. Price/performance great. It was also well attended. But there's little to choose from and it's not for vegans either.

Was there for the first time today and was very pleasantly surprised! The service staff were very nice and accommodating, the breakfast was so plentiful that two more people would have been full. For 15€ per person it's not much, for so much choice of cold cuts, rolls/bread, instead of sparkling wine, there was a large glass of orange juice. So you're sure to have me as a new customer with this service!!! It is the case that the service staff are the figurehead and here it is! Stay like that! Update: I was so excited about the breakfast and the service, I raved about it to my husband and we went there. This was our only free morning after months and we wanted to enjoy it... Unfortunately it was a disaster... We wanted breakfast without fish and pork. On the plate there were 3 slices of cucumber, 2 wedges of tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 slice of turkey breast, 1 slice of cheese and some scrambled eggs in a small glass. 3 rolls and 2 slices of bread. When I asked why that was the case, on the first visit we had so much choice and plenty, they said it could be that the other one was in the kitchen but they would bring it later. Then brought us 3 small slices of Camembert and asked for butter because none was served. A small splash of butter in the small paper cup, which isn't even enough for 1 roll. After 15 minutes I asked the pancake breakfast how long it would take, my husband had already finished his breakfast. Another 5 minutes later it came... Pancake breakfast wasn't a pancake, it was an XXXL cake in the pan, the chocolate sauce was already past the point, the raspberry sauce was delicious. I was able to eat 2 forks of it, so I went back... We wanted to have breakfast or dinner together but my breakfast came 20 minutes later, so my husband was already ready. They should have brought it together, regardless of whether it took longer. The waitress said I should have said that. For me it goes without saying that we eat together and don't have to mention it. We were sooooo disappointed, I told the waitress that too, but she can't help what comes out of the kitchen. So our only free morning together for months was gone. Of course the full price was deducted, so as not to have to experience something like that again, it was my last visit. It's a shame that there are such big differences at breakfast. From a scale between 1-10, my first visit was 10* but the second -1 Update: Went here for breakfast with several ladies, the service staff was again the same, very personable and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, I took a picture of it, of course not compared to the first time but much better than the second time! Thank you for the great service in the Jägerszimmer🥰

Too bad… Unfortunately the quality has decreased. The last time I was there and reserved 2 weeks in advance, we (2) were given a completely impossible place. With the chairs it was not possible to sit at the table and the restaurant was not full at the time. Then the whole floor stuck and my shoes did the same. It was very disgusting. The homemade lemonade is just water with syrup and didn't taste good at all. The food took a really long time and was still not seasoned and some of it was cold… What was also bad about it was that the two very young people behind the counter weren't interested in any of this at all. I'm disappointed that the quality has deteriorated so much.

Bei Fräulein Möhls bekommt man einen sehr guten Kaffee in einem netten Lokal. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Wenn wir Hunger gehabt hätten, wären wir gerne geblieben.

Cute restaurant right on the market square in Rendsburg. Very original menu with great dishes on it. Price-performance ratio is perfectly fine, as the food is prepared fresh and with love. The ambience is very reminiscent of the 80s, but that's the charm of the "Frollein"😉

Very friendly and helpful, we got a table without a reservation even though the restaurant was fully booked. Our breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There is a separate menu for each time of day, breakfast is available until 11:15 a.m. I can recommend visiting Fräulein Möhls.

We ate here on the first night of our weekend trip to Rendsburg. We'd looked up where we could get 'German' food. It didn't disappoint. My husband had schnitzel. I had – for the first time in my life – a mixture of 'suaerfleisch' and pickled herring!!!! Both were huge servings – potatoes, salad, pickles, you name it. You'd need to be Fred Flinstone to eat the lot. The décor of the place is attractively mix 'n' match, shabby chic. There's a huge terrace with outdoor seating. The staff are very sweet. The food and drink are cheap. There was nothing not to like. So glad we tried it.

We ate there with a larger group on July 27th, 2024. The atmosphere is special. The furnishings are old. The furniture was put together with old tables and chairs. Very comfortable and something different. The service was very polite and we were served quickly. The food was great. Just the fries a little too salty. Price isn't too high either. Would love to come back.

Really very nice cafe/restaurant with breakfast and lunch, there is also something in the evening. You can sit really well in the beach chairs. The small selection of dishes is always fresh. Only recommended with nice staff.

For the third time we went there and for the third time we got the worst table in the house (Having other tables available). They only seemed to care really good for their "regular" clients, and yes. We did call the day before for a table. It was my birthday and after 2 years fighting cancer, we were looking for a nice brunch. Too bad because their food is very good. We are not going back, for sure.

I still know it as anno and even back then the atmosphere was “student bar”, only more comfortable🤣 We only had a drink, but the food that passed by smelled delicious and looked fantastic. If we ever visit Rendsburg again, we will definitely fill our hungry stomachs there too. Great ladies who looked after us there. 🥰

We were there with a larger group. Food and drinks came at the same time for everyone, which was great. Service was ok and we were repeatedly asked if there was anything else we needed. There was no dessert. The ambience is more of a bulky waste atmosphere. It's a shame, something could definitely be done.

We had made a booking for breakfast on April 27th, for today on May 18th. We arrived there this morning and were told that there were no reservations in the summer We didn't want to get a cat table so tight. Half the restaurant was empty. If there is no reservation, why no other place? That was the last time...

Great restaurant! I ordered a cold latte macchiato. The preparation seems to be a real problem for many people. But not in Fräulein Möhls! The restaurant was busy, which is probably why the waitress seemed a bit annoyed. The patio furniture is a bit old and not every place has a cushion. We would still like to come back.

It was very crowded because of the weekly market taking place nearby. But we found a nice beach chair spot outside. The big breakfast for two was very tasty. looked good and couldn't be done. In addition, the service was very friendly!

We had dinner today around 6:45 p.m. The ambience was quite loud and the service wasn't particularly attentive. We had the Burger No. 1 and the farmer's breakfast. Both tasted a bit bland and not very tasty. Visually nice, but not satisfying in terms of taste. The farmer's breakfast consisted of a mountain of potatoes and a little egg. There was a lack of seasoning, which also applied to the beef in the burger. We were a little disappointed. Everything had a strange aftertaste like cardamom. Even the espresso tasted like it.

Were there with 15 people in a separate room, where we were very well looked after!

Super nette Mädels, es schmeckt einfach.....ob Frühstück, mittags die Erbsensuppe mit Speckchip, oder abends frischen Salatteller......

Gemütliches Interieur, leckere Bürger und nettes Personal, was aufmerksam nachfragt, ob was nachgereicht werden kann und alles in Ordnung ist.

Super Burger mit leckeren Pommes. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unterhaltsam. Es hat Spaß gemacht dort einen Abend zu verbringen. Die Plätze draußen liegen schön gelegen einer hübschen Fußgängerzone. Alles in allem ein kleiner, individueller Laden mit viel Charme. Update 11.02.2020: nach wie vor eine absolute Besuchsempfehlung. Unbedingt den selbst gemachten Eierlikör probieren.

Wir waren heute (27.10.2023) durch Zufall und das erste Mal hier. Tolles Inventar. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen super lecker, ansprechend serviert. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich ok. Die Rückgabestation für gebrauchte Speisen und Getränke (WC) war sauber und gepflegt.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit super freundlichem Personal und leckerem Essen. Die Preise sind dazu schon fast günstig! Der Mittagstisch ändert sich täglich und die Auswahl ist völlig ausreichend. Es gibt auch vegetarische Gerichte, sowie eine große Getränkekarte.

Wir haben bei Fräulein Möhls total lecker zu Abend gegessen. Sowohl die Tagliatelle als auch die Backkartoffel mit Matjesstreifen waren köstlich. Gekrönt wurde das leckere Mahl durch eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Ich habe mich schon lange nicht mehr in einem Restaurant so wohl gefühlt. Dazu dann noch ein tolles Wohlfühlambiente - individuell und nicht mainstream. Perfekt!!!! Vielen Dank. Möge Fräulein Möhls diese Qualität lange behalten. Wir werden es beim nächsten Besuch in Rendsburg testen.

Wir waren für einen Tag im schönen Rendsburger. Bei Fräulein Möhls haben wir wunderbar zu Abend gegessen und am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück. Esser super, Preise fair und super nettes Personal.

Trotz kurzfristiger Anfrage haben wir noch einen Tisch bekommen mit Kinderwagen,das Essen war reichhaltig und hat allen geschmeckt,sogar mein Enkel bekam Pommes ohne Salz,sehr nett!! Ich komme bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Was für ein angenehmes Team. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohlgefühlt. Die Servicekräfte leben ihren Job. Unser lüdder wurde (Dank schnullerkette) sofort mit Namen angesprochen. Er fand es klasse. Wäre der Weg nicht so weit (HB-RD) würden wir sicher öfter bei euch vorbeischauen!

Trotz Regen haben wir draußen gesessen und sind nicht nass geworden... Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient... Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder... 👍🤗

Un endroit sympathique, avec un décor surprenant, mélangeant différents styles. Nous avons mangé à l'intérieur mais il y a aussi une terrasse. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine allemande traditionnelle mais avec quelques touches d'originalité au niveau des accompagnements, par exemple un peu de mangue dans la salade mixte... Le service était impeccable. Un restaurant à faire si vous cherchez une cuisine simple, efficace et bonne.
