I always enjoy the breakfast or brunch buffet here. The selection is good and not overwhelming. The brunch includes plenty of coffee and juices, and there's also a good selection of rolls and breads. The service is super friendly and helpful, and the Northern German atmosphere fits perfectly.

The staff is somewhat arrogant, complicated, and not exactly customer-oriented. Unfortunately, some of the prices are also exorbitant. It's a shame.

This was our third time there, and it was further proof that good, friendly staff is in short supply. The restrooms were filthy, the waitress "danced" around the sparsely populated restaurant, and she didn't manage to take a single order for 25 minutes, even though she stopped by our table several times. Thanks for nothing. A shame, great location – but not worth the money – terrible service.

We ate here on a Sunday around 6 p.m. The staff was very friendly, but they lacked a panoramic view—I call it the gastronomic gene. The view of the guests who might have had another drink if you'd let your gaze wander over the tables every now and then. But what am I saying? My gastronomic gene is coming through again. The food was great, the value for money was good, and we returned to our motorhome full and satisfied. Unfortunately, no boat passed by while we were there, which would have warranted a greeting. In nice weather, sitting on the large terrace would definitely be an experience. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, the number of guests who might come for brunch and want something else to drink or eat is lost. I wasn't asked for over two hours if I wanted anything! Unfortunately, the buffet didn't appeal to me and was simply too expensive for what it offered!

The restroom is dirty and run-down. The prices are far too high in my opinion. The staff isn't exactly friendly either. We pointed out the empty soap dispenser and were rudely told that it had been slightly broken for a few days. After asking why something like that wasn't replaced, they just said, "I'll pass it on."

The "Iron Lady" of Rendsburg – a true engineering marvel! Another exciting attraction is the transporter bridge, which is part of the bridge. Right next to the bridge is the cozy Brückenterrassen Restaurant & Café, offering a wonderful view of the bridge and ferry. Highly recommended for a coffee or a beer with a view of passing ships. Every time a ship passes under the "Iron Lady," the name, size, and national anthem of the ship's homeland are announced from the shore – and the ship responds with a powerful signal. A truly unforgettable experience!

The Bridge Terrace is something special, especially because of its location on the Rendsburg railway bridge and the Kiel Canal. From breakfast to dinner, it's a great place for a good dinner for groups and individuals alike. Today wasn't my first visit, but it was my first for dinner. The Bridge Terrace menu offers a wide selection of breakfast options, with something for everyone. Today, however, fish was on the menu for dinner, and the large plaice "Finkenwarder style" with fried potatoes met ALL expectations. The fish platter for one person was also impressive. The portions are well worth the price. The plates at neighboring tables were also visually appealing. The friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention. Even if only the manager reads the reviews, hopefully he will praise them for their service. They contribute positively to the overall good impression. May the transporter bridge soon match the quality we experienced here today. PS: If you eat in such an exposed location as a high-rise railway bridge, you have to be prepared for trains to pass over the bridge.

A great place to visit with the interesting transporter bridge (currently out of service due to repair work) The restaurant has a rich menu, the staff is friendly and attentive and the dishes are very tasty. It is better to reserve a table. After arrival, please do not go straight into the restaurant, you will be accompanied to the table by the staff. A visit is worth it!!

I was here at a party with 75 guests. It went smoothly. At the beginning you would have to wait a little longer for the drinks, which was really great later on. Food is super delicious. The location should be reconsidered. It still remains at 5/5 stars.

I was on my way to the bridge terraces with my parents. Table was reserved. The food was good and the service at the table was excellent. It wasn't a weekend and therefore not quite as busy, which was excellent. After ordering, the food came quickly and for everyone. The quality of the food was very good. Overall we were very satisfied and will come back soon. It would be desirable to make the entrance from the side possible for people with walking difficulties. At the moment only the exit there is possible.

Our favorite when traveling through with the motorhome. Super delicious food. And watch the ships go by. Simply gigantic and highly recommended.

Nice restaurant right on the NOK. Nice atmosphere, very nice, funny service and delicious food at reasonable prices. All I was missing was a little salad topping with the meal. But otherwise very good. Special: we had ordered a table for 7 people and in the end there were only 3 people. The employees were very understanding about this. THANK YOU again for that,,,👍

Beautiful location on the NOK with ship welcome service. Here you will be given very interesting information about the ships passing by. The food was very tasty, as was the beer. What could be improved is the service. For example, we had to wait a very long time before we could pay.

The location is very nice, nice view. The food and prices are an absolute disgrace! 16€ for a vegetable pan... pure frozen imperial vegetables, watery in the casserole dish and baked with a little cheese? You can never be serious about serving this! The remaining dishes were all almost unseasoned, portion sizes were good, but the taste of none of the dishes even remotely corresponded to the price. Otherwise pretty dingy and the toilets underground dirty! The staff was very nice and tried very hard to be quick.

Here you can have a nice meal and watch the ships sail by. Schnitzel with fried potatoes has always been my favorite 😋. Finally, you can look at the ship welcome facility or take a free ferry ride.

It's nice to sit there... When the sun is shining it is very warm inside because there are no blinds... But the food was very tasty, it was ordered for everyone (roulades, croquettes, potatoes, red cabbage and cauliflower) Before that, a clear soup with semolina dumplings and meatballs... For dessert, chocolate pudding with vanilla sauce... EVERYTHING was very DELICIOUS... 4 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Since I could only rate the food... Definitely recommended. We actually just wanted to take a quick look at the transporter bridge, but then we realized it was time for dinner. So the most obvious thing was the bridge terrace... Simply delicious!!! The portion was very generous!!! The service was very nice!!! And for 4 adults at 100€ the price is also completely reasonable. It's been a long time since I've eaten at the Brückenterrassen again. Very large portions. Starter not required. Prices reasonable. The service was very nice and attentive. Location of the restaurant directly on the Kiel Canal, next to the famous transporter bridge. Most of the tables are in the very large winter garden. There are also plenty of outdoor spaces with views directly over the canal. During the day there is a ship greeting facility where passing ships are personally greeted by a gentleman and described to the restaurant's guests. The only point of criticism: it is quite loud in the restaurant. It echoes quite strongly. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you very much!

The Wiener Schnitzel was very good. Unfortunately the service was a bit slow at times, but still friendly.

Absolutely recommended. Great location, great rich food. Both the crab soup with plenty of crabs and the plaice fillet (3 pieces) in egg coating with plenty of fried potatoes were excellent. Very nice service, good wine and delicious beer (including Flensburger Dunkel on tap).

Quite nice. Brunch on Sundays and public holidays is overcrowded and when you get to the "2nd shift" the buffet is already pretty plundered but you still pay the full price.

The waiter was very rigid and indifferent to the issue that the menu was only in German, and although he knew English, he had no intention of helping us order. The atmosphere is not the friendliest, but the food was excellent.

The food is always good, but we cannot recommend the breakfast buffet in this form. Too many people for too few staff! Two service employees who have no chance at all of filling up the buffet, bringing coffee, etc. It's sad to have only been to the buffet once for €23.50 because everything was empty afterwards. Kind regards to the boss, then you might have to lend a hand yourself!

I had dinner there with my daughter after visiting the Jewish Museum. Very good service. She had a children's meal and I had a farmer's breakfast. Afterwards we used the transporter bridge by car for the first time. By the way, it's free because the Kiel Canal is a federal waterway.

We had warm apple pie and Duette Donau. Unfortunately the cake wasn't homemade (we think) and the prices for the portions were too expensive.

I've never seen toilets so dirty. If I had been there before dinner, I would have left the restaurant. The choice of words was too derogatory for me. That's not how you treat guests. And last but not least, 14 euros too much was collected.
