Immer wieder sehr gutes Essen und ein spitzenmäßiger Service! 😊 Wir sind immer sehr gerne hier zum Essen. Macht weiter so!❤️

Meine Schwiegereltern wohnen hier. Ich selbst komme aus Niedersachsen / Verden. Seit nun 12 Jahren fahren wir in regelmäßigen Abständen nach Rendsburg und kehren seither dann immer ins Restaurant Athen ein. Warum? Weil dieses Restaurant einfach zu empfehlen ist. Alle von uns geliebten Gerichte sind einfach "Spitze" . Das Personal und "Chef" , der immer mit Polizei droht - Ein SPASS !!!! - einfach cool. Alle sind sooo nett. Wie haben schon etliche griechische Restaurants/ überwiegend in Niedersachsen kennen gelernt, aber keins kann dem Athen in Rendsburg auch nur ansatzweise das Wasser reichen. Leute, macht weiter so - ihr habt es verstanden!

It was our first time eating at Athens Rendsburg. We didn't know it, I found the restaurant online. I have to say a real insider tip. Our gyro was so tender, delicious fries and the salad, all together a well-rounded affair. No long waiting times, friendly service and a really rustic atmosphere. Thank you for a nice stay.

Nach nunmehr 10 Monaten habe ich das Athen wieder einmal besucht. Nachdem ich im Juli 2023 eine Katastrophe erlebt habe, war es dieses mal wieder wie man es gewohnt war. Guter Service, sehr zeitnahe Bedienung. Hier hat man klar nachgebessert und das Essen (Gyros in Metaxa) war hervorragend. Gerne wieder!

It was very busy and we were sitting at the entrance, so it was very uneasy for us while we ate. But the food was very tasty and filling. There wasn't a long wait for the food to arrive. The staff was very friendly and attentive . Price-performance ratio was absolutely fine.

I really enjoyed the visit. The portions were more than sufficient. The meat was tender and tasty. I won't write more, make up your own mind. Toilets were great, that says it all.

Always happy 😊. Top Greek, portions typically Greek. But the rest is happily packed up. Great selection of food. The last time I had the Greek starter plate was with a friend. Really highly recommended and we were full the next day. Always eats quickly. Staff nice and accommodating. In summer you can also sit outside. Parking spaces are available.

For us the best Greek in Rendsburg. Always polite, friendly and competent, very good food, very fast service. Always a pleasure to come here. Stay as you are and we will always come back. Top.

The food was very tasty and plentiful. If you can't get enough there, you might want to consider a stomach reduction. :D Leftovers are packed up. The service was very friendly. There was even a rose included.

Four of us were guests on a Thursday evening and were very satisfied. The food tasted very good, the portions were really huge. The price-performance ratio is very good here! The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you are in Rendsburg and are hungry for Greek cuisine, you have come to the right place!

Today we went to our favorite Greek restaurant again. So our only one 😊 As always, the food was plentiful and delicious. Service is quick, funny and friendly. And to say goodbye (apart from the obligatory ouzo) a beautiful rose (not one from the plastic bag from the discount store) for the ladies!! These are the “little things” that make a difference! Thank you for the lovely evening with you!

We were spontaneously in Athens. It was very well attended. Ordering went quite quickly, but we were then "forgotten". It took a very long time to get our food. For the steak, please write down which animal it is (beef or pork). Portions were so large that, like almost every guest, we left the restaurant with a take-away package. Otherwise very friendly and the food was delicious!

Unfortunately not barrier-free, something urgently needs to be done both inside and outside (entrance). The food was very tasty when what was ordered was delivered. Then I come to the service. The "service staff", whose long flowing hair (we remember, hair tied up or head covering) and fingernails so long that you weren't sure how many dishes there was room for under these nails, which already raised concerns in me , was obviously completely overwhelmed with her job. So she didn't know a dish on the menu but could only take the order by number. The fact that guests also like something to drink probably didn't really sink in with her either. She had completely forgotten the order. After we got the salad after a good 35 minutes, it took another 20 minutes for the main course to arrive. But where was the starter plate? The service person asked about it. Oops forgot! She then wanted to bring the plate later and after I explained to her that it was a starter plate and not a dessert, she first wanted to lecture me about the fact that "others" also eat it that way. Oh, and one more thing, an ouzo is not served warm but in a frozen glass and COLD! All in all, and I criticize this in general, many Greek restaurants that are otherwise so popular for their hospitality are turning into mass catering. A pity!

I didn't get my promised ketchup, but the quality of the food clearly allows that. I had the roasted pepperoni in advance, which I can fully recommend. The main course was calamari with fries. Very good quality. Yummy. Friendly and attentive service, ouzo until you drop and a nice dab to finish. I'll come again.

Meines Erachtens bester Grieche in Rendsburg. Essen sehr gut, aufmerksamer höflicher Service, Restaurant hat schönes Ambiente.

Das Essen war wieder mal sehr lecker. Bedienungen alle sehr nett und der Chef auch. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne auch trotz 19%.

Völlig daneben. 1,5 Std. Wartezeit, mit drei kleinen Kindern. Geht leider gar nicht. Für die saftigen Preise, ca. um die 20€ pro Gericht, ziemlich kleine Portionen. Salat vorweg vergessen. Keine Entschuldigung des Chefs.

Das Ambiente ist nicht besonders einladend. Sehr laut. Man kann sich schlecht unterhalten. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell. Die Speisen sind lecker und die Portionen recht groß.
