A quaint restaurant/restaurant on the canal in Friedrichstadt, the lovely host couple With the cabin, he has created a gsnz special place somewhere between a scene pub, a local museum, a beer and wine bottle exhibition and, in the summer, definitely great with the boat pier. There were 4 of us here on the New Year's Eve before last for a barbecue - and on New Year's Day 2025 for the "opening" with a barbecue. Delicious sausages with beer and later with tarte flambée in sweet with apple cinnamon/sugar or Parma ham, a hot deer also tasted good. We like to come in the summer too - there is so much to discover here, thank you 🫶🍀😀⚘️

I can't recommend the restaurant: service is mediocre, unfriendly staff, overpriced and portions are limited. The only nice thing is the ambience.

We came to this Greek restaurant on a recommendation and had high expectations accordingly. Unfortunately, we were disappointed as soon as we arrived: We stood unnoticed in the entrance area for about 10 minutes, even though the staff had seen us. We also had to wait a very long time at our table – we were neither greeted nor asked for our drink preferences. Although the restaurant was busy, which we can understand, our repeated attempts to speak to the waiter unfortunately went unanswered. There were also discrepancies with the food: The tzatziki, which we had ordered with the main course, didn't arrive until half the meal was already eaten – and we had to reorder it. The breaded feta cheese, in particular, was sorely lacking in flavor, making the dish seem dry. The food was otherwise good in terms of taste – but the service and the flow unfortunately significantly spoiled the overall experience.

Instead of a margarita, a pizza with gyros was packed, the 3 year old child was super disappointed, the pizza with spicy salami didn't taste good, my Eider pizza didn't taste good either, the result was a lot of pizza in the trash can and significantly too expensive. Certainly not again.

We went there with a bus company to eat flour bags. It was served as a 3 course meal, which was great. It tasted wonderful. The two young waiters deserve special mention. It was a joy to watch them accomplish everything hand in hand. We are full of praise and will definitely come back. Thanks!!!

Highly recommended, the food tastes very nice

A nice hotel right on the canal and within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. In the morning there was a rich breakfast buffet and in the evening a 3-course menu. Thank you for the lovely stay, we will come again

We ended up here directly at the market based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed! The service was quick, we were greeted warmly and served. The restaurant is neat and cozy, the outdoor seating is across the street. The food is fabulous, as are the views. The portions are good, we were all full. There is a children's menu and also a high chair. The toilets are clean, but can only be reached via stairs. The entrance is also not at ground level.
