Very delicious food prepared with fresh ingredients. The fish was perfectly cooked and the curry was a dream!

We haven't had such delicious food in a long time. Perfectly fried fish, the most delicious homemade remoulade and sauce. We'll be back.

We discovered this small restaurant by chance last night and were pleasantly surprised by what they had to offer. A free table for us, very friendly staff, who asked us several times if everything was okay...the food was simply wonderful and the portions were generous and reasonably priced. Not that fake friendliness, but genuine friendliness. To describe the food: hot, exotic, and simply MEGA. The peanut sauce and dressing were simply amazing. We'd go back anytime. This is how the North eats! Super delicious fish, a great ambiance, a very warm atmosphere and service. You'll always be full, eating whatever your heart desires. Fish on its own in a roll or on a plate, or really delicious hot dishes. We enjoy every minute here in the wonderful atmosphere. Two things are the best combination.

After reading Petra H.'s review, we spontaneously stopped by for lunch and didn't regret it! The service was friendly, the wait times were reasonable despite being fully booked, and the Thai food was absolutely excellent – ​​kudos to the kitchen. Even the presentation of the dishes was a feast for the eyes. A Maisel Weizen beer was the highlight of the drink! The price was completely reasonable for the outstanding service. I highly recommend it!

If you go to the small town of Friedrichstadt, North Frisia, in true Dutch style, you should definitely stop at Zweierlei for a fish dinner

Two different dishes – North German fish dishes and Thai... Sounds pretty strange to me. Despite good online reviews, I was skeptical. Two such different cuisines. Could it work? My husband had Thai crispy duck, and I ordered plaice with crab. We were both very pleasantly surprised. The duck was really crispy and not overcooked. He thought the dish could have been a bit spicier. He immediately received a small tray with three different spicy chili dressings. My plaice was perfectly cooked, with a huge portion of North Sea crab on top. The portions were too much to finish. Even my husband, who is a big eater, had to leave some left over. Of the side dishes, I could only eat the salad, which was very tasty; I had quite a struggle with the plaice and crab. ``` The whole experience was topped off by an incredibly friendly and cheerful server. You could tell she enjoyed her job. The prices were extremely reasonable. My conclusion is quite clear: It was an absolutely worthwhile evening! 5 stars. Although our service deserved a full 10!

Today we had dinner at Zweierlei in Friedrichstadt on the occasion of my birthday. The food was delicious, authentic and beautifully presented. The service is always unobtrusively attentive. The overall package is just right here, including price-performance. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful! I love good ideas, and this restaurant is definitely one of them! How clever to combine Thai influences with North German specialties! We were served by young, friendly, and relaxed staff, and the kitchen was led by experienced palates who combine great flavor inspiration with great sensitivity and truly bring the beautiful presentation to life! The homemade lemonade (lychee passion fruit, definitely try it!), fried noodles with a new look, and red coconut curry with tofu: everything was super delicious and simply modern and not overly elaborately cooked! Our son was tired from the day, but we still enjoyed all the effort the team puts into this restaurant. We thank you so much for this evening with you, dear Zweierlei team!! Keep up the good work!!

I actually wanted to eat Labskaus because a review showed it looked very tasty. But due to a change of ownership, this is no longer offered. But I found a very good alternative. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was appealing and the food was delicious. Praise to the kitchen. The fried potatoes were great.

We ended up here by chance and made a lucky break. There is great Asian cuisine and also typical fish dishes. Everything is prepared with a lot of detail and is really delicious. We ate pollack fillet in beer batter with fried potatoes here. I have never been served such delicious fried potatoes. The pollack fillet was also excellent. And the plate was tastefully prepared. A very high praise for the kitchen and the restaurant.

A wonderful restaurant with a wonderful menu and very clean service, there is salt and pepper and there are also utensils for eating, and it was very tasty and the service was excellent. I advise everyone to come to this wonderful restaurant.

Great local! First of all: this is not a high-priced restaurant, but it is not a simple snack restaurant either. We were in Friedrichstadt for a week again and were happy to give a new restaurant a chance. Our conclusion in advance: the “two things” fit Friedrichstadt like a glove. On the one hand there are the always well-known fish dishes (plaice, redfish, pollock, herring), and on the other hand there are some Thai dishes. We were guests at “Zweierlei” on five out of seven days. The service was always attentive and friendly. The food was always very good. Not only was it excellently prepared, but the portion sizes were absolutely good! So: we ate deliciously and were always full. And in the end it didn't cost as much as in some overpriced restaurants. When we are back in Friedrichstadt we will visit “Zweierlei” again. We're already looking forward to it... PS: The fried potatoes were always perfectly seasoned, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the more exotic dishes were all a hit!!!

Have ordered takeaway there several times - it was very tasty. The team was also super flexible and friendly and were able to make vegetarian changes to dishes upon request. Any time!

There was nothing to complain about. Every table was occupied, the service relaxed and friendly. The clear menu has been supplemented with some Thai dishes. The starters of baked wontons, wonton soup and satay skewers are particularly noteworthy. The peanut sauce was the best we've ever tried so far. We will come back and try more dishes. Clear recommendation, but be sure to reserve in advance, especially during peak times.

Thank you for the lovely and very tasty evening with you. I ate the best chicken wings ever here at Zweierrlei. Perfectly seasoned and heavenly crispy. The sauces/dips are all homemade and taste very good. The fish tastes great and the Thai cuisine is authentic and professional. I briefly felt like I was on vacation in Thailand. We will definitely come back and try the other dishes on the menu.

Very tasty food!! The chicken wings were to die for. It took a while but it was all worth it. Please be careful with the Thai and fusion dishes. They are really very authentic and correspondingly spicy. The combination of North German fish cuisine with Thai impressions is very well done. Even though not all of the dishes from the homepage were on the menu (yet), we found some nice dishes that we really enjoyed. A beautifully set table and friendly service gave us a nice evening. After a very long wait, a bland, barely seasoned Thai dish was served. It wasn't worth our journey. Not again !!!!!!!

After a good 90 minutes of waiting we got our food. Unfortunately it wasn't convincing. My redfish fillet was very “clear” and unfortunately hardly seasoned. This also applies to the fried potatoes. The salad was also very “neutral”. All in all, it's a shame. We're definitely not coming back.

Draußen waren leider alle Tische belegt aber dafür waren drinnen noch ein paar frei. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Labskaus vorzüglich.

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Fisch und die Krabben waren frisch, was ich super fand. Die Nuggets beim Kindermenü Wickie waren vermutlich TK Ware, was für uns aber nicht schlimm war. Da es ein Fischrestaurant ist, war die Frische dieser für uns wichtiger und das waren sie definitiv 👍. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder wenn wir wieder mal hier in der Gegend sind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Es schmeck gut, es wird Bargeld kassiert und dann wieder direkt Fisch angefasst, ohne. Handschuhe und Hände Waschen.
